Sonic Forces Rewrite:The Phantom Ruby

Guess who's back for more Sonic headcannons that nobody even asked for, that's right it's me and today we are diving into my very own lore behind the Phantom Ruby

-The Phantom Ruby in the Rewrite lore is a ancient gem that mostly corrupts people's powers and twists their desires. It just magically popped into existence one day (bear with me here).

-Some ancient civilizations wanted to use the Ruby for many reasons, yet unfortunately it caused mayhem and courrupted people in it's wake. Only someone with complete control and a thirst for power can completely use the Phantom Ruby (gee I wonder who THAT could be).

-The Ruby can sometimes cause the user to astral project or use it to go inside dreams. The user could even manifest their desires into the real world, if they think hard and long enough.

-Apparently the Ruby became a legend in various communities due to the absolute power it holds, and of course as Infinite grew into a teenager, he became more obsessed with it.

-After Infinite got courrupted by the Ruby, he found that his illusion abilities were even more powerful. So of course like every Sonic villan, he wreaks havoc with it. Sometimes he even uses the Ruby to tease Sonic.

-But that doesn't help the fact that Sonic pulls a uno reverse card and teases Infinite as well, even though the two are basically the whole "enemies to lovers" troupe (why does Sonic ask Infinite if he likes long romantic walks on the beach then?)

-Infinite could also use the Ruby (if it has enough power or something) to literally DESTROY THE FABRIC OF REALITY but that's a suprise tool that can help him later!

As a autistic girl who has Irish and Scottish roots, I hope Scotland's protests will get the UK to not block the bill allowing kids to identify as another gender, but knowing our long and turbulent history with the British, I don't think that's going to happen.

Saying that Scotland is going to be fully independent because of the bill is a long shot, and most importantly is that if the UK breaks up, then it will still be around although less powerful.

Come on queer folk, we must unite once again to fight the British! I'll get on my dragon!
