So after a particularly heavy meal, Kakyoin finds himself stretched to the max, he watches Jotaro finish the last of his small serving and as the redhead begins to stretch, hoping it'd alleviate the full feeling, his button pops

Of course Kakyoin startles at this. Jotaro notices his distress and asks what's wrong but when his friend denies anything wrong (while his expression betrays his words), Jotaro comes over to investigate. Jotaro's sympathetic to the situation and his friend's embarrassment and tells him to get comfortable, take off his pants.
