ok so this isn't exactly a warrior cat name but it is something that, hypothetically, could happen in canon.

So, imagine that there is a patrol doin patrol things and they stumble across a kittypet. After their hissyfit they ask the kitty pet what their name is and the kittypet goes "it's firestar." The clan cats are shocked but also honored in a way that the word of firestar spread so far that even kittypets know of it. They gain respect for firestar and ask her to join the clan, and she's like "yea sure"

She manages to keep her old name despite some troubles so she's just. Firestar. The warrior. Cats of all clans go up to her with respect that she was named after the great leader. But uh. She isn't. She sits there not knowing what the fuck everyone is talking about and who this firestar is.

Because she wasn't named after firestar the cat, she was named after firestar the transformer. She doesn't have the gut to tell anyone so she just nods along while silently freaking the fuck out because she got accepted purely because of her name and she's not sure how these random ass cats she met will take the new of her being named after a fictional character.
