Wanted to have something that I can ‚update‘ so I took my favourite pictures from last year and made different backgrounds & intend to add lots of new ones with every trip I go on this year.

“You’re not going to volunteer if I’m selected,” Koushi says firmly. Now it’s Daichi’s turn to chuckle softly. He places his hand on top of Koushi’s and moves it gently, turning it to examine it closely as if this were the first time he had ever touched him. Daichi runs his fingers over each slender digit of Koushi’s hand until returning it to the spot at his jaw. He turns his head slightly, pressing a soft kiss at the junction of Koushi’s thumb and the palm of his hand.

“You know I can’t promise you that.”

Koushi knows. And yet, he won’t stop trying. Year after year. He doesn’t know how they got lucky enough to not have been selected yet.

He lays back down on Daichi’s stomach, his hand slipping from Daichi’s cheek over his neck, his chest until it rests around his hip. Koushi’s thumb slips under his shirt and caresses the soft, warm skin underneath.

Shiratorizawa: - “Intense Force, Rich Harvest” - Eagle holding corn crops and Swan holding arrows on purple ground - Main Export: Tea, Beef, a very wide variety of agricultural products - Country with both the most surface area and the greatest political influence - Shiratorizawa has many small pockets with unique religion and folklore but they all unite under the temple of the harvest goddess -  it is not an official state religion even tough most of the population follows it and the festivities are state supported

Dateko: - “Iron Wall & Iron Will” - Fortress and Bramble branches on green and grey ground - Main Export: Stone, various ores and metals - Considered the oldest still existing kingdom in Miyagi (in a close tie with Karasuno), famous for masonry - Dateko is probably the most secretive country on the continent and little to nothing is knows about their religion, only that they worship the earth and the stone - the people seem to be very invested and deeply religious although details rarely leave the country and they are not eager to discuss their believes with outsiders

These came way faster than I anticipated, since I didn’t know that there was a bus strike in my area today and I couldn’t go to university (not that I am very bummed about missing my super boring english course).

Hello fellow writer of fanfiction. What's your favorite fanfiction you are currently working on and what was the inspiration for it?

Oh my gosh, I totally forgot this was still in my ask box, I am so, SO sorry >.<

Anyways out of the current ones it is really hard to choose but given that the ask is a bit older I’ll cheat a little and make it “Rise of a King” (on Ao3).

It’s an Alternative Sports AU which I created for the Haikyuu Olympics Big Bang and the inspiration just... appeared - I was torn between this and another pitch but I decided on the IwaOi story because at that time these characters just came to me more easily.

Rise of a King

Fandom: Haikyuu (My contribution to the @olympicsbang​) Type: Nonlinear Novella - 30.1k words // Athlete AU Focus: Fencer!Oikawa Ships: IwaOi ; MatsuHana ; mentions of UshiTen, DaiSuga & AsaNoya Rating: Teen and Up/Mature (contains “adult jokes” but nothing graphic)

Summary: Oikawa Tooru is not a genius - in fact, he despises being labeled one. Who ever got the impression, that being a spoiled brat is such a great thing? Everything HE has achieved comes from hard work and Oikawa wants the god damn credit for every single drop of sweat he put into it!  But perhaps Tooru is a little bit biased - after all, his bright future as a gymnast went down the drain rather spectacularly after injuring his knee beyond repair. And yet here he stands, sword in hand (literally) and he will fight for his dream of olympic gold to the very last.  Dating a very hot Ice Hockey player and having a dope teammate with too large eyebrows and a never ending supply of fun and memes don‘t exactly hurt his motivation either.
