Being short in a world where height mattered was always an uphill battle for you. Literally. When was the last time you heard a Greek myth about a hero who was short and didnât get stepped on by the monster they were trying to fight?
The second part didnât affect you too much though. Not until you were a bit older. When you were just a kid, it was easier, as the only struggle you had was weird delusions of hidouses monsters nobody else could see and bullies that targeted your height.
When a satyr had shown up when you were young and told you that you were in great danger and had to come with him, youâd honestly thought about pulling the fire alarm so that you didnât get kidnapped. One of the winged beasts only you see crashed through a window and launched at you though, so youâd reluctantly went with him.
Thatâs how you found yourself at camp half blood, where things like height didnât matter as much to kids that were a satyrs hoove close to death at any given moment. Youâd met kids like you, ones that made you feel less insecure about your height by the way they could easily take down the older kids in sword fights by using their height to their advantage. Then, you met Clarisse.
Youâd honestly thought she would bully you, as she had a rep around here for doing that to anyone who dared look at her for too long, but she had seemed to take a liking to you.
Sheâd only flirted with you at any given chance, and then time flew by, and suddenly you were taking her out on a date after begging Chiron to let you guys go see a movie. Youâd never left her side after that, and she never wanted you too.
âBaby.â Clarisse mumbles, keeping her grip on your waist tight when you try to get out of her bed. Youâd been cuddling all morning despite her needing to go to training and finish the chores she didnât do yesterday along with the ones she needs to do today, but she just doesnât seem to be ready to get up.
You chuckle softly, brushing some hair out of her face which makes her smile a bit. She knows you have to get up and go back to your cabin, though her eyes never fail to make you agree to five more minutes of cuddle time.
So you lay back down, enjoying the peace of her cabin that never really comes unless her siblings are out like they are right now.
After a few minutes you get up despite her many complaints, throwing on her hoodie and brushing your hair in a mirror. Being an aphrodite kid, your looks are important to you, and youâd rather not go outside with bed hair.
Clarisse comes up behind you, chin resting on the top of your head and arms wrapped around your torso. âHey shorty.â You giggle, leaning back into her before pushing her away when she begins to poke at your side in an attempt to annoy you. She loves your height, never missing a chance to remind you that sheâs taller by using your head as a resting point, or towering over you when you talk to her. It makes her smile and it amuses you, so you let it happen.
The fact that it erases your insecurities, even if for just a few minutes, is just a bonus.
Finally you leave her cabin, rushing off to your own and quickly greeting your siblings before you begin getting ready, a permanent blush on your face with the memory of your girlfriend.
After getting ready and packing your bag, you leave your cabin, nodding towards Clarisse in greeting across the green. Today is Friday, which means capture the flag, which means Clarisseâs favorite day. She enjoys these blood fests, and though you do too, nobody- including you- is as crazy and rough about it as your girlfriend.
You and your siblings sit at your table in the dinner hall until Chiron calls out for your cabin, and though you all push eachother out of the way, you end up second to last in the line to get food. You sigh, rolling your eyes at the way Silena sticks her tongue out at you with a smug smile before you lean on the wall and wait for your turn.
Once youâve got your food, you walk back to your table, though you accidentally run into one of the older kids named Jackson. You try to apologize, but he cuts you off. âWatch where you're walking, hobbit.â You have to admit it makes you a bit upset, but youâve heard worse, so you just mumble your apology and stumble off.
âHey shorty! Iâm talking to you!â He calls out, followed by some more people giggling as they step up behind you. It sounds gross when they say it, as you're more used to Clarisse calling you that. It doesnât make you feel warm and flustered when they say it. It just makes you feel small.
You turn around to look at them with a frown of confusion, but it just turns into a plain old frown when you see the way heâs looking at you. The same way all your old bullies would look at you.
Where is Clarisse?
Her cabin still isnât here, so you're left to just look at him with a scowl. He sees it, and his smug smile only grows.
