Enemy Exclusivity

“Hey, wake up,” a voice hissed at you from the end of your bed, hand coming around your calf to roughly shake you awake. “We have to talk.”

You groaned and buried your face further in your pillow, annoyed at the interruption of your already minuscule hours of sleep.

“I already fed you, dumb cat,” you moaned, before snapping your eyes open with the realization that one: cats don't talk. And two: you lived alone.

You lunged for your nightstand, quickly flipping the switch for your lap. “Fuck,” you and the other voice hissed in unison, squeezing your eyes shut. After a few seconds of your eyes adjusting to the harsh light that flooded the previously pitch-dark room, you squinted to see the figure of Tomura Shigaraki standing cross-armed at the end of your bed.

“Finally, you're awake.” he seemed pleased at the notion.

Suddenly you were lunging for something else, one of the several weapons you left on your nightstand as a result of, what your therapist called, intense paranoia and anxiety. Unfortunately for you, someone, (probably the person standing at the end of your bed), stole from you, leaving you defenseless other than your quirk.

“Listen,” he sighed, before sitting on the edge of your mattress, pulling out a crumpled piece of paper from his pocket and unfolding it to read the scrawled, warbly hiragana. “I don’t think you’re giving our relationship the time it deserves. I feel like your focus has been elsewhere, on other villains.” You blinked, trying to clear the dryness of your eyes. You still weren’t convinced this wasn’t a bad dream.

“How the fuck did you get in my apartment?”

“Kurogiri warped me in here,” Shigaraki scoffed, as if it was the most obvious thing in the world. “Anyways,” he huffed, clearly wanting to return to the subject at hand. Clearing his throat, he returned to his note. “I think we should return to a time where it was just us. I’d like to return to our game of cat and mouse-”

“Hold on,” you interrupted. While it was true that you were the hero tasked with occasionally following Shigaraki and the rest of the League’s whereabouts, you were never exclusive, and you certainly weren’t playing any games. “Am I the cat or the mouse?” He glared at you, clearly offended. “I’m obviously the cat, and you aren’t focusing on what I’m saying.”

You couldn’t believe it. Had he seriously broken into your apartment to beg you for what, exclusivity in your relationship? You didn’t know what else to call it. You were sitting two feet away from someone who could easily kill you- quietly too. You couldn’t tell if the silent threat against your life or just the sheer care behind his words drove you to agree with him. It was almost touching; He wrote you a whole speech, made the effort of breaking into your apartment, all for the purpose of trying to be exclusive with you. Blinking rapidly, you snapped yourself out of the thought. Sure, this might have been cute in one of those dating games he happened to be playing when you were tied up in his room a few months ago, but this was real life.

You huffed. “Sorry.” “Whatever, anyways.” he sniffed. “I think we should return to our game of cat and mouse, you should drop all other villains you are fighting, and you should allow me to be your only enemy once again.” Crumpling his paper again in his fist, he returned it to his pocket, expectantly awaiting your response.

You pressed the pause button on the tape of your memory. Those ropes you were tied up with were a tad too loose to be an accident. “Wait, two months ago when you had me tied up-” Tomura blinked. “I already deleted those games if that’s what you’re going to ask.”

“No, it’s just,” you sighed. “For all this time, have you been letting me go?”

His face reddened at your question, picking at the dry skin of his neck. “Well yeah. How else were we going to be enemies?”

You clenched your blanket in your fist, trying to ground yourself. Think of the big picture. “I thought you hated heroes. Wanted to destroy hero society and all that.”

“Yeah,” he shrugged. “But our relationship makes me stronger, I need practice before I destroy All Might.” Now that logic you could at least pretend to entertain. Understand even. “Besides, when we finally go to war, I know you'll follow me.”

Nevermind, that leap in logic halted the gears in your head. You were a hero. You had morals. “How do you know that?”

“I've seen the way you look at me,” he stated. Maybe your morals weren’t apparent enough. You rubbed your face, it was too early for this. Perhaps if you agreed, he’d finally leave and let you sleep.

“Okay, sure.” You yawned, curling in on your side.

He grinned excitedly. “So you'll do it? It'll just be us again?”

Groaning, you turned back over on your stomach, burying your face back in its rightful spot in your pillow. “Yeah, just us.” Taking him up on his offer could be a good thing, since Shigaraki’s threats were quickly rising on the commission’s list of priorities. You could figure out the whole “following you to war,” thing later.

