The Calling could have been such a good arc with Laurance, if it wasn't just an excuse to write him off the show.

Give me Laurance whose nightmares begin to get worse. Give me Laurance who starts hallucinating. Laurance who goes silent cause he can't tell when a real person or a hallucination is talking to him. Laurance who begins to stare too much cuz he can't tell who is or isn't real. Laurance who wakes up screaming.