âSomething you wanna say elf? I think Santa needs you back at the factory now.â All his friends laugh, but itâs the worst insult ever, so you just tighten your grip on your tray and glare at him.
âI think you gotta go get back to the kidâs table before Chiron seeâs you.â You donât know why, as that insults as dumb as the others, but it strikes some type of nerve in you and tears prickle at the corners of your eyes. It only eggs on Jackson, because he begins high fives his girlfriend Ashley and tells you to go cry about it like a baby.
âNobody needs a short hero. Youâll be dead before your little girlfriend can save you.â
You basically cower off to your table, head hung low in shame and picking at your food. Your siblings look worried, especially when their attempts for conversation go completely ignored.
Is Jackson right? Is being short completely a disadvantage?
That night, all though your siblings drag you out of bed for a campfire, one set to celebrate another one of your girlfriends wins in capture the flag, you mostly keep to yourself. You sit on one of the logs, watching with sad eyes as everyone else dances around and cheers for Clarisse.
She's only focused on you though. She watches from across the fire as you wipe away tears, a frown stitched onto her face despite the praise coming from her friends and siblings.
Why are you crying?
Clarisse gets up, ignoring her siblings as she walks over to you and kneels down behind you, resting her chin on your head and her arms securely around your waist. You just squirm out of her grip, and she might even say the frown on your face only deepens.
âWhat's wrong shorty? Nobody gets to cry on my celebration campfire, especially not you.â She attempts a joke, giving you a small smile as she rubs your bag. You roll your eyes, looking at her with the most serious expression she's ever seen on your face.
âYou know my name. My name isn't Shorty.â
Clarisse frowns, biting her bottom lip. You'd been this way when you first got to camp, after years of being bullied, but since then she'd reassured you that nobody cared how tall you are and she in fact loves your height.
But thisâŠ.it makes it seem almost like you're going back to the olds way. Like you're being bullied again.
âDid someone say something?â She questions after a beat of silence, previous sadness replaced by anger as she scans the crowd like sheâs just going to know who said something mean to you by reading their mind.
You shake your head, hiding your face in your hands but still not answering her. Finally you look up, eyes filled with a sadness she would kill to see go away before you nod towards where Jackson is cuddling with his girlfriend over on the lawn.
Clarisse immediately gets up in search of her spear, but you grab her wrist, gently tugging her to sit back down. âNo. Please Clar. Donât make it a big deal.â You basically beg, and her eyes slightly soften before they go back to pure rage.
âNo. Nobody gets to be mean to you. Tell me what they said.â
You shake your head fast, hand clasped over your mouth. She tilts her head a bit and you once again shake your head no, kneeâs bouncing in nervousness at the way sheâs staring at you.
So you spill. You tell her everything they said, how mean they were, how bad it made you feel. And by the end of it, you and your sister have to hide her spear from her and convince her not to go kill Jackson and Ashley.
Clarisse takes a deep breath, cracking her knuckles before she sighs. Sheâs never been very good at comforting people, more so killing them, but here you are, her girlfriend, crying over something someone you barely even know said about you. She has to figure it out.
âI love the way I can put my chin on your head and hold you tight. Makes me feel like I can protect you even more.â She says quietly, clearing her throat and continuing when you look up with a sniffle. âandâŠ.I love that you have to get on your tippy toes to kiss me. It makes me smile. And I-I love when you somehow fit yourself into tiny little spaces. Makeâs ambushes in fights a lot funnier when I see the look on the other person's face. AndâŠI think youâre a great fighter. You can take me down â times when we fight, and I think you could protect me in battle better than anyone could. Youâre a good demigod, your height just adds to that.â
By the end of it you canât help but smile, slightly nudging her with a blush. She nods, wrapping her arms around your shoulders and pulling you close into her chest. She kisses your forehead, lips lingering there for a second before she pulls away to look you in the eyes.