“Awesome,” Shigaraki quickly rose to his feet, before whipping out his phone to send a quick text. Within seconds, a purple, swirling portal appeared at the edge of your bedroom. “I have to go, but I’ll see you tomorrow?” sighing, you opened one eye to look at him. “Yeah, see ya.”

Shigaraki smiled at you as he prepared to step through the portal. Suddenly he turned back and marched to your side, pressing a chaste kiss to your temple. Without another word, he stepped through the rapidly disappearing portal, leaving you alone in your room with your thoughts.

Outloud and to no one in particular, you whispered your only thought. “What the fuck was that.” Your face felt hot enough to fry an egg. “And why did I like it when he kissed me?”

𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙨𝙬𝙚𝙚𝙩 𝙞𝙩'𝙙 𝙗𝙚 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙙𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢

late night snack runs with your boss, shigaraki!

a/n ☾ ⋆*・ ahhh this is one of my fav shiggy pieces!! also i may or may not have forgotten to capitalize like i usually do :O enjoy!

𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙨𝙬𝙚𝙚𝙩 𝙞𝙩'𝙙 𝙗𝙚 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙙𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢

shigaraki was surprised to hear a knock on his bedroom door so late at night - he lifted his head off his palm and groggily pushed his sore elbows off the table they were propped up against. he had fallen asleep at his desk. again.

his eyes caught onto the bright red lights of the clock that red 1:32 am, before he twisted his door open with a grumble

out of all the things that could have been on the other side of his door, the last person he expected was you at this hour.

"uh oh. were you sleeping shiggy?" you question with a quiet laugh as he glares at you silently, rubbing his eyes with the back of his hand as he huffs

"no- i was just about to though. did you need something?" he questions, suddenly aware of the fact that his hair was definitely all over the place - tousled with sleep and exhaustion. embarrassed, he peers down at you with a grimace

"i'm hungry for gas station udon."

the sigh he lets out is so dramatic that you can't help but laugh. he glances back at the clock on his desk before back at you, his lips set in a thin line as he closes the door. you blink at the wood in front of your face for about five seconds before he opens it again - a black coat thrown over his frame

"let's go." he sneers, waving at your pajamas with a scowl "you better get changed qui-"

he's cut off by your squeals, flinching when you wrap your arms around him in a grateful hug

"thank you boss man! you're the best-" you grin, even as he stands as stiff as a board while you hug him. he grumbles something under his breath as you pull away and show him your palm, all fingers up - "five minutes shiggy! be right back!"

you've disappeared before he could even respond, a tinge of pink coating his pale cheeks as he huffs

you're out within a few minutes wearing gloves and a hat pulled over your hair. one of shigaraki's winter jackets - which was little too big for you as you practically drowned in the fabric, hung over your frame as you stepped out of your room with a grin.

you're both out of the hideout soon enough. shigaraki notices how the tip of your nose is pink from the freezing temperature, and how cold frost expelled from your mouth every time you cracked one of your ridiculous jokes that had him struggling to suppress his laughter, because he'd be damned if he laughed at one of your corny pick up lines.

"you're lucky they're open twenty four hours a day." he points out, opening the door of the gas station as the bell above the door jingles to life - indicating there were customers to the old man who sat behind the counter as he read something. he sent a polite smile in greeting before his eyes averted back to whatever it was he was reading

"yeah- ooo they restocked my flavors!" you exclaim, recognizing the familiar colorful packaging stacked neatly near the back of the store as you tug shigaraki along - he follows begrudgingly, and surprisingly doesn't tug his hand out of yours

he watches you ogle the colorful packaging and has to physically restrain himself from scoffing. what's so interesting about it anyway - you're acting like you've stepped into some sort of a gourmet restaurant with the way your tongue pokes out to lick your frost coated lips!

