Hey, idk if you ever updated this blog, but did you hear the news that in the new Pride merch that Velvette is confirmered to be a Lesbian? Is that gonna change in the AU or?

I hardly post abt hazbin stuff anymore cause like. It just makes me mad, but for rewrite stuff I probably won’t be changing it. Normally I’m like against sexuality “erasure” and stuff but 1. Im sapphic and 2. I don’t really see the harm in it when its sexuality headcanons made up long before canon information was provided and it doesn’t interfere with the characters development or story.

Obviously I respect anyone that sees her that way and I’m all for Vivzie actually having lesbian characters, but seeing as Velvette isn’t in a canon relationship nor do I really plan on expanding me rewrite for a long while, I think leaving her as biromantic is fine. I also kind of feel like Vivzie made her lesbian out of pressure. I don’t know that’s probably just me grasping at straws or whatever, my judgment isn’t the best at the moment. I don’t really trust her with any lesbian or sapphic rep but hey we’ll see how it goes or if it gets brushed under the rug.

Anyway, main thing, I have quite a decent bit of sapphic or lesbian characters in my rewrite and Viv doesn’t so I don’t feel I need to change my stuff atm especially if im not really active, but I did want to mention it.