âI love you shorty.â
â â â â â â â â â
Safe to say, by the next morning, news gets around that Jordan and Ashley are resting in the infirmary with matching broken noses and black eyes.

The World Went Quiet
Kamora Arnold x Fem
Synopsis: Your girlfriend KK of almost three years plans to marry you, surprise you with a ring. What happens after she gets the ring?
A part of you always knew you would marry a girl in the future, and KK made your dream of marrying a woman come true. Though you guys arenât married yet, she always hinted at it, a ring.
The two of you were perfect for each other, always matching each otherâs personality. Everyone could tell you both were head of heels in love with each other, her teammates, her family, her friends, the media. You loved KK more than anything and you couldnât imagine ever not being with her, she made you whole.
It was as if the two of you were intertwined with one another, always knowing how each other felt without any words needing to be said. She made you who you are, she cared about you more than anyone ever has before. And you made her who she is, KK dreamed of marrying you, making a family with you, itâs all she wanted.
Today was the day, KK told herself over and over this morning. You were asleep on her bed, while she makes breakfast for the both of you trying to calm her nerves, today was the day.
She breathes out a long breath putting the plate of pancakes down before walking to your room. Bending down infront of the bed she admires you for a moment, her hand coming to brush some of your hair from your face. Tapping your cheek slightly with her fingers âWake up babyâ she tells you shaking your should softly. Opening your eyes you squint at her groaning a bit, moving to sit up on the bed.
âMorning Kâ you yawn wrapping your arms around her shoulders, trying to pull her on top of you. She smiles into your shoulder the feelings of worry passing away when she was in your arms.
Shaking her head KK pulls away from you âI made breakfast come onâ she grabs both your hands pulling you up.
Stepping on the floor letting go of her, you run into the bathroom quickly brushing your teeth, before meeting KK in the kitchen. You gasp âYou made pancakes? I love you so muchâ you say dramatically, kissing her cheek.
KK blushes, you could still make her blush doing barely a thing, even after over two years of being together. The two of you eat, joking around with each other just enjoying the peace between the two of you. Finishing up her plate KK puts it in the sink âIâm going to the gym, after Iâm coming to pick you and weâre going to your favorite lunch spotâ she tells you walking up to you.
Confused you furrow your brows âWhy? Not that Iâm complaining, or anything but is something special happening today?â you ask her. She shrugs a sneaky smile playing on her lips âMaybe yes maybe noâ she tells your planting a kiss on your lips. The kiss last for longer than expected your hands on her waist pulling her closer, her hands on your cheeks, it felt like a goodbye kiss but it wasnât.
âI love you so much KKâ you tell her after pulling away from the kiss, your noses touching. Neither of you wanted to pull away âI love you so much more you have no idea babyâ she plants another short and sweet kiss on your lips before grabbing her phone and bag. Walking to the door she smiles at you once more before leaving, that KK smile that made you feel like everything was going to be okay.
Ending up at the jewelry store Kamora looks around at all the rings behind the glass. She knew exactly what you wanted, always listening to your every word. The shop keeper comes over âIs there anything you would like?â the old man asks her.
Pointing to the engagement ring she knew was perfect for you âThat pleaseâ KK smiles at him, her heart beating through her chest. The shop keeper opens up the glass before grabbing it handing to the girl to look at. Immediately once the ring was in her hands she felt it was perfect.
She hands it back to the shop keeping before walking down to the register to pay for the ring. While she waits two men walk into the shop looking around, while KK paid them no mind, they did to her. The keeper comes back âCash or card miss?â he asks her looking over at the two men for a moment.
KK hands him her card âItâs a beautiful ring, Iâm sure your soon be fiancĂ©e will love it. Itâs very rare and worth a lot not to mention its beautyâ the shop keepers hands her the card back with the ring, in a beautiful black box. KK nods smiling âI hope she does thank you, have a good dayâ she says before walking out the door not noting the eyes of the two men behind her.
