If you feel bad, try acting opposed to what your brain wants. If you feel depressed and wanna lay in bed for a week, try forcing yourself to get up and go for a walk. Opposite acting helps get your brain out of a dark place and change your feelings when they are intense and we don't know what to do.

There's a stairway to heaven and a highway to hell, but the midnight train goes anywhere. Trains are clearly the superior transit method.
