colour project animatic- I realise I forgot to finished off the colouring for the background when it was my part of the animatic
I wasn’t able to make much of a glowing effect my background and I definitely want to continue working on this so it can resemble more of my mood board.
My recent progress on working on Becky (third year) film background
This is my final version of the background and including my short rough animation I also did for my grad assist on Becky film: “Bring in the night”. The whole experience from start to finish was interesting, I learned a lot from Becky especially when working on the rough animation (even though it was a simple head shake). Designing a background what was consistent was actually a challenge for me, and a all of redo’s, but eventually I manage to design something that hopefully she’d enjoyed and something I was proud of too. Also working on grad assist while working on your two-minute film definitely was stressful and I wasn’t able to reply or do work for Becky for a week and so.
Overall I enjoyed working with Becky (she was really nice) although I do wish juggling grad assist with and other work together was stressful and perhaps working on gran assist earlier in the year could have worked better.
Final background unfinished design for my two minute (film non-coloured)
Animation quadrant walk cycle: Bear sketches and skeleton.
Finding my characters from using Museum Paintings
short synopsis of my three characters, in the end I chose the story “Empty”.
I wanted to mixing real life and animation together for most of my location drawings.