They follow her down to her car, KK too busy on her phone texting Paige about the ring, and how nervous she was to notice. One of the men grab her arm turning her around his hand in his pocket. The other tries to grab the ring âYo get off meâ KK says over and over trying to get of his grip. They ignore her âJust give us the ring and all your cash and weâll let you goâ the one holding her says his hand not leaving his pocket.
KK shakes her head no âJust let me go come onâ she shakes in his grip, not noticing they have been dragging her to an alleyway. The dude groans trying to grab the ring but KK wouldnât let go, with all her strength she held onto the ring for you.
Soon enough someone starts to notice the altercation in the alleyway and yells. One of the men groan âFuck man she saw our faces what do we do?â he asks scared. The other one takes his hand out of his pocket, while the person screams again threatening to call 911, a gunshot goes off.
-
You sit with Paige, Azzi and Ice in the living room waiting for KK to come pick you up. While Paige smiles on her phone the whole time sneaking glances at you. You groan âPaige whatâs going on? Youâre being weirder than usual.â you ask her standing up and walking in front of her trying to grab the phone.
Paige stands up holding the phone above her head âNuh uh, itâs a secret itâs not bad donât you worryâ she says raises her brows at you. You open your mouth to talk before your phone starts ringing. Pointing your finger at you you shake your head âThis is not overâ you squint your eyes at her before answering your phone a smile on your face.
âHello? Who is this?â You ask looking at the random number the person on the other line asks âIs this Y/N Y/L?â they ask. You nod confused âYes this is sheâ you state before hearing his next words, the smile drops from your face and you loose your grip from your phone, dropping it to the ground.
Azzi stands up grabbing your shoulder âWhat happened? Whatâs wrong?â she asks you all three of the girls standing up now.
Your hands shake as you breathe heavily âI donât-â your voice gets caught into your throat.
âI need the keys- KK- we gotta- sheâsâ you canât finish any of your words your voice stuttering, hands shaking in the air. Azziâs hands squeeze your shoulders âBreathe childâ she says scared herself from your reaction.
âKKâs in the hospitalâ your voice cracks as you let out a sob grabbing the keys from your bag running out of the house with the three girls behind you. Ice grabs the keys from you and starts driving, all four of you terrified out of your minds, not knowing what is going on.
Paige looks back at you from the front seat, your head buried in Azziâs chests as your cry, the older girl trying to comfort you and herself. Azzi looks up at Paige who had tears in her eyes âDid they say anything else about KK? Come on talk pleaseâ Paige asks begging you.
Shaking your head you move away from Azzi wiping your tears âNo I di-didnât hear it, everything went quiet-I donât kn-knowâ you get out before burring your head in your hands. Iceâs hand squeeze around the wheels her knuckles turning white. Paige notices and grabs her shoulder âIâm sure sheâs fine guys itâs KK she probably fell making a TikTok or somethingâ the blonde says blaming everyone down.
She was right you all just assumed the worse without thinking straight. Parking the car, you four rush out and into the hospital maneuvering your way through the people to the desk.
âIâm look-looking for Kamora Arnold I was told something happened. Can someone tell me please? Where is she?â You ask the nurse sitting behind the desk. She types on her computer âYes sit down sheâs with the doctors they will be with you in a momentâ the nurse tells you all.
You frown âThatâs it? What the hell happened to her? Is she okay? Tell meâ you demand yelling at the nurse before Azzi grabs you dragging you down to sit while Ice apologized for your behavior. Sitting down your knee bounces up and down hands shaking, every second felt like hours.
All you could think about was her smile, her laugh, the two of you this morning. Nothing could happen to her, you couldnât loose her, no one could. You told yourself that over and over until a doctor says her name. Your head snaps up âYes? What happened is she okay?â you ask standing up, in front of the doctor.
He sighs âSit down pleaseâ he says your heart dropping to your stomach. You shake your head âNo- noâ your voice cracks.
