I don't understand why you find this confusing : this is Batman and This is Nightwing and this is bitewing, nightwing's dog, and this is the batwing, batman's plane, not to be mixed up with Batwing, who is the son of the guy who built the batwing... How is any of that confusing ?

In french to text someone dw (don't worry) we write tkt which is short for "t'inquiètes".

First thing to note is that as you can see there is no k in "t'inquiètes" but we still write tkt instead of tqt

Second thing to note is that "t'inquiètes" is short for "t'inquiètes pas" , literally "worry not". B u t w e d r o p t h e "pas" w h i c h m e a n s "not"

So, to say "don't worry" we say "worry yourself"

What stages i think (or hope) most dc fans went through

1/ discover dc comics through an animated or live action series or movie

2/think you could start comics with one of the main jl hero (but probably batman)

(at this stage you might have watched a video about where to start)

3/ find out your favourite character from that team/family

4/ discover more about them until you read a comics where they team up with one or more character(s) from another big fam

5/ get more and more niche from one team up to another until when someone asks your favourite character you realise you can't answear the question without assessing how much the person who asks knows about comics first

6/ enjoy feeling overwhelmed with the amount of arcs you want to read

If you don't know dc comics i'll say batgirl, if you know a bit of comics i might say nightwing and even dona troy or jessica cruz if you know more

Then i'll ask if you know booster or midnighter