"i want that one-" you finally say, pointing to the top shelf where 'shrimp tempura' was displayed on the label of the cup in italics. with a sigh, your boss reaches up above you and picks two off the shelf and hands them to you. "happy?" he grumbles

your enthusiastic nod has him grunting in response, but when he turns to head to the cash register, you tug on his sleeve - "shiggy, you need to pick one too!"

he turns around with furrowed brows. "i'm not hungry-"

but he's cut off by you shoving your cup into his arms as you turn back to the wall, observing and humming thoughtfully as you try and find a flavor shigaraki would like - maybe something light, and a bit spicy.

picking up another container that seemed more like his taste, you grab onto shigaraki's sleeve with a final nod - tugging him to the cash register with the goods in hand.

it was almost comical how you were dragging him around, like a dog on a leash. but shigaraki wasn't protesting. especially not if you were the one dragging him around. a part of him loathed the fact he would follow you to the ends of the world if the time came - but for now, snack runs would do too.

while you make small talk with the old man behind the register and pay for everything, shigaraki is quiet behind you.

he's unsure how to act after you insisted on him getting some food too. why did he care so much? you seemed to have already forgotten your simply gesture, laughing at something the elderly man said as shigaraki looms behind you.

you turn around to ask shigaraki something, but the thought slips your mind when you find him already burning a hole into the back of your head - staring blankly. his back straightens quickly when you catch him staring and you snort - making a mental note to tease him later about his staring habit.

the moment the cashier hands you the plastic bag, shigaraki is tugging you out of the store and onto the cold streets

"someone's hungry." you giggle, watching the way his brows pull together - his usual scowl faltering when you laugh even harder

"you're the one who dragged me all the way out here-"

but he's cut off with an overly dramatic gasp as you stop walking. he turns back in confusion, before he follows the trail of your gaze

oh no.

"absolutely not."

about a dozen yards from the two of you, stood a playground.

"shiggy it's covered in snow! imagine it - you're sliding down the slide and fall right on your ass! hah! we are so going!" you squeal.

tomura thought your enthusiasm for gas station udon would go unmatched - yet here you were, climbing onto the swings and asking him to push you.

sure, he would push extra hard and let out a raspy cackle when you yelped - demanding he slow down. your legs kicked through the air as you helplessly threaten him, but your laughter sounded through the air regardless, and tomura can't remember a moment where he'd felt quite as happy as he does now.

he's crammed into the little house attached to the swings and slide now - god forbid someone sees the leader of the league sitting in a little wooden cottage with little rainbows and hearts painted all over its surface. you gently tuck the little plastic bag containing your packaged food onto the ground beside you.

"shiggy - this could make an excellent hide out if we ever need a place to crash." you whisper with a bashful smile

"sure." he whispers back, even though there's no one else around to hear either of you. he watches your eyes drift out the little window in the playhouse. the snow falls softly outside, coating the grass in a thick blanket. you see a few specks in your boss's light blue hair - a smile curling on your lips at the sight

he rolls his eyes, but makes no further comment. it's quiet now - the only sound being gentle whoosh of the falling snow. your hand shifts forward and lays flat on shigaraki's thigh - palm up. his eyes quickly move to your face when you do - and he's met with a cheeky grin

"i forgot to bring gloves. think you can warm up my hands?" you question, an amused smile on your face as you quickly tuck your glove into the pocket of your coat and out of sight. not very sneaky- but who cares?

he's still. watching you quietly. he blames the way his fingers curl and intertwine with yours on the cold weather freezing the gears in his mind needed to function properly.

it's so nice. that's all you can think as he brushes a tentative thumb over your knuckles, turning to look at the falling snow out the window with you.

#61 for man door hand hook car door

Hi Scarlett! Thank you so much for the prompt from this list (I'm still taking these!). This one took me a bit but I hope you like it! No quirks AU, fluff, sickfic, totally not inspired by anything happening in real life. 2.3k words.

61) “I’ll pick it up after work.”

Your phone rings while you’re on your lunch break, and you pick it up without looking. “Hey, this is –”

“Kill me.”

It’s your boyfriend. Your boyfriend never calls – only texts, because he needs to edit himself before he sends anything. “Hey, Tomura. How are you feeling?”

“Like shit.” Tomura’s usually raspy voice sounds distinctly nasal. “I was mouth-breathing on you all night. How did you not smother me?”

“Would you have smothered me?”

“No,” Tomura groans. “It wouldn’t be any different than your snoring.”

“I don’t snore!”

“Yes, you do. I like it. It’s cheaper than buying a white-noise machine.” Tomura coughs. It sounds like he’s making an effort not to cough into the phone, but it’s not much of one. “This sucks.”

“Yeah,” you agree. “I’m really sorry. You wouldn’t have gotten it if I hadn’t made us go to that party.”

“Yeah, maybe not.” Tomura coughs again. “But we agreed. Rules are rules.”

