. . . realization within shifting
entered shiftblr recently, and it helped me to build a "no matter what im going to do, I'll eventually shift" mindset. like. literally, it's my destiny to shift. no matter what. i already know how to do it. it took me 4 years to realize it. i am so much more than my physical body, i am pure consciousness. and im NOT saying this just to trick my brain into believing it, i just KNOW.
for so long, i've been trying to affirm things without trusting them, and it gave me a reaaally hard time to fight my intrusive thoughts and personal beliefs. i was just saying things out loud, giving no meaning to them. saying affirmations without feeling them. but now, it's like a door opened. or, i can say that my MIND opened. there's so much to discover, and i feel SO lucky to be part of all of this. lucky to acknowledge something that many people struggle to believe.
i am so happy that i can finally believe my own words. i can finally trust the process. i can finally trust myself.
i feel closer than ever, thanks to this community.

Okay, so while doing some research I had a sudden memory that I want to share.
Have I shifted yet? Not purposely. But my knowledge is fueled by the Tizm and might help someone.
Hear me out: Chocolate, Coffee and cheese are known to have psychoactive effects.
Cheese is debated, but I remember that Celina (Celinaspookyboo) sleepwalks more often than not when she's had either cheese or chocolate. So I'm gonna say cheese is very obviously psychoactive, plus it lights up the same receptors that the white powdery substances do. And those are obviously psychoactive.
Hear me out: Drink a Mocha (Or Hot Cocoa if you can't have THAT much caffeine), eat some cheese, lay down, and try to shift. The combination could very well be strong enough to induce the right mental state to shift.
I am by no means an expert, but damn if it isn't an idea. If anyone tries this, I wanna hear if it helped. And if someone already knew this, SHUSHUSHUSHUSH, this probably isn't for you then.
When anti shifters call it psychosis but I'm on medication against anxiety that is also used against psychosis in higher doses and I still shift, channel, and see visions basically daily
(It's such an amusing argument too, because okay, honey, I'll have my 700 year long psychosis where I have the best time of my life and you can go to work okay?๐)

we have two people that made a poor judgement call and did something to hurt another.
โข person a will say sorry because they truly felt remorseful for their action, "i'm really sorry" and will make the effort not to do it again. โข person b will say sorry because they were told to or they were caught "say sorry! you hurt their feelings." โ "i'm sorry." and they will turn around and proceed maneuvering in the world with no awareness of being, lacking awareness in their actions. it becomes a cycle.
"It doesn't matter what you say if you don't mean it."
no change in feeling/consciousness = no change in the world
this is the same thing with manifestation. if self has nothing, so will the world. you can affirm, visualize, meditate, script, and persist but what's the meaning behind it if you're just blindly following what others tell you to do?
when you were repeating affirmations or visualizing scenes (which are techniques) that implied you have your desire now - that's what it's for. to help you realize that you are the person who has it now because creation is finished, that you have given yourSELF what you once desired by being.
you've repeated so many thoughts and daydreamed many times (the good, the bad, and the indifferent) and when you got out of it, you dismissed it. "nah, it won't happen."
because you FELT that it was just a daydream, that it's just a thought. you didn't accept it as a fact. this is why we say thoughts/techniques do not manifest, it's you.
โ repeated thoughts โ assumptions โ things (such as but not limited to feelings, affirmations, scenes) in imagination, accepted as true = assumption
YOU manifest. everything in this world is meaningless. the only time something has meaning is because you give it one.
this is where the "saying sorry" analogy in the beginning of the post comes in. it doesn't matter what you say if you don't mean (feel) it.

"but the subconscious is blind, it doesn't matter what you say." โ it has no distinction of the outer world, correct but it accepts as true what you FEEL to be true, not what you say.

think of it as a celebrity who will just say things for the public eye for praise. eventually it'll show that it's just out of vain. there's no passion. the lack and nothingness will reflect.
it's about being, loving, giving. fulfilling the inner self in imagination because that's the only thing that truly matters. you are already the person who has what they want. you already experienced it. your future dream has now become a present fact.
โข one person can view the world as hopeless and dull while another full of life and opportunity. one person can view flowers as a beautiful metaphor for birth and growth while another view it as some petals attached to a penducle. one person can view success as being a millionaire, having a big house, and booming business while another can view it as inner peace no matter their financial status, where they live, and working at a simple day job.
depending on your perspective and how you feel inside shapes your world. in the comparisons above, one person is fulfilled while the other is suffering all within because of how they view the world (self), because the world around you is a reflection of self. the world within you is the only one there is.

