That's a risky procedure today. Louis had his entire chest cut open and his rib cage cracked opened and his most vital organs operated on with a knife of dubious cleanliness and then that rib cage was wired back shut and prayed to heal properly.

I know we talk about Liam's scars a lot, but Louis is definitely wearing an awful lot on his chest, and they're probably pretty gnarly.

Louis has always been strong.
