Flint x Reader Hurt Oneshot

Good lord I had this short story in my grammery for a long time. X'D

Anyway hope you like this folks. I'm trying to get my groove back on writing these stuff. I miss doing them :')

And as always sorry if you see any grammer errors.

“What the hell happened?!” You’ve gotten used to Flint’s temper after living with him for a while now. This time, however, he was yelling at his crew member after getting hurt from doing something stupid. 

And oh man, this is probably the new record on his wrath that made your heart beat out of fright. 

And also your wound wasn’t too bad. It was only a scratch on your palm. Not too long ago, you wanted to try that dagger trick after you saw someone performing it on the street.

But you accidentally cut yourself after your feet stumbled and grabbed the blades instead of the handle. 

“S-sir we kept an eye on 'er!” One crew protested. "And to be fair cap'n, she wanted to perform this stunt. We didn't make 'er do it!" 

"Is that so?" You saw him look at you coldly which made you bite your lips holding your hand where the wounded were.

He exhales his nostril in irritation and turns his men, mostly at his first mate, Billy. "Take 'em to my ship. I'll be there shortly." 

"Aye, sir!" Billy replied. Then the Captain turns to you and grabs your arm. 

"You and I going have a little talk on yer act," With that, you and he walked away from the crew. When you and he are alone in the dark ally he speaks lowly.

"Let me see yer hand,"  

At first, your instinct tells you not to. Since you are afraid of what he’ll say or do to you. Then you hear your captain repeat in a strict tone.

“Let. Me. See. Yer. Hand.” 

You show your wound nervously and you watch him examine it carefully. After about a few seconds he lets out a frustrated sigh.

“Just what the hell were ye thinkin'?” 

You lowered your head in embarrassment. 

“It’s only a scratch,” You muttered. 

“But that stunt could’ve gotten yourself killed ye know that?!” Flint almost shouts. 

You flinch and manage to reply. “I know it was stupid.” You added while trying not to sound afraid. “I just. I only want to impress your men that’s all.”  

In the corner of your eyes, you watch him shake his head and take a few breaths silently to calm himself. You then feel your chin gently lift and your face is looking at his. 

His face was now a hint of worrying that he never showed this side to his crew. He also was on his knees so you can see his face better. 

“ Lass you don’t need to show your impression on my men. Since you joined my crew ye been improved your strength and agility. That dumb stunt is never the bonus. My men and I were already impressed with your skills lass." He brushes your cheeks with his thumb-bony finger and finishes.

" And what impresses me more is your improvement over a month living on my ship," 

You felt your cheeks almost blush at his compliment on your endurance living on his ship. But then your face made a frown when your Captain said this. 

"And from now on no more handling daggers unless yer supervised. “ 

“Then how am I going to defend myself without one?” You asked. Feeling upset you can’t have one after that stunt.

“That until you be taught how to handle it properly.” As he spoke he took out his ray cloth from his coat pocket and wrapped it around your palm to stop the bleeding.    

“Now promise me you'll follow this order, for yer safe sake.” He looked at you long and you made a silent huff, looking down with disappointment.  

Y/N." He spoke sternly.  

"Okay fine I promise, swear to pirate code," You gave in. Not because of his tone. More of there's no point in arguing with him. You felt it wouldn't change anything the more you tried to argue with him. 

Also, you want to be done with this situation. You were embarrassed enough by that dagger stunt. Instead, you muttered for him to hear. 

"Can we go back now Captain?" You hear him make a slight chuckle and begins to lead you back to his ship. While on the way he spoke lowly. 

"Once ye handle some daggers properly, I can perhaps give ya a few tricks of mine." 

"And how long that'll be until?" You asked, looking up at him. 

"A year." 

"A year?" You almost laugh. "Come on can you give me a month?"  

"No," 

"Please?" You did your best giving a puppy pleading, thanks to B.E.N. showing you how to do it. You watch him avoiding your gaze and he clinches his teeth in frustration.  

Soon he rolled all his eyes, "Remind me to punish B.E.N. on teaching ye how to beg when we get back. 

"So is that a yes?" You grinned. 

 He snorted. "Maybe." That made your hope up, knowing he'll change his mind once you and him are on his ship...or as he puts it. Maybe.

🏴‍☠️ at first he thought you were gaining some few pounds from eating much.

🏴‍☠️ but making sure, he ask you if you were and was shocked he on his theory being right after you finally confess you were. 

🏴‍☠️You been trying to hide this after the surgeon tell you this news and you were terrified I mean terrified on how Flint would react.  Afraid he might kill the baby or worse after 

🏴‍☠️ Flint would be, like any other men, in shock you were carrying his unborn child.  He wouldn't think it’ll be possible  due you and him are different species. 

🏴‍☠️ He didn't know what to think on being a dad since he has no interest of being one due piracy was his life. Family has never came across his mind.  

🏴‍☠️ So with no other choice he kept you in his cabin to make sure you and his unborn child wont get any harmed.

