Hi anon! How are you today, apologies for getting to this so late.

I knew somehow that there was going to be asks like this so I’m going to say this, if you feel like you can’t do something that’s exactly what it’s going to be, that you can’t.

I know it’s easier said than done, I know sometimes those thoughts get to you and you really just want to shift but love if you believe you can’t do it, that’s your first issue right now.

Think about why you feel you can’t do it? What is the reason you feel you can’t? You woke up in this reality didn’t you? You shifted, so what makes you think that you can’t shift anywhere else? You 100% can.

And you will. You got this!

i saw this quote a few days ago and couldn't stop thinking about it.

perception vs reality

we can see the sun, we live under its light, we know it's there. even when night falls and we can no longer see the brightness of this giant star floating in space, we still know it's there, we know that when morning comes, the sun will be right where it was the day prior.

—shifting isn't always instant, for some of us, shifting takes more than one try, saying one affirmation and going to sleep doesn't always work for everyone.

perception; you wake up from shifting and you're disappointed that you can't see your dr and think that means you haven't "failed"

reality; you're always "there", (for me) shifting is just refocusing back to your dr. there's many layers to reality, and personally how i see the universe/shifting is just multiple realities existing simultaneously next to one another, you know when you unfocus your eyes and the object in front of you becomes two or more, it's a difficult concept to explain, it's beyond human comprehension (or at least it's beyond my lack of explaining abilities)—that's why your 3d hasn't caught on, shifting takes patience and discipline. i wouldn't say you need motivation to do it, but passion(?) and desire for a better life, desire to know your dr family and passion to know more and live life far beyond this one universe.

(apologies for rambling, i couldn't stop thinking about this quote and wanted to write about it. i tried to articulate my thoughts as best i could, feel free to ask questions)
