Your ask disapeared so... I decided to just work on what little I can remember from your ask!

Floyd Leech x GN!reader

"Ah! Its shrimpy-!"

"Ha? As if l'd know that shrimpy"

"Shrimpy.."

Again and again and again...

Another day means another Floyd.

Another Floyd means death hugs, long hours with him taking you to whatever or wherever he have in mind.

And having dragged around with him means a lot of troubles.

Floyd Leech is selfish, blunt, violent, moody and very much unpredictable yet its a wonder how you earned his attention, especially when you're just a human without any magic power or even any outstanding capabilities that might gain his attention or so you thought in the past.

Now?

You're pretty much used with the eel mermen dragging you all over the campus like a rice sack every now and then, despite the fact that you'd always complain when he'd just take you away with him in anytime of the school period it would always be left ignored by the eel himself.

Currently studying in the library alone, it was one of those rare moments where you can just relax on your own and finaly have the chance to review what ever homeworks or studies you have either missed or yet to understand what it is thanks to Floyd taking you with him in anytime of the day. Speaking about the eel merman, it was quite interesting to know that you haven't seen him at all for the whole day and you thought that it must've been his infamous bad mood yet oddly even if that might be true you can't help but wonder if its just the silence before the storm. But no... Even fater days past, Floyd never once came up to you or even take you with him to join in his little 'fun' instead... it looked more like he's avoiding you for some weird reasons.

Asking Jade or Azul was pointless as they both either smile out in amusement or ask for a contract to help you the latter was not a choice you'd risk ro take so nope, you hopped away from the octopus. Taking matters to your own hands you decided to ask help to your oh so wonderful companion Ace, Deuce and Grim though... you've pretty much guessed that they would either reject your plea or currently in the midst of cleaning up whatever mess they've made for the nth time in the week. The latter seemed to be their current situation as it pretty much occured almost daily, so its easy to say that they won't be of any help either.

Pouting as you tried your best to finish some works given by your oh so kind headmaster/principal, your mood only further dropped as nothing seemed to be working.

It felt odd honestly, odd as you always wished to be left alone by Floyd and wished to not have a giant merman tailing after you at all times. So it should be going off as how you wished but... somehow the sudden disapearance of your odd companion made you lonely.

By time that 2 weeks have passed you just went off to mostro lounge after school as it is the easiest way to find him, when you finnaly reached inside octavinelle you felt a little hesistant and thought of going back out since it doesn't feel like you to seek out Floyd Leech but at the sametime you were a little conflicted as you've reached so far only finding yourself trying to back out.

It might not be the time for the cafè to open yet but... you can only hope that you wont embarass yourself with your choice.

Sneaking inside- no, to be precise taking a peek inside the mostro lounge in a not so subtle way you frowned when you can only see Jade talking with who seemed to be another staff and perhaps even a short glimpse of Azul talking other staffs on what they should do but no Floyd, he's nowhere to be seen or heard inside the cafè.

Frowning when you doubt that you can meet with Floyd anytime soon you decided to leave, well not really when the door suddenly opened at the sametime you turned your back on it.

"Oya? If it isn't (Y/N)-san, or should I say 'shrimp-chan'?"

Best to say your heart almost stopped right then and there.

"J-Jade-kun-?! Ah... uh... hi?"

"Fufu, may I ask why are you here?"

Biting back a curse at the sadistic twin you can see that he already have a couple things on mind as to why you were here but nothenless the amusement within his mismatched eyes clearly have a word on itself, perhaps something... something that was enough to make your instincts to scream out alarms at you who ignored the growing dread.

"J-Jade-kun, you look like you know as to why I'm here exactly..."

"Do I? I was just asking as it is quite... rare for you to come over to mostro lounge (Y-N)-san"

"Maybe... but anyways, is Floyd-kun here?"

Maybe a light hit on Jade's arm will do it? I mean... sinve he's smilling out that creepy grin back at you who asked something that clearly amused him so very much to the point that its sickeningly creepy and somewhat feels like you missed something so important.

"Oya? Is our 'shrimp-chan' miss Floyd so dearly that they've decided to personally come to mostro lounge themselves?"

"W-who said that I miss him?! I-I'm just worried since... I haven't seen him at all lately... that's... all.."

A pout on your lips and a teethy grin on his but no words was exchanged for your frustation and embarrasment instead it looked like it amused him further so it was quite a surprise when a pair of arms slithered around your body and the sudden contact of your back to someone's chest.

"Hee~ so shrimpy's been worried about me~ I'm happy~"

"Good for you Floyd, now if you excuse me I do believe that both of you need to 'talk' alone"

With that Jadr chuckled when Floyd picked you up like a rice sack and carried you up to the VIP room with the permission of a very amused Azul that made you fear for what will happen while other staffs can only give you a pitiful glance, in a way for them to pray for your own survival.

"Now... mind telling me what this is all about Floyd-kun? I feel like I'm missing something very important here"

"Hm? What do you mean?"

He asked as he cuddled you on one of the sofas in the VIP room, since escaping was not an option or resisting might lead him to a bad mood you decided to just give up and let him do as he please for now. But not for free, you need explanations! Lots of it!

"...why were you avoiding me?"

"Eh~? Who's avoiding who?"

"You avoiding me? What else is there? You suddenly stopped annoying me out of the blue and then not coming to see me for 2 weeks, it felt odd when you do it"

"Hm~? I dun kno what yer sayin shrimpy~"

Pinching his cheeks you angrily stretched it out of pure annoyance at his act and frustation led you up to a long confession of how you felt for the past 2 weeks of his absence and by time you were done he was in a loss of words while realisation just sunk in for you. Embarassed at your own outburst you squirmed your way out from his grasp to no avail only to freeze on your spot when he tighten his hold on you and placed his head on your shoulders.

"So shrimpy was lonely..."

"What if I was?"

"Did you not like it when I'm not with you?"

"...it felt odd if you suddenly disapeared like that"

"Did you miss me shrimpy?"

"..sort of.."

"Does that mean you want to spend more time with me?"

"If you say it that way then... yeah, kinda"

"Even if it means you'll be working in mostro lounge?"

"Yeah..."

"So does that mean shrimpy wants to work with me in mostro lounge?"

""Mhmm..."

"..."

"..."

A wide grin pulled his lips when he lift his head away from your shoulder made you curse yourself for saying something you shouldn't have, trying to stop him when he suddenly thre you to the empty space beside him it was safe to say that you tried but... a little too late since it seems like Jade and Azul was eavesdroppibg your conversation outside, even placing on a bet on each other while Floyd din't really cared other than the fact that he's happy.

Now that you've 'accidentaly' agreed to work with him... wonder what kind of mischieves will he drag you in to, lets save that for next time and for now...
