Zeke and Alexis's first date❤️ Zeke couldn't believe it as his eyes rested on Alexis. How had he never noticed how beautiful she was before? She sat at the table by herself gently swirling the straw of her drink around and then she spotted Zeke too. She gave him a smile warm enough to melt his heart. Zeke smiled back and walked towards her his heart beating faster than it ever had before. Alexis couldn't believe it as she laid eyes on Zeke for the first time in 5 years. Sure she'd seen pictures of him all over the internet but he looked even better in person. The last time she saw him he was covered in spots with a harshly short haircut and ears too big for his face. He had also looked very lanky but boy had he changed! He had the clearest skin she'd ever seen and a wonderful shaggy name of hair that hid most of his ears and he didn't look lanky anymore wearing his tight fitting clothes. In fact she couldn't take her eyes off him! Zeke sat down opposite Alexis and grinned in delight. She looked do beautiful. She'd gone from that shy little girl he'd known to a beautiful young woman. He just wished he could have seen her again sooner. They lived in the same town for goodness sake! Only as Zeke grew closer to Ronan and Josh and finally him and Alexis ended up going to different schools, he got quieter. He could barely utter two words to anyone but his closet friends! That had all changed this year. First he'd made friends with Caolan and then the band came along and he felt himself getting more confident. That's why he had eventually caught up with Alexis and arranged to meet her and he was glad he had. Alexis still couldn't take her eyes off Zeke as he sat in front of her grinning. The two of them must have sat there for at least five minutes just gazing at each other in silence until a waiter came to take their order. Alexis jumped and blushed, had she really been staring at Zeke that whole time? "Two extra cheesy pizzas with garlic bread and two large coke's please," smiled Zeke. The waiter wrote it down and walked off while Alexis stared at Zeke in wonder. He remembered! "Remember when we were kids-" began Zeke. "-We got that mean every time we came here," finished Alexis smiling. The both of them stared at each other for a moment then burst out laughing. Alexis smiled remembering those great times. Zeke or herself wouldn't say what they wanted they'd just point to the menu because they were so shy. It drove their parents nuts but that was just their way of doing things. "So how you been Alex?" Asked Zeke. It had been so long since anybody had called her that and just then she realised how much she missed being Alex. "Fine I might be going to art school," Alexis smiled. "That's great I still love art too," grinned Zeke. Alexis remembered all the painting they used to do together and she remembered how they both wanted to be artists one day.
