their secondary nationalities were mostly whatever came to mind, except tord. Tom and tord are both ftm but have completely diff upbringings regarding that, for tord i hc him to have estonian family side cuz from my own trans experience of having estonian parents were they were mostly chill abt it albeit confused (benefit of estonia being mostly non religious). additionally, tord comes from a wealthy family who were super supportive of him, while tom had to work hard throughout his youth to moveout and transition. spoiled brat tord

some more hcssss... tord and tom are only childs, matt i think would have a really older sister or something, and edd has a big family. matt, tom and edds family dynamics i very highkey just took @/6kuros interpretations in my mind palace lol. Edd having many siblings and being the odd one of his family, tom had really nice parents when he was young but they died - eventually he ended up with nasty foster parents whom were not supportive of him being trans + made him cope with alcohol at young age. ty kuros for being so smart.

some more misc hcs is that i dont have tord be the red leader, instead he works for the red army as an engineer building weapons. this thing below is a supercut on my version of tomtord, but it also explains more abt his involvement of the red army and why he joined

I have many thoughts about the new Wolverine book. Starting with Kurt and Logan’s reunion.

Logan is feral at the moment, not observing and just reacting. But the moment he has a hint of clarity (from Kurt’s scent) Kurt leaps into an embrace.

Claws still out, probably not quite lucid yet but nope, Kurt’s gonna hug you!

and a big thank you to the art here (by Martin Coccolo & Bryan Valenza) because in the last panel, it just looks like Logan….melts into the embrace. Like a weight just dropped off his shoulders. The eyes are drawn so good here, he looks sad, tired and just needing some comfort; and who better to provide some solace than his best friend, Nightcrawler.