You knew she was gone, before he even said it, as he talked to you and the girls. You didnât hear a word he said. Your ears ringing, your mind racing every single thing KK has done flashing through your mind. Tears stream down your face and fall into the chair next to him. The girl you loved was gone.
âWhich one of you is Y/N?â He asks frowning slightly, your ears still ringing stop, everything going quiet as you look up at him.
Biting your lip âI amâ your voice cracks as you speak, wiping your tears that wouldnât stop flowing down your cheeks. He goes in his pocket pulling out a small black box âShe didnât let go of this the whole time she was here. She said it was yours, we had to pry it from her hands even with the gunshot wound all her strength went to hold onto this. Iâm so sorry for your lossâ he tells you handing you the box before walking away.
Your mouth quivers as you open it, a sob escaping your lips when you see the ring. The same ring you talked about endlessly, your dream ring, perfect down to the last detail.
Nothing would ever be the same after this day, the girl everyone loved, the girl everyone made laugh was gone.
The girl you loved, who made every day seem like a dream, the girl who became an apart of you was gone. And just like that it was quiet.
It was never quiet with KK, and now it was, it felt as a piece of you died. The ring sits in your hands the last piece you have of her, the ring that lead to her death. The ring that she wouldnât let go of, the ring that showed all her love for you, the ring that she held even with her last breath.
The world went quiet.

Paige Bueckers x Fem Smut
Synopsis: Itâs your and Paigeâs 3 year anniversary today and Paige planned a few things for the two of you one ending in a yes or no question.
Feeling your body start to wake up, you turn over in bed laying your arm on Paigeâs back, your head buried in her neck. She wraps her arms around you slowly waking up âGood morning maâ she says her voice raspy.
Whining you dig your head deeper into her neck âMorning Pâ you whisper. Both her hands come to your head grabbing both the sides of it and pulls you away from her neck. Her hands move lower cupping your cheeks âDo you know what day it is?â she asks you smiling.
You open your eyes pouting at the girl, not wanting to wake up âA day to sleepâ you mumble. She raises her brows and bites her lip trying not to laugh âCome on ma thinkâ she commands.
Her thumbs rub across your cheek bones side to side âOh shit happy anniversary babyâ you say shocked wrapping your arms around her shoulders pulling her into a hug. Paige smiles in your arms hugging you back âThanks ma I got the whole day planned come on get upâ she tells you pulling away from the hug and getting up from the bed.
Pushing yourself you sit up in the bed looking up at Paige âWhere are we going?â you ask her a bit confused.
She checks the alarm clock âItâs eleven am I let you sleep in get up pleaseâ she says dodging your question.
Knowing she probably wanted to keep it a surprise you get up and go into the bathroom to get ready.
Your first year anniversary with Paige she planned a surprise for you and your second year, you planned a surprise for her. This year you begged Paige to let you plan the day with her but she would not let up. She loved to spoil you and surprise you it was her way of showing how much she loved you. The day you guys started dating was one of the best days of her life, she knew she loved you the second she saw you.
Finishing up in the bathroom you find Paige in the kitchen holding a mug of coffee out to you. Smiling you take it and kiss her cheek before hopping on the kitchen counter âSo what do I wear?â you ask her sipping your coffee, while looking at her.
The warm liquid burns your throat âDress how ever you want, you know I love that pretty pink dress I got you last weekâ Paige responds subtly asking you to wear the pink dress. It was a beautiful sundress, light pink with a bow on your chest and she loved it on you.
âIâll wear the dress babyâ You tell her grabbing her by the waist pulling her between your legs. Her hand comes to hold your chin up to make eye contact. Your heart beats faster in your chest as your eyes lock, she moves closer to you your noses brushing against each other. You close the gap between you both and her other hand squeezes your thigh.
Paigeâs hand slowly inches higher and higher until itâs playing with the hem of your panties. Moaning into the kiss you pull away staring up at Paige into her blue eyes âPlease Paigeâ you beg her your hands squeezing her waist then moving under her shirt.