You knew when you and Tomura started dating that he wasn’t much for parties, but he was also able to admit that the occasional party is necessary, and you used one of the three parties you’re allowed to drag him to per year on bringing him to your friend’s engagement party. Said engagement party got a little messy. A little rowdy. A little drink-sharey, which you’re pretty sure is what got Tomura – during some horrible round of mystery cocktail hot potato, he somehow got stuck finishing almost every drink. You helped him out with most of them, but your immune system is bombproof. If one of you was going to get sick, it was always going to be him.

He went to work yesterday, but stayed home today. He was worse this morning than he was last night. “Rules are rules, but I still feel bad,” you say. “Is there anything I can do?”

“Come home and kill me.”

“Other than that,” you say, and Tomura grumbles. “Seriously. Is there something?”

It’s quiet for a second. “Yeah,” Tomura admits. “If you’re not going to kill me –”

“I’m not.”

“Can you grab my stupid prescription? I went to the urgent care and they sent it to the wrong pharmacy.” Tomura’s coughing gets louder, then softer, while you try to avoid saying something dumb out of sheer shock that he’d go to the doctor at all. “It’s far away and I’m tired. Can you grab it?”

“Which pharmacy?” You put your phone on speaker and look up the address. “That’s on the other side of the city. How did they mess it up that bad?”

“Maybe I said it wrong. I forgot my address for a second when I was checking in,” Tomura mumbles. “It sucked in there. It took forever to get seen because there were a bunch of kids ahead of me with marbles stuck up their noses.”

“With – what?”

“Marbles. Up their noses. At a sleepover. It was a dare,” Tomura says. You can hear just how pissed he is about it – or how pissed he would be, if he wasn’t too fatigued to be pissed. “I don’t know why they got to be seen first. My breathing was more obstructed than theirs.”

You try to imagine this – your sick, crabby boyfriend sharing a waiting room with a birthday party’s worth of kids with marbles jammed up their nostrils. It’s hard to picture. “Did you have to wait a while?”

“It felt like a while,” Tomura says. “Wish you’d been there. It would have sucked less.”

If he’d told you he was going, you’d probably have taken off work to go with him. “I wish I’d been there, too,” you say. You lean back against the wall. “I’ll pick it up after work. Is there anything else you need?”

“A cyanide capsule.”

“I don’t think they sell those at the convenience store,” you say. Tomura grumbles again, and you pause for a moment. “Promise me something. Before you kill yourself, at least let me go on a quest to far distant lands to retrieve the cure.”

“I asked you to get the antibiotics, didn’t I?” Tomura’s voice is muffled. “Problem solved.”

“Not just this time. Any time, Tomura,” you say. You and he have had this conversation before, and you’ve gotten better at talking about it. You know his jokes about killing himself are jokes, but you also know they’re a habit, and it’s not a good habit to be in. “Always give me a shot at the quest first.”

“Yeah.” Tomura’s voice is quieter. “You’re busy, right? Go do something or they’ll make you stay later.”

You don’t want to get off the phone, but you do need to eat. And then you need to race through the rest of your work for the day – or do you? Either way, you need to get off the phone. You check the address for the pharmacy one more time. “Okay. I have to go. Just try to rest.”

“I should have gotten you sick, too.” Tomura sounds incredibly mopey, which is what you’d be, if you had the symptoms he’s having. “Then you’d have to stay home with me.”

“Okay, but if I was sick, who would take care of you?”

“Me.”

“You’re also sick.”

“Shit.” Tomura’s hitting his head against the pillow. You can tell by the rustling. “I’m hanging up before I say anything else stupid. Love you.”

“I love you, too,” you say. You hang up the phone. Then you go back inside to talk to your boss.

_________________________________________________________

Tomura shouldn’t have gone to the stupid urgent care. He got the prescription, sure, but it came at the cost of an hour in a packed waiting room, three separate lectures about getting a primary care provider, a cotton swab down the back of his throat to check for strep even though he doesn’t have a sore throat, and a bunch of questions that weren’t even sort of relevant to why he was there. It sapped all his energy and probably exposed him to twenty more diseases than he already has, and he didn’t even get the antibiotics. He had to ask you to get them, and that means it’ll be even longer before you get home.

