never not going through it
Can't believe I didn't see anyone else do this but here you are
Dean IS bisexual and I'm not even sure if this is all the examples
because the thing is bisexual
Richard was one of the directors for the confession I'm pretty sure and misha was told it was a romantic declaration of love so I definitely think they would see it even if they didn't know about misha saying it was a romantic confession
Rob and Rich are discussing episode 6x17 on the supernatural rewatch podcast and got to Balthazar’s comment about Cas being secretly in love with Dean and they’re all “ah foreshadowing!” “that was ahead of its time for when this aired, cool!”
if only they knew how the fandom was split between “Dean and Cas are canon” and “It’s just a joke guys, there’s nothing there”
it makes me crazy to think that they’re watching this in 2024/25 and it’s just a given that yeah of course Cas was in love with Dean way back in season 6, what else would that comment mean?
Funny how it's supposedly not supported by Canon yet actors, directors, and writers say that destiel was in the show and obvious, and funny how Dean only stays with 1 woman and then spends years with his brother and an angel and then commits suicide after the angel dies but then is all joyful and hopeful the next episode because the angel came back kinda like the angel was taking the place of his love interest
The Destiel phenomenon truly makes me want to deeply delve in spn fandom psyche and how so many people believe in something, that isn't supported by canon material.
Dean Winchester isn't interested in having a romantic partner. He canonically only stays with one partner ( Lisa) for a year, and that's only because Sam is gone and he is the one who asks him to lead a normal life.
I let out the biggest sigh.
This is why I don't get why some people think destiel shippers hate Sam, like yes we ignore him alot but we don't hate him, he's the only person that has to deal with Dean and cas' pining and longing 24/7, he's the only character that has seen most of what the fans see and we relate to him having to watch those two men be so inlove but be too stupid to actually get together
Gotta respect Supernatural for how it always committed to making Sam be like "Cas is fine Dean, really, please don't kill yourself I'mbegging" every time Cas went MIA
It's why he was so ok with dying, cas' love kept him from being suicidal(like he was in 13x05) but cas' death made him willing to die at anytime, he wasn't racing to die but since he didn't have cas he wasn't scared or worried about dying because then maybe he'd get to see cas again
do you ever think about the fact that Dean's worst fear in the face of Death was having to watch Cas die and then be killed himself, but instead he had to live a worse nightmare where he had to watch Cas die and then was forced to live?
ya me neither

Dean would definitely ask cas if he wanted to try his cigarette and cas would try it because Dean asked and cas would cough right away and give it back to Dean and dean would laugh then immediately take another hit
season 4 smoke breaks
Reblogging this cause the writers wanted destiel as much as the fans wanted destiel but the network didn't allow it so the writers made it extremely queercoded
here's to 10 years of Executioner's Song and the Cain-Colette Parallels they just tweeted out on main on the show
bonus the architects of the arc agree:
Happy birthday Dean! May you spend your day being lazy in bed with your husband
It's funny how this is like the one episode with a parallel between destiel and a straight relationship where the parallel is about Cas' feelings more than Dean's while the whole episode is basically about Dean being jealous of Cas' old friends and showing Dean's feelings for Cas through Dean's jealousy
