Ofc there's the standard "Du bist hübsch" or "Du bist schön" (You are pretty/You are beautiful).

idk why but the next thing that came to my mind was "Ich mag deine Stimme" (I like your voice).

With the base sentence "Ich mag dein/deine/deinen XYZ", you can compliment almost everything about someone (Augen -> eyes, Haar(e) -> hair, outfit, make up, art skills, Musikgeschmack -> taste in music, etc.)

I can't really think of anything else right now without getting into the highly specific run on sentences and German/English slang mash up I use to compliment others lol