Tomura’s not an idiot. He knows you don’t have some kind of magical healing powers that can make his headache and cough and congestion go away just by touching him, but he feels better when you’re here, no matter what you’re doing, no matter what’s wrong with him. Tomura’s not an idiot, but he’s also not naïve. He knows he was shooting for the moon when he slid into your DMs. He never expected it to work.

And part of him is still convinced it hasn’t worked, even though you’ve been together for two years and living together for one. It’s not his low self-esteem telling him you’re too good for him – it’s observable fact. You’re smart and hardworking but sneaky about it, so you never have to do more work than you have to, and you’re pretty and cute but you’re also hot, which are things that should go together but don’t go together in real life, and Tomura knows that whenever people look at the two of you together they’re asking themselves the same question. What are you doing? What are you doing with him?

Tomura asks himself that same question every week or so. He still hasn’t worked it out. But he has a feeling it has to do with the fact that he’s able to pull his weight, which he hasn’t been doing since Sunday morning, when he woke up the morning after your stupid friend’s engagement party with an itch in the back of his throat. And then he piled on by making you pick up his prescription. You must be pissed. So what if you didn’t sound pissed on the phone? You must be. Tomura would – no, Tomura wouldn’t. He likes when he can do stuff for you, because it makes you happy, and he wants you to be happy, because he loves you. What is he thinking?

Nothing that makes any sense, so he should probably stop. Tomura brushes the piles of wadded-up tissues into the wastebasket by the bed, then curls up under the blankets on your side. He should get some sleep. It’s just past noon. You’re not going to be home until six. Maybe he’ll feel a little better on the other side of a six-hour nap.

Tomura falls asleep facing your digital alarm clock, so when he hears the apartment door unlock itself and opens his eyes, the first thing he sees is the time. It’s not six. It’s two. Why are you home so early? He can tell that you’re trying to be quiet as you take off your shoes. Maybe you’re trying not to wake him, but he’s already awake. He should let you know

“You –” Tomura starts, then coughs. His voice still sounds like shit, so he coughs again, which turns into a coughing fit, and by then you’re in the doorway. He peers at you through eyes that feel blurrier than they should. “You came back early.”

“I really shouldn’t have gone in at all today,” you say. “When I told my boss your symptoms, she sent me home. Apparently I could be contagious.”

You’re smirking a little bit. Tomura has a feeling you did more than just tell your boss his symptoms, but he doesn’t give a shit. You’re home. “I got your prescription,” you continue, shaking a paper bag, “and I got frozen yogurt instead of a probiotic so you don’t have to take an extra pill. I also got fancy tissues – and ingredients for real ramen if you want that and instant ramen if you don’t – and –”

All of that was one bag. Tomura recognizes the other one instantly – it’s from his favorite game store. “What did you do?”

“New headset,” you say. “You keep saying the one you have hurts your head. If it hurts your head on a regular basis, it probably hurts it even more now – and I know the one you want, so I figured I’d get it. In case you felt like gaming at all.”

Tomura should probably say something. Thank you would probably be a good start, but all he can do is stare at you and cough a little bit. You don’t seem worried about it. You duck out of the bedroom, then come back with a glass of water, a cup of frozen yogurt, and a spoon. You set the antibiotics down next to it and head over to the closet to change out of your work clothes.

Tomura tries to pay attention to the frozen yogurt – using a spoon feels like it requires all of his concentration right now – but he can’t stop glancing over at you. You look good in your work clothes, but Tomura likes it best when you’re comfortable, because you always look good to him and when you’re comfortable you don’t waste time worrying about it. It doesn’t hurt that most of your comfortable clothes were Tomura’s clothes at some point. The pajamas you settle on are half-yours, half-his. Your shorts, which Tomura likes because the elastic waistband is easier to get through than a drawstring is, and his shirt, which he likes because you stole it from him within the first month the two of you were dating and never gave it back.

It takes a spoonful of yogurt nearly sliding off the spoon and into his lap for Tomura to remember what he’s supposed to be doing. He shovels in a few more bites of yogurt, then downs the pill and flops back on the bed, just as you get into bed on what’s usually his side. “You stole my spot,” you say. “What’s that about?”

“Your side is better.”

“That’s not what you said when we moved in,” you point out. “You talked a lot of shit about my side being the worst one.”

“It is. Usually.” Tomura doesn’t want to admit this. He feels like a dumbass. “It smells like you.”

You look surprised. “You can smell stuff right now?”

