There he is! Meet Star!Balloon Boy✨ (inspired by Balloon World minigame)
✨BONUS FACTS✨
- He doesn’t have a voice box, all of his phrases are pre-recorded, he just uses the ones that fit the situation
- His eyes glow in the dark because he also serves as a night light for kids that are afraid to sleep without light
- He doesn’t like when kids treat him like a toy to paint and cover with glitters, but can't do anything about it because he is too slow to run away and hide
- In the game, he would turn off the generators while Moon is chasing a player (I do think it would be too hard though). In Ruin, he is broken and used for parts, but you can save him by giving him a coin. Then, BB would play one of his recorded lines. Rebooted Eclipse would hear it and take care of his little assistant later

I am S O very loop-pilled I cannot be STOPPED
I did this real fast before going to bed so Im sorry if this makes zero sense. I think of a few moving parts that would be used in the context the machine is in and I slap them on where something needs to move. Here I got A and B for 3d all around movement. "a b c" for normal 2d turning. There is no easy way to find these you just need to look at a bunch of photos. I find ships, ship engines or anything related to water to have best references. Also sewing machines for some reason. I use shadows because its easier to tell what is sticking out way too much.
One thing doing it as a shadow also helps is you only have to worry about what has light on it. You don't have to lineart everything. The few pebbles I drew only have so many parts in light, most of it is in shadow saving effort. This also makes it look more complex than it is.
Five pebbles walked into a bar, the bartender couldn't find the geomancer.
Im not going to putting a lot of quality work for a while because I got a project in the background. I'll be posting the silly little things I drew to keep my sanity while I rot my brain a new shape.
A random, very epic, person on reddit has gotten rid of my artblock. As usual. Helldivers 2 and rain world.