โ once again, it is SELF that has power. your I AM. SELF is the world. CONSCIOUSNESS IS THE ONLY REALITY. SELF IS EXPRESSED. you have the power to change your concept of self and when you change your concept of self, that is your state, your identification, and that is what will show in the world.
focus on what matters and that is self, not the outer world. stop forcing techniques to force a feeling. itโs not that this certain technique, subliminal or challenge didnโt work, itโs YOU. youโre not allowing yourself to be the change.

What's the worst that could happen if you believed in yourself? What's the worst that could happen if you told yourself that you've already shifted to your dr hundreds of times? What's the worst that could happen if you treated yourself Iike you were the love of your life? What's the worst that could happen if you told yourself you already have all of your desires now? What is the worst thing that could possibly happen if you fully indulged in your "delusions" and told the 3d to fuck itself?
What's the worst that could happen?
I'll tell you about the best case scenario though:
You could go to sleep tonight and wake up in your dr.
You could walk up to a mirror and see your dream face staring back at you.
You could get a text from your sp confessing their undying love for you.
You could log into your bank account and see 6, 7, 8??? Figures.
You could change the world as we know it.
Give yourself a fighting chance. Aren't the voices telling you you're crazy and it'll never work enough? Do you really have to add your own to thee cacophony?
All I'm asking is that you believe in yourself a tiny bit. That's all.

maybe you never left your dr. maybe this is the dream you're having there.
maybe this is the lobby, the waiting room, the voicemail left on your own machine. maybe youโre stranded in the purgatory of a loading screen, waiting for the other you to double-click, to wake up, to retrieve you like lost luggage at jfk. ever think about that? no? well. think harder.
shifting isnโt about departure, itโs about recognition. itโs the pause before the lights go up in the theatre, the split second between dream and waking where your breath catches and you donโt know if youโre in your bed or on a train to venice with someone who only exists in whispers. itโs opening a novel to the middle and realising youโre already inside it, a character penned by some omnipotent hand, waiting to see if you make the final draft.
if the universe is infinite, then every possible version of you exists right now. you in your dream reality. you in your current reality. you in a dimly lit cafรฉ writing about this exact moment. you in a sun-drenched penthouse, sipping something expensive. you missing the bus by three seconds. you winning an oscar and forgetting to thank your mother. all happening, all at once, as if the cosmos is a film reel tangled in itself, flickering through frames too quickly for the eye to track.
"you know how dreams feel normal while youโre in them?" you ask your barista, who does not have time for this existential monologue. she blinks.
right. yes. moving on. the mandela effect, false memories, time dilation. polite euphemisms for the moments you flicker between selves. that uncanny lurch in your stomach when the streetlight should be on the other side of the road. that one song lyric that wasnโt there before. that creeping certainty that your childhood bedroom had green walls, not blue. the fact that my cocoa was white chocolate and not pistachio white chocolate. thatโs not faulty memory. thatโs turbulence. thatโs the in-between. thatโs you with one foot in one world, one foot in another, checking your pockets for a train ticket that doesnโt exist.
there is no single reality. there are only perspectives. (somewhere, nietzsche exhales cigarette smoke, mutters something about eternal recurrence, and pours another drink.)
so, what if this is your dr? what if you already made it and just forgot to notice? what if someone in that reality is writing posts about trying to shift here? what if, right now, someone is sitting in a candlelit room, reading this, thinking, "god, what a strange dream."
and what if you wake up tomorrow, somewhere else, and forget you ever read this? just another dream you had, once.