“Only on one side,” Tomura says, and you laugh. You come closer, too, settling down in bed next to him, and wrapping your arms carefully around him. “You sure you want to do this? What if you get sick?”

“You’ll be done being sick by the time I get it, if I get it,” you say. You kiss Tomura’s cheek, then test his forehead with the back of your hand before brushing his hair out of his face. “I don’t think I will. But if I do get it, then you can take care of me.”

Tomura thinks he could do that. He wouldn’t be as good at it as you are, but you’re giving him a really good tutorial right now. He’s paying attention. Sort of. “I’d say I’m looking forward to it, but you’d have to get sick, so I’m not. Because I don’t want you to be sick. But I would take care of you. I want to, but I don’t want to have to, if that makes sense. It doesn’t make sense. I just – fuck.”

“It’s okay,” you say. You’re smiling at him. “Just get some rest. I could use a nap, too.”

“Yeah.” Tomura wants to talk to you more, wants to hear how your day was going before he ruined it, but now that you’re here, all he wants is to sleep. He sleeps better when you’re here. “Okay.”

The coughing’s not as bad when he isn’t trying to talk. Tomura closes his eyes and slumps against you. “Love you,” he mumbles, and he stays awake just long enough to hear you say it back.

Shigaraki x Reader masterlist

Here's my attempt at collecting all my Shigaraki fics in one post! We'll see how it goes.

One-shots

the crying game - You gave up on love a long time ago, but you keep getting invited to weddings, and after eleven receptions spent at the single's table, you're almost at the end of your rope -- until first-time wedding guest Shigaraki Tomura asks you to show him how it's done. (rated T, Tumblr exclusive.)

magnum opus - you're a crime scene photographer, and serial killer Shigaraki likes your photos a little too much. (rated M, available on Tumblr + Ao3)

d-o-l-l-h-o-u-s-e - spooky AU based on the movie The Boy. (rated M, available on Tumblr + Ao3)

Best Practice - Taking the night shift at a 24-7 emergency vet hospital isn't for the faint of heart, and you've seen a lot of crazy things. But on one particular shift, it's Tenko Shimura and his service dog who make the biggest impression on you.(rated T, Tumblr exclusive.)

camera shy - You're a villain who likes catching heroes in compromising positions, and when you can't do that, you put them there yourself. It's not until you capture Tenko Shimura that you lose the upper hand. (rated T, Tumblr exclusive.)

Somewhere in the Crowd - Tomura tells himself he's content with singing backup in the band he founded, and most of the time he is. But when he takes a song request from you during the biggest concert the League of Villains has ever played, he realizes that there might be a few advantages to claiming the spotlight. (rated T, Tumblr exclusive)

taking care of boyfriend!Shigaraki when he's sick (rated T, Tumblr exclusive)

hands-off, hands-on - Shigaraki's quirk makes life difficult in a lot of ways, but there's only one he can't find a way around, and since you joined the League of Villains, it's gotten even worse. When the truth comes out at last, he's expecting it to be a disaster and nothing else. He definitely isn't expecting you to offer to help. (rated E, available on Tumblr + Ao3)

Radio Silence - For the last year, your best friend has been somebody you've never met. When Tenko suddenly stops answering your messages, you don't know what to do. (rated T, Tumblr exclusive)

Tam Lin - When a child from your settlement goes missing, you go willingly into the woods to rescue him from the entity that dwells there. You're not at all prepared for what you find. (Based on the tale of Tam Lin. 7.1k words, afab reader, rated M with warnings for dubcon + smut. Tumblr exclusive)

Multi-parts/Series

the new postmodern age - Before the war, you were nothing but a common criminal, but in the world that's arisen from the ashes, you got a second chance. Five years after the final battle between the heroes and the League of Villains, you run a coffee shop in a quiet seaside town, and you're devoted to keeping your customers happy. Even customers like Shimura Tenko, who needs a second chance even more than you did -- and who's harboring a secret that could upend everything you've tried to build. Will you let the past drag both of you down? Or will you find a way, against all odds, to a new beginning? (rated M, complete, available on Tumblr + Ao3)

blind date i + ii - After endless failed attempts to help Tomura up his game, his friends have settled on their last resort: A blind date. Even before you show up, it's not going well. No quirks AU, female reader. (rated T (for now), Tumblr exclusive)