Your hands rub over her abs as she pulls your panties down onto the kitchen floor. She pushes you down the kitchen counter and gets on top of you âYou need my fingers baby?â she asks you sliding them through your folds.
âYES PLEASEâ You say out loud when her finger push into you immediately hitting your G spot. Paige smirks into your neck, leaving wet open mouthed kisses all over your neck. Mentally making sure not to leave hickeys because of the plan she had for tonight.
Paigeâs fingers move in and out of you slowly before speeding up, her thumb rubbing up and down your clit quickly. She loves hearing your moans, your body under hers, knowing she was the only person who could make you all submissive and comfortable like this. She catches your mouth in a kiss to hush your moans. She sloppily kisses you your tongues clashing with one another and she speeds up inside you.
Pulling away from the kiss your head moving back âPaige please m- so closeâ you moan out your hips buckling. Her eyes bore into yours âYeah you wanna cum for me prettyâ she asks you her hand wrapping around your neck to pull you to look at her.
You nod and she comes closer to you your noses touching âCum for meâ she whispers staring into you as your body twitches under her. Legs shaking your mouth opens up as you stare at the blonde above you, her hand squeezes your neck slightly to keep you in place.
âGood girl youâre doing so good for meâ She whispers to you slowing her fingers inside you, fucking you through your orgasm. She pulls away from your hands grabbing your waist to pull you up âFuck Paige that was- wow- we should fuck in the kitchen moreâ you stutter laughing breathlessly.
She nods smiling âShit itâs almost twelve come on I got a reservation at two letâs go get readyâ Paige says picking you up, off the kitchen counter to your shared room. Dropping you onto the bed she grabs her clothes running into the bathroom and locking the door.
Not wanting to question the girl you sit down at your vanity and start doing your hair. While you get ready you hear banging in the bathroom then a âOwâ and you laugh knowing Paige probably fell.
âYOU KNOW WE CAN GET READY TOGETHER Pâ you yell towards the bathroom door and she says something along the lines of no surprise. You do your makeup and hair and smile at yourself in the mirror, you thought you looked very pretty.
Paige comes out of the bathroom in a pair of green jeans a white shirt and black pull over, her hair straightened. Looking her up and down âYour so pretty Paige, you look really goodâ you compliment her.
She scoffs âMe? You look gorgeous maâ she responds walking over to your closet and grabbing the pink dress. She hands it to you and walks away âIâll be back to pick you up in thirty minutes be readyâ she tells you kissing your cheek and walking away.
Putting on the pink dress you style it with some pretty white heels with matching bows on the back that go with your dress. Letting out a breath you grab the card you wrote for Paige from your dresser and put it in your purse before walking in the door knowing Paige would be back any minute.
Looking through social media you post on your instagram story a picture of you and Paige and a caption about your anniversary. The doorbell rings and you roll your eyes knowing it was Paige trying to be all romantic.
Opening the door you look at Paige who was holding your favorite flowers in your hand. She smiles âPretty flowers for my pretty girlâ you blush a bit grabbing them and smelling them.
Paige walks in a grabs a vase filling it with water before holding it out to you. Putting the flowers in the vase you take a few pictures before turning around a kissing Paige âThank you babyâ you whisper against her lips. She nods and grabs your hand taking you down stairs to her car opening the door for you and driving down the street.
The two of you sit in peace holding hands on your lap as she plays her music in the background. Stopping infront of a beautiful restaurant you gasp âThis place is beautiful Paigeâ you say unbuckling your seat belt.
It was a white restaurant with flowers and vines everywhere and gold around it, it was the most beautiful restaurant you have ever seen.
Paige grabs your hand helping you out of the car and walking you inside your hand around her bicep. She pulls you to a table outside on the balcony, roses everywhere and a view of the beach. You look at her âThis is beautiful Paige thank youâ you say kissing her cheek as she pulls your chair out for you.
