*sitting in my bedroom with nothing going on* HELP!!!! HELP ME!!!! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD SOMEBODY FUCKING HELP ME!!!!
i should be naked with my lover not whatever this is
I worry that our collective inability to hold space for grief is a slow hardening for all of us. In my experience the denial of pain is the denial of life and connection to the wide expanse of love, the disconnect makes it much harder to be with those around us from a place of openness. It feels like there is no priority or importance in the west for communal rituals of celebration of life or grieving and it’s only to our detriment. I hope to see and experience the revival of this in my lifetime.
One of my favorite things to do rn is find old ass Naruto memes and edit them as I see fit
It is unreasonably funny to me
It has been hard for me to talk about how what is going on with Israel and Palestine is affecting me personally, but I grew up in Gaza and most of my family still lives there. My father did not survive the bombings last week and I have not been able to contact my younger sister in days. I am try to being understanding that most people do not have personal connections to what is happening and therefore are justifying their silence, but is heartbreaking to see this misinformation being spread. What’s happening there is a genocide, not a war. It is not antisemitic to support Palestine, it’s not even antiemetic to criticise Israel. There is no grey area or neutrality regarding this, and it is so easy to find resources that will educate you on the subject. It is my people and my home being destroyed so I will never be silent about this, but I please urge everyone to get informed and start speaking up and finding ways they can help.
decolonizepalestine has tons of information on Palestine’s history/propaganda that has been spread throughout the years
UK citizens can email their MP asking for a ceasefire
US citizens can call/email their local government officials asking for a ceasefire

"I want to go back to feeling my hand. I wanna hold my hand"
This child is Ibrahim Dahouk, from gaza strip, had his arm amputated in Israeli bombardment. He's crying, saying that he wants his hand back .Ibrahim says that the doctors told him he can if he was able to get outside of gaza for medical attention as soon as possible, he asks for anyone to put an end to the bombing so he could get proper treatment.
Translation:
"-Why are you crying?
I want to go back to holding my hand. I want to feel my hand.
My two cousins have been killed and I got injured. Please stop the war, that's what we want. We want to go back to our homes, we want to go back to live and to walk like before. They don't care about anything, they don't care about us. For the rest of my life I only want to feel my hand again, please. The doctor told me if you want your hand to grow back you have to get treatment abroad, immediately."
Then the man goes into explaining ibrahim's situation. Please if anybody knows how to help get Ibrahim the medical treatment for prosthetic limbs do everything you can, before he loses the remaining parts of his hand, share this on all platforms. And most importantly keep demanding a ceasefire. This has to stop.
whats cool about being trans is my parents are totally right. i did kill their beautiful son. im the thing that animates his corpse in an ever more convincing parody of a happy girl. i devoured him from the inside out and now there is nothing left of him and he is dead dead dead and there is only me, with my hollow eyes and dark eyeliner and long hair, and my big smile. my limp, effeminate gestures belie the marionetting of the boy they loved. my fagginess is his death. already his body becomes a fitter home for my parasitism in full; the tits, the hips, the thighs. sorry about your kid. thanks for the biomass <3
