Unpopular opinion - But I don't even want Dim/Jake to die. Since, they are the reason why Chenford are together now. Moreover, they are Chenford from some other universe. They too deserve their happily ever after.😇

The Rookie showrunners have written the Chenford relationship in such an organic way that it feels real. Hence, my opinion might sound a tad bit philosophical but I feel when we fall for 'the one' it becomes almost difficult to pin point a date or time to say, "Yeah, this is the time when we have fallen for them". It happens gradually and without much of our control/knowledge. I think the same happened with Tim and Lucy. They surely warmed up to each other somewhere during the last half of season 1. However, while going through all the ups & downs of their lives together they fell for each other bit by bit even before they could comprehend it themselves.

Happy five year anniversary to The Rookie. Thank you for being one of the most non-problematic shows of all time! We cried and laughed with all your characters throughout the last five years. Thank you for making our lives a little better. Can't wait for all the more drama and adventures you will bring to us with season 6!😇😍

I want Bailey and Nolan to get married ASAP. Because I want Chenford to end their dance with a kiss this time.🥹😍

I am not expecting much. I will be happy if we finally get Chris and Lucy break up which is long overdue!😏

I wasn't expecting any Chenford in the next episode because I thought it would be Wopez-centric, which I didn't mind because I am loving the Elijah and Wopez storyline.😊

Hence, anything Chenford is a bonus for me, and I am grateful to the Rookie showrunners for it.😍

However, I don't think we will get a Chenford and Chris confrontation, and I am fine with it. I think Chris will be there just to act as an ADA, as Wesley is directly related to the case and thus will have conflict of interest. TBH, I am relieved that my Chenford babies will be helping a kid and will be away from any negativity which Chris could have brought.😒