The date goes by faster than you can remember, talking and laughing and god the amazing food you both ordered.
Soon enough Paige is paying the check and dragging you out of the restaurant down to the beach. Both of you always walked down the beach together when you had the time, it was peaceful and quiet.
Walking down the beach your heels in one hand, the other hand holding Paigeâs hand. Stopping at the board walk the two of you walk down it and she lets go of your hand momentarily going into her pocket playing with the box inside. You didnât even notice to enchanted by the view before you both.
You didnât even notice when Paige stopped walking until you felt a tap on your shoulder. Turning around your gasp dropping your heels, seeing Paige on her knees infront of your ring in hand.
âI love you so much and I want to spend the rest of my life with you. Youâre the most beautiful, caring, sweetest person Iâve ever met and I canât imagine not being with you so will you marry me?â Paige asks you looking up at you with her big blue eyes.
Your hands drop to your sides and you stare at her in shock. The silence between you both scares the hell out of Paige her heart beating out of her chest before she sees you nodding your head âYes Paige of course Iâll marry youâ you say tears welling up in your eyes.
Letting out a breath Paige smiles sliding the ring onto your finger before grabbing your cheeks pulling you into a kiss. You kiss her back your hands holding hers she pulls away out of breath âYou scared the hell out of me maâ she tells you not letting go of your face.
âMy bad I was shocked Paige I didnât expect it. This is the best day of my life I love you Paigeâ You respond to her wiping one of your tears that fell.
That was the day the two of you got engaged, the best day of your life. Paige took a video of the entire thing so she can show your kids together one day.

SHE WAS LOOKING AT ME GUYS
Laila Edwardâs is live and KK has been spotted
This was so good I love it
summary; caroline was never one for relationships - so what was different about you?
đ” ivy - taylor swift
getting into field hockey was unexpected from your parents, they had no interest in the sport and if being honest would say they preferred football, but field hockey was still a popular sport in the uk and they decided to stick with it either way. you'd made your way through many teams and were sometimes playing against women older than you by miles, gaining the attention of universities from all over the country and world. wisconsin offered you a division-one scholarship with free tuition and residency on their campus as long as you kept your grades up and remained playing for their field hockey team - the offer was too good to turn down.
you'd made your mark as a badger within moments of playing your first game, spotting an open teammate and bagging an assist after a couple minutes of playing. ever since you'd been averaging two assists a game and the odd goal whenever you felt like it, field hockey was truly your life and you wouldn't have it any other way, so why deny the opportunity to watch it on ice? it was the same principle, just with blades and far more protective gear.
your teammates had ensured you got seats behind the penalty box, claiming they were the best view and it was funny to see how enraged players got when shoved in for two minutes. wisconsin were currently playing colgate and winning 2-1, the frustrations of the game clearly getting to them as a defender decided to trip up a colgate attacker, the penalty immediately being given as power play began and number 4 made her way over to the box. she took her helmet off and sat down in frustration, the last name 'harvey' catching your eye before one of your teammates banged on the glass to wave and watch her greet them in return, her eyes lingering on you as you smiled politely and she returned it.
"who is she?"
"keep it in your pants, y/n."
your roommate (katie) rolled her eyes playfully at your suggestive tone.
"caroline harvey, she won women's worlds with the usa last year."
"think i might've just found my new favourite player."
the door was opened and caroline skated out energetically, helping wisconsin bag a third goal as they secured their dominance over colgate. your cheering calmed down after a couple moments, excitement flooding your veins once you spotted the american looking your way.
"wanna meet her?"
your head whipped towards katie so fast she could've sworn you got whiplash, the brunette laughing at your expression whilst you stared unamused. you hit her arm playfully before focusing on the game again, feeling katie pat your thigh gently to reassure you that you would in fact be meeting caroline after the game.
"how do you know her?"
"we went to the same highschool. i think she'd like you by the way."