right, so, you want out. you want to stop checking 3d like itโs a stock market crash, like itโs a renaissance painting where, if you just squint hard enough, the divine truth will reveal itself. you want to stop, but you keep doing it, and now youโre here, which means you are both self-aware and in trouble. letโs fix that.
letโs diagnose. checking 3d, whether compulsive, casual, or full-tilt existential crisis, is a symptom. you are looking for proof. confirmation. a wink from the universe that everything is working, that your assumptions are correct, that the metaphysical postman hasnโt lost your order. itโs like shaking a polaroid before it develops: you think youโre helping, but youโre just interfering.
hereโs the brutal truth, courtesy of every dead philosopher worth their salt: reality doesnโt care if you check. schrodingerโs cat is going to be what itโs going to be whether you pry open the box or not. your job, if you actually want to stop checking, is to stop thinking youโre the forensic analyst of your own existence. because youโre not. you are the architect. and architects donโt micromanage bricks. they draw the plans and trust the builders.
so, the method. no glue, no borax, no manifesting mala beads necessary. just strategy.
i , replace the action :ย every time you catch yourself checking, do something else. immediately. drink water. text a friend. recite some poetry (preferably by someone dramatic, like plath or pound). make this a rule: if you check, you must also perform an arbitrary task, like doing a plank or translating a sentence into latin. you wonโt like this. thatโs the point. your brain will get bored and stop the cycle.
ii , reframe the impulse :ย checking is a power move in reverse. you are telling the universe you donโt trust it. thatโs embarrassing. stop doing that. act like someone who already has what they want, because people who have what they want do not spend their free time poking at the logistics of their own happiness like itโs a faulty ikea table.
iii , refuse to engage with time :ย checking is a byproduct of impatience. impatience is a byproduct of thinking time is linear and oppressive instead of weird and malleable. ignore time. pretend it doesnโt exist. pretend you are a 14th-century aristocrat who has never seen a clock and moves exclusively by candlelight and gut instinct. the more you detach from time, the less you will care about what happens when.
iv , control your narrative intake :ย what you consume, you become. if youโre constantly reading anxious forum posts and scrolling through tiktok videos of people catastrophising, congratulations, youโre marinating in doubt. stop it. read things that make you feel powerful. read war strategy. read virginia woolf. read a single wikipedia article on some obscure form of combat and let your brain steep in the idea that you are the general, not the foot soldier.
v , become so interesting that you forget to check :ย this is the most important step. if your reality is boring, you will check on it like a neglected houseplant. make your life impossible to check on. fill it with distractions so lush and decadent that you forget to care. become the person who is too busy living to investigate. read difficult books. learn weird skills. get obsessed with something obscure and ridiculous (medieval astronomy, japanese joinery, renaissance poison recipes). make your brain so occupied with living that it forgets to spiral.
last thing, and this is crucial: trust like itโs your job. because it is. trust is not passive. trust is an active, radical decision. the moment you commit to trusting, fully, unflinchingly, with the audacity of a gambler pushing all their chips forward, you become untouchable.
so go. donโt check. do something better.

I was watching Tam Kaur, and she shared this brilliant idea:
Imagine you're in a competition, and someone secretly shows you the winners' listโyour name is on it. Youโve already won. Would you care if other competitors said, โ There's no way you are winning this, Iโm winning this!โ? Would you stress when the host dramatically pauses before announcing the winner? Of course not. Most likely you'd be wondering when are they gonna call you to stage to give the winners award right in front of that girl who said you'll never win. Youโd sit back, relaxed, knowing the outcome is already decided.
Then it hit meโwhy not apply this same mindset to manifestations when the 3D shows me the opposite?
What if your future self came to you and said:
โPsstโฆ You and your SP are in a committed relationship now.โ
Would it matter if, right now, they were dating someone else? Would it matter if their current girl flaunted how much heโs princess-treating her just to make you jealous? Or if she stormed up to you, declaring, "SP is mine, back off!" Would you stress over what they say or do in the 3D? Noโbecause you already know how the story ends. (Spoiler alert: SP is already yours)
Same with your dream job. Even if 3D throws rejections your way, if your future self tells you, โHey, Iโm working at our dream company, and itโs amazing!โโwould you spiral? Of course not! Because the outcome is already set, you know how the chapter ends.
Funnily enough, I unknowingly used this mindset before I even knew about manifestation. During a competition, I told my friend, โLetโs present our idea like we already know weโre the winners.โ In the past, I had approached competitions with an โEh, Iโm probably going to lose anyway, so whatโs the point?โ mindsetโand I always did lose. But this time? We won.
This is how you stop letting the 3D shake you. See the final results first, live from that certainty, and watch as everything aligns accordingly. And you'll stop giving a damn about the 3d because you know how the story goes, it's already yours.

