my friend who is training to be a 911 operator just told me that they are having to restrain themself whenever responding to training calls from saying “that’s illegal people can’t do that” and I find that so fucking funny

Everytime ao3 is down I'm reminded of two things:

One is that humans have and always will love telling stories, and they will continue to do so even if there is no benefit to telling these stories, but simply because we love creating things

The other is that a concerning amount of people use fanfiction as a form of escapism and we should probably look into that

being charming - can seem manipulative

confidence - coming off as arrogant

wit/humor - not taking things serious

patience - being left hanging

strategic - coming off as calculated

being caring - being overbearing

tolerance - being expected to tolerate a lot

eagerness - coming off as impatient

being observant - being seen as nosy

independence - not accepting help

got possessed by brainworms. i missed my guy a lot.

the little sketches i do in the corner are anatomy notes/refs i do while I'm drawing to get a better understanding of the pose or whatever I'm doing so i can correct my mistakes/initial sketch :] i also have a full body mirror next to me (my closet door) so i can just reference myself
