To the man who was running into us with his kids wagon as everyone exited the zoo: All you had to say was "excuse me" or "sorry" and move over a little. Instead, you told your wife to move over because I was trying to get your attention so my kid wouldn't get hurt. You got offended that anyone would walk near you and snidely claimed I was "in a rush". I wasn't. I just didn't want you hitting us with your obnoxious wagon. You are a jerk. To the wife of said jerk: There was no reason for you to try starting an argument. There was no reason to be rude. EVERYONE was leaving the zoo at the same time. Having a wagon and stroller does not entitle you to take up the entire walkway and run people over and then act like it's their fault you're being entitled, rude shits. There was also no reason for you to insult me and threaten my child. YOU FUCKING THREATENED MY CHILD. Sll because I didn't want you and your jerk husband running us over. Yes, everyone had kids there. Yes, everyone was going to the parking lots. And no one else were being selfish shits and trying to threaten people and start fights but you two. My kid may have a mother who curses like a sailor, but at least I'm not raising my child to be an entitled ass that THREATENS OTHER PEOPLE'S CHILDREN! I should have called the police. You don't seem to understand that threatening children is NOT OK. I hope karma bites you in the ass.

Hello! Apologies for the long period of silence! I have been a *bit* busy taking care of the farm, the Tiny Tyrant Terror (aka, Leocadia🙄) and... *drum roll, please* . . . finishing my mum's #quilt!!! I am so proud of this one😍, it fits over a twin size bed, and is soooo pretty! I used cotton fabric, thread, and batting from @joann_stores The batting is an organic cotton, sturdy, easy to lay out, and is thin enough for me to sew on my 8 year old #brothersewingmachine All that's left to do is wash it, iron it out, fold it up, wrap it, and gift it to my mum❤🎂 But keep this between you and me! Mum doesn't know about it!🦊🤫🤐

Easter was nice this year. Leocadia's aunt cooked Easter dinner. I got to see my nephews and Leocadia had a blast. But something has been bugging me about my interactions with people Sunday. I always feel obligated to blend in, to be pleasant. For me, that can be a lot of work and is physically and emotionally draining. A family member, at one point, was having difficulty get up from a sitting position on the floor and I suggested trying yoga. She laughed and asked if I had done it. I said yes, I did it for years, and my last class was at xmas. I've done yoga for years and I'm still limber enough to do some difficult poses well, despite the fact that I'm not skinny. Thet challenged me they told me to prove it. They didn't believe me. And I was expected to immediately start doing yoga poses for these people without centering myself.😑 Now, this should have raised red flags and questions then, but being me, I wasn't thinking about that, just trying to fit in. I realized they were laughing at me. They were belittling me. Why? I've noticed that this has become a trend with them. They constantly question my statements and do not ever believe a word I say. And more often than not, they laugh at what I say. I can't say they hurt my feelings, because they didn't. I can say I am embarrassed that I allowed these people to laugh at me. I have nothing to prove to them, or anybody really, and I need to remind my self of that. So, to my doubters and naysayers- Here's a challenge for you: go to a yoga class with me. And then come to my farm and do all the work I do. Carry 50 pound sacks of feed, bales of hay, chase down cattle and sheep, wade through muck and mire to shoot snakes, chop down diseased trees, feed babies and care for the sick. And do everything else I do while I also raise a child by myself. And then create the things I do on a daily basis. I have nothing to prove to you. I'm a badass. I prove that to myself every day.