🏴‍☠️ And he shows you from experience of his female kinds  what diet you need to eat to help your and his baby be healthy.    

🏴‍☠️ He has some thoughts on convincing you to have their child  get adopted.  But who knows he might change his mind when he sees his baby born.  

🏴‍☠️ and maybe this child of his would continue his legacy on stealing more treasures 👀

You know, I didnt ever get to post this piece during Halloween, but I thought I'd at least show you the piece after all this time! Odd time to post this, but I was cleaning my files and saw this collecting dust. (*￣▽￣)b

Hi ! Saw your a fan of treasure planet too so I've got a question for you:) why do you think captain flint did it ? I mean steal all of the treasure to make a planet core ? What drove him to such greed ? Sorry I'm just super curious about his backstory

i gotta confess though, flint has never really aroused my imagination, personally - considering he’s been dead for roughly a hundred years by the beginning of the film - so honestly, i’m just not sure i could answer a question like this to your satisfaction. that said, i promise i can definitely try!! 

also, we don’t see a whole lot of flint in the film. like that’s a given. he, like dear billy bones, does nothing save to kick off the story and get the plot rolling. ultimately, he’s not a multifaceted character, and he wasn’t ever meant to be explored as such. but i’ll see if i can do exactly that <3

okay, so, for my part, i just think it’d be really cool if captain flint’s descent into piracy wasn’t so much a snap decision, but more of a gradual shift, if you will. he grew up in maybe a poverty-stricken orphanage on a dull and lackluster planet much like jim’s own, where others tended to look down on him. after all, what could a lowly little stray without a thing in the world to call his own ever hope to amount to? 

however, flint was a ambitious little stray, if nothing else, and the contemptuous looks and disdainful words hurled his way lit a fire inside him. he grew determined to achieve something - anything - that could prove them all wrong. he worked his way aboard a passing ship when he was a teenager and, surprisingly, he did it all quite honestly. he spent a few years as a forthright seaman, but when money ran low, he did what he had to do to keep his head above water, even if others had to get hurt for it to happen. the drama and excitement of this first raid soon ensnared him, and before long he found he had to have more. he quickly sacrificed straightforward sailing for large-scale raids, and by the time he laid hands on the gleaming golden sphere, and unlocked its secrets, he was drunk on the power piracy gave him. no one, he was certain, could ever tell him he wasn’t good enough ever again.

armed now with this incredible device, the first thing flint did was return to his home planet, to murder and plunder every last person who had told him he would never make it. once his work was completed, he vanished without a trace, leaving the little town in ruins behind him. that was around the time the authorities began printing his name and painting his face on wanted posters, and citizens grew to fear the very thought of him. he’d finally attained the power he sought, and died surrounded by the gold he’d grown to love as a fellow being.

….that got way longer than i intended. i’m so sorry about that. i hope you like it anyway, though?? it’s pretty difficult to pin down a guy like flint, but i hope i did an okay job <333 feel free to shoot me another message if you want to discuss anything further!!

When he saw you got wounded he would be in shock to see anyone dared to harm you.

First he’ll do is kill a person who hurt you.

And does it in front of everyone to make sure everyone see this as a lesson of trying to hurt you.

With his rage you see you feel frighten he’ll takes his anger out on you as well for not defending yourself.

After that he took you in his cabin and has his surgeon help you heal.

But he saw you trembling unsure if you were traumatized on the event or your scared to die soon.

Right when you two are finally alone you were unexpected to have him reassure you in his strange ways.

He did his best to make you feel safe and comfortable.

As you were healing he forbids you to leave his cabin so you’re mostly in his bed all day.

hiii ^^ i recently got a bit of a fixation on AM and wanted to ask if you could write something along the lines of him distracting his s/o as they work on something for him? maybe some kisses but that's more up to you, thank you!

He’s such a menace, he mostly does it because he likes annoying you or just being on the verge of pissing you off because he knows you’ll let him do it.

Just because he won’t torture you like the rest of the survivors, doesn’t mean he won’t torture you in other ways.

Since he can’t really ‘kiss’ you in a traditional sense, he opts for bumping his screen against your head or your face. Kind of like how a cat will bump its head against yours, except his are far more annoying and block the entirety of your vision when you’re trying to focus on the task at hand.

Even if said task is for his benefit. Whether it’s cleaning up or replacing some old, worn down parts. He’ll still insist on bothering you the whole time.

He’ll even swing you up into his cords, cackling as he’s hanging you by your feet, taunting and insulting you the whole time. [affectionate]

He loves you but god, he can’t resist being an absolute bully.

And if you do eventually get completely fed up and start losing your cool. He’s just gonna shut you up, squeezing those cords tight around your form in a faux snuggle, pressing that monitor of his repeatedly against your heated flesh with the most obnoxious ‘Mmmwah!’ sounds.

So whether or not you end up finishing your task is more-so up to him rather than you.