Don't get your head in those doubts like, 'Oh, what if I can't shift?' That's not possible. You were chosen to know about shifting for a REASON. There are 8.2 BILLION people in this world. Think about it. 8 BILLION people.
Now, how do you feel? Do you feel special? GOOD. Keep feeling that way. Some of you, not all of you, read these posts on Tumblr but don't really READ them.
'Oh, I'm the creator of my universe.' Yes, but do you really UNDERSTAND that? I feel like for some of you, it's like you're in front of a teacher, and each word just goes in one ear and out the other. Now, shifting isn't this ELABORATE and majestic thing that needs to be taught in a specific way. It's not like driving, okay? There are no rules, no directions, just YOU. Understand that it's just YOU.
That drink in your hand? You created that. The computer or phone you're reading this on? You created that. Everything in this world YOU created.
You are doing everything right. You know what I mean.
You will wake up in your DR. Those sleep methods you're doing? They're working perfectly. You aren't just 'close,' you are THERE. You have always been there, since the beginning of whatever. No need to think you are close, because you are there.
'Oh, but what if I don't shift today?' Shifting isn't something that needs to be rushed. Everything will happen eventually. You have shifted before; you know this. You know you need to just let go and let it happen. Don't overcomplicate it. Listen to yourself. Do you know how stupid you sound? Thousands of people have shifted to their DRs, and somehow you can't? That's just rubbish.
'Oh, what if that shift was just a dream?' What dream feels so real that you can feel the bedsheets? What dream looks like your desired reality so perfectly it has everything, even the rings and jewelry your aunt placed there on the dresser? Why did you get up and look in the mirror and see yourself perfectly and clearly? That was REAL. You shifted. Do not doubt yourself.
'But what if shifting is one elaborate joke?' Seriously? That's one of your doubts? People spend months, YEARS, shifting, and you think people are JOKING? You have spent 5 YEARS knowing about shifting and 2 or 3 actively shifting, and you still think it's a joke? YOU have to be joking with those doubts. This isn't like that one movie people suddenly made up on TikTok and started creating a plot, characters, settings, etc.; this is something real. People have been doing this even before you were born. Now, doesn't that doubt sound silly?
Now, you don't have to be perfect. Listen, people have shifted with doubts. But listen here, if you assume it is true, it is true. 'Oh, he's so in love with me.' Yeah, he is! 'Oh, my cat's super distant. Yeah, they are. Your subconscious isn't this mystical entity trying to work against you. It's like a mirror; if you look in that mirror and say, 'I can't shift,' then your subconscious repeats it. It has an IQ of 0. Like a little kid repeating every word and agreeing with your opinions. You tell that little kid, "Oh, I can shift! Everyone shifts." Then it repeats it; it agrees. That's how simple your subconscious is.
Now, what about intentions? Intentions aren't this super complicated ritual; they're just your thoughts. You don't have to write out your thoughts, burn the piece of paper, and bury the scraps in the ground. Just think. 'Oh, I set my intention to shift.' That's literally all you need to do. Your subconscious will look at you and shrug like, 'Oh okay. Let's shift!' And guess what? BOOM. You're in your DR. Simple. Literally so simple.
Now, some of you are like, "Oh, I did that! But I'm still in my CR." Look deep within yourself. Are you scared of the possibility you're going somewhere new? Or, do you expect to wake up in your CR again after doing your method? Really think about it and begin to change. Tell that subconscious that you don't expect to wake up in your CR, or tell it that you aren't scared; you're excited.
Now, as one of my favorite quotes says,
"You are a consciousness with a body, not a body with a consciousness."
Go shift. Go do your method, or just fall asleep and wake up in your DR. It's that simple. And every time you feel doubts, PERSIST. 'Oh, what ifโ' NOPE. I am going to shift.
You know about shifting for a reason. You can shift. It is INEVITABLE.
Now don't look at me all dumb; you know this. You've heard it a million times. Don't roll your eyes; THINK, and absorb this information.
Now go do whatever silly little thing you are going to do. But just know, you can shift. You WILL shift.
