the doubt method
this is a shifting method for the doubters out there. the ones who try to affirm or act as if they’re in their dr yet they contradict themselves by thinking that they’re still in their cr and feel bad about it.
what you have to do is choose two of your drs. the first one (dr 1) is the reality where you’re planning to go, the second one (dr 2) is a reality that you simply like but it’s not your priority.
start affirming of being in your dr 2, but then contradict yourself by saying sentences like “ugh i just know thats not true because i’m actually still in dr 1, that’s so annoying, i really want to be in my dr 2 yet i’m still in dr 1, why??” you basically have to rant about it.
this is similar to when you go against your affirmation out of doubts like “no i’m still in my cr :((“ so you would use this to your advantage and instead go “no i’m still in my dr 1 :((“.

.𖥔 ݁ ˖⌗﹒ there are countless posts that will help you "humanize your dr", in other words, make it seem a bit more "realistic". now, although i am not against it, i mean sure, it's great for visualization, i'm not entirely for it, because it's following the premise that shifting requires a detailed process, requires specific steps in order to do it, and that's just not true.
i have seen many shifting content creators (specially on shifttok (get out of there) (seriously)) claiming that the reason why you haven't shifted yet is because you put your dr on a pedestal, then they proceed to "humanize it", listing a bunch of struggles you might encounter when you shift.
now, let me make clear the bottom line of this post: the way you perceive your desired reality does NOT influence whether you shift or not.
when someone claims that the way you perceive your dr is wrong, or that is something that needs to be changed/improved, they are reinforcing the idea that in order to shift you NEED something, you need to do certain things. (and thats WRONGGGGGHSJSHQGGAG)
shifting is simply putting your perception of this reality to another. that's it. that is the definition of shifting, that is the only thing you actually need to do.
as long as you keep endlessly looking for ways to try and stop putting your dr on a pedestal, the more you will keep persisting on the idea that something NEEDS to be changed, that shifting is this whole difficult process. and if you're familiar with the law of assumption, you already know where this is going, persisting = manifesting it into reality. and just like that, you end up in this loop of searching for something that doesn't exist in the first place.
also, this goes hand in hand with the fact that you don't necessarily need visualization. i do believe it's a great tool to shift, at least for me, but not a must due to the same reason i already listed above. so if you're not great with it, stop stressing about it.
so, it genuinely doesn't matter if you put your dr on a pedestal or if you don't even care for it as much — you are already there, the only thing you'll do is perceive it.
"alright izzy, nice! but how do i change my perception to there, then?"
ehhh, it's not really changing, it's more about recognizing it, because, like i said, you are already there. once again, nothing NEEDS to be CHANGED, stop chasing that "something", stop living in that illusion.
as to how you actually recognize it, i can't really tell you something concrete because it's different for everyone, and i'm sure you've seen thousands of methods, some may work better for you then others. what you can do is implement this new info into your attempts. (still, i can make a post explaining what works for me and why it does)
in other words: put your dr on a pedestal all you want, it's okay. WHY would that even stop you lmao?
also, lil side note: but i HATEEE when people say "humanizing your dr" (as in telling you that's what's stopping you from shifting) and then list a bunch of stuff like "oh you'll stub your toe!" "you'll get sick" "you'll break your nail!" mf if i shift to a reality where that doesn't happen simply because i am a god, then what. THEN WHAT. not everything needs to be realistic or logical. gosh. (it's fine if u do it just for visualizing tho)

My life has not been easy, I was born in Nigeria, my mother and I immigrated to Spain when I was only 1 year old. At the age of 3 she abandoned me. Luckily for me at the age of 5 a family adopted me, the first few years went well, but the last 4 years they started to mistreat me. At 12 years old social services took me away from the only place I considered my home. After that, at the age of 13 I started self-harming and suicidal thoughts. Although I didn't know it, depression was destroying me. A glimmer of hope lit my heart when I discovered shifting, I tried for 2 years but got nowhere. So I quit, mentally I wasn't getting any better and I was desperate to change my situation.
And that's when I discovered the law of assumption, but, there was so much information and contradictions that I didn't know what was true and what was not. So I tried to take my life.
After the attempt, I promised myself that I would never do something like that again and that I would try to get my life back on track. And now, about 2 months ago everything changed for the better. I realized that I was making everything too complicated, and that manifesting is very easy.
I have shared my story because I want you to know that no matter what is going on in your life, there is always another option, another way out, another opportunity.

"my thoughts are very controllable " or something along those lines rememeber thoughts = affirmations. now alot of you must've been like oh " but i don't know how to assume" affirm against it immediately even it you don't know what is assuming and how to do it " assuming is literally the easiest thing ever I always assume my desires effortlessly and instantly". and alot of you might be here on tumblr to check sum manifesting posts maybe some motivational ask .." the 3d will catch up " no babes the 3d already has caught up and shows my desires. never affirm/assume from lack. like literally idk you have ur desires rn both in the 3d and the 4d. and you can instantly change ur reality any second to absolutely anything limitlessly. ASSUME/AFFIRM RN!! you have the void mindset RIGHT watch your thoughts/assumptions ike crazy and be very hyper attentive because every thought truly matters .
yeah some people don’t believe in reality shifting but some people also don’t believe women can orgasm so I stopped trusting other peoples opinions a long time ago