Expiation - Even after slaying the High Kingdom's greatest enemy and sparing its people from a terrible fate, Shigaraki Tomura's past crimes make him an outcast in the castle. Still, someone has to attend to him, and that someone is you -- and unlike the maids who came before you, you're not afraid to ask a question. (rated T, ongoing, available on Tumblr + Ao3)

Enough to Go By - Your best friend vanished on the same night his family was murdered, and even though the world forgot about him, you never did. When a chance encounter brings you back into contact with Shimura Tenko, you'll do anything to make sure you don't lose him again. Keep his secrets? Sure. Aid the League of Villains? Of course. Sacrifice everything? You would - but as the battle between the League of Villains and hero society unfolds, it becomes clear that everything is far more than you or anyone else imagined it would be. (rated M, ongoing, available on Tumblr + Ao3)

Off-Script - Tomura's been Dabi's stunt double for almost a decade, and he's not easily impressed, but when he squares up with you for a fight scene, he finds himself caught off-guard in more ways than one. As the shoot progresses and sparks fly between the two of you, Tomura has to decide if you're worth the risk -- or if the best sparring partner he's ever had is all you'll ever be. (rated T, ongoing, available on Tumblr + Ao3)

Opposites Attract - Your quirk lets you capture almost anyone with ease, and you can't believe you let Shigaraki Tomura escape. Shigaraki can't believe it, either, and according to the League, there's only one possible explanation -- you let him go because you've fallen in love with him. He decides to find out if it's true. You decide you won't fail to capture him again. You both get a lot more than you bargained for. (rated T, ongoing, available on Tumblr + Ao3)

Skin Hunger - There's no such thing as a good night at work when you work in the world's most infamous brothel for monsters, but your night takes a turn for the worse when you find yourself serving drinks to visiting half-vampire Shigaraki Tomura. You don't mean to catch his interest, and you don't mean to start a conversation. You definitely don't mean to get him drunk. (rated M, ongoing, available on Tumblr + Ao3)

Haunting for Beginners - Ghosts summoned and bound to the human world have one purpose - haunting - but Tomura's never met a human he could stand long enough to haunt them, and he's pretty sure he never will. When you cross the threshold of his house, you capture his interest, and for the first time, he finds himself with a chance to do what ghosts are meant to do. It's too bad he doesn't know how. Scenes from Love Like Ghosts, through the eyes of the ghost in question. (rated M, ongoing, available on Tumblr + Ao3)

Love Like Ghosts - You knew the empty house in a quiet neighborhood was too good to be true, but you were so desperate to get out of your tiny apartment that you didn't care, and now you find yourself sharing space with something inhuman and immensely powerful. As you struggle to coexist with a ghost whose intentions you're unsure of, you find yourself drawn unwillingly into the upside-down world of spirits and conjurers, and becoming part of a neighborhood whose existence depends on your house staying exactly as it is, forever. But ghosts can change, just like people can. And as your feelings and your ghost's become more complex and intertwined, everything else begins to crumble. (rated M, complete, available on Tumblr + Ao3)

➛ 𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲: You lose a bet with Tomura and have to either pay him money that you don't have or sneak into to a game convention with him... while cosplaying a character of his choosing.

T. Shigaraki x AFAB reader, suggestive language, death mention

➛ 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞: This was more fun than I thought it was going to be... so ofc I have more to this >.>

The League of Villains members trying to sneak a stray cat into the hideout without Tomura finding out.

Toga: “Everyone be quiet so we don’t alert Tomura.”

Twice, Toga, Spinner, and Mr. Compress all tip-toeing into the hideout.

Dabi walking in last and closing the door, loudly.

Everyone glaring at Dabi.

Dabi: “… What?”

All of them turning back, Tomura appearing out of the shadows like a cryptid and scaring the shit out of everyone.

Tomura: “What do you have there?”

Toga: “Nothing!”

Twice: “Definitely not a cat!”

Spinner: “Twice!“

Twice: “—my bad.”

Tomura: “Show me.”

Toga, pulling the cat out of her coat.

Tomura, staring at the cat for a moment before reaching out and petting it.

Tomura: “Got a name for it?”

Spinner: “You’re letting us keep it?!”

Tomura: “Yeah, why wouldn’t I?”

Mr. Compress: “We had assumed you wouldn’t allow strays in the hideout.”

Tomura: “I let all of you in, didn’t I?”

Dabi: “What the fuck is that supposed to mean?”

Tomura, taking the cat and walking away.