"i'm going to ignore that last part."
the game had eventually finished in a 3-0 victory for wisconsin and you'd practically been dragged to the parking lot, katie making senseless conversation about plays of the game whilst you stood by a car you didn't recognise, obviously belonging to caroline. you indulged the conversation as katie began leaning against the driver's door momentarily, soon after getting scared off when she heard a voice yelling after her.
"i hope you haven't been leaning on that for long!"
"can't make any promises!"
you stepped out of the way to watch the brunette hug owner of said vehicle and voice, immediately recognising the hockey player when she hung her head on your roommates shoulder. her eyebrows raised in excitement and smile widened, eyes lighting up like a kid in a sweet shop as she let go of katie and opened her arms to greet you with a bear hug. you reciprocated without any difficulty, taking note of how she tightly wrapped her arms around your waist and lifted you off the ground for a moment, arms pulling you close to her by keeping their grip around her neck.
"could hear you cheering from the other end of the rink! you're definitely my number one fan."
the hockey player said, grinning widely as she let go of you.
"that's an understatement- ow!"
"i'm y/n."
you quickly cut katie off by punching her arm, introducing yourself to caroline with a small smile.
"caroline- most people call me kk though."
your roommate slung an arm over your shoulders as she pulled you closer, facing caroline as she watched her speak further.
"a couple of the girls are coming back to my dorm to hang out, you two in?"
you tightly shut your eyes and pursed your lips into a thin line, head hanging low as katie groaned in annoyance with you.
"we'd love to but this one has a game tomorrow and she can't be out too late."
"really? what sport d'you play?"
"field hockey."
you spoke proudly, ignoring the knowing looks katie was serving your way as she watched sparks fly between you and caroline.
"oh i love field hockey- it's just a much safer version of ice hockey."
she joked as all three of you laughed for a moment, the blonde continuing her small talk soon after.
"who are you guys playing then?"
"we're actually going against colgate too, just a regular season game like yours."
katie nudged you with her hip gently and watched you turn your head in confusion, gesturing to caroline with her eyes and giving up when you didn't get the hint. she watched as caroline shamelessly stared with hopeful eyes - clearly wanting an excuse to see you again. the brunette knew how clueless you could be when it came to taking hints, so she decided to step in for you and receive your thanks later on.
"game kicks off at two, you'll be there right?"
the all-american smiled widely at katies invite, looking to see if you had any visible discomfort at the idea on your face and thankfully finding no indications.
"i'll be there."
--------
sprinting up the middle, you called for the ball with your arm in the air and a yell of your teammates name. the shooting circle was a foot away from your planted body as you watched her cross in the ball on the ground, taking a step back to quickly readjust and move out when the ball hit your stick. you looked around for any open teammates and were met with no luck, opting to instead check how many defenders were in your way and were blessed with the sight of none.
the game was tied 2-2 in the sixty-ninth minute, a couple seconds to go on the clock from what you saw in the corner of your eye when you scanned your surroundings.
"fuck it."
you mumbled to yourself, pulling back the stick and hitting the ball as hard as you possibly could, all heads turning to watch the ball fly through the air and into the colgate net. you dropped your stick and threw your arms in the air, quickly being hugged and cheered at by teammates as they patted your back and screamed in joy with faces that resembled those of feral animals due to how relieved they were with the last minute victory.
celebrations were soon cut short and play was resumed for a couple moments, colgate quickly pushing up but getting nowhere as the whistle went to indicate wisconsin had won. you shook the hands of your opponents and complimented their games, no hard feelings being thrown your way as they congratulated you on the game-winning goal being scored in such a beautiful fashion. you weren't able to talk with your teammates for long due to a recognisable voice screaming your name, eyes scanning the crowd to see katie running towards you with your name and number on her back alongside your number painted on her cheeks.
"game winning goal! holy shit!"
you smiled widely at your roommates supportive attitude and hugged her tightly, the brunette taking her chance to whisper in your ear.
"look who's here."
she gestured behind herself whilst pulling away, watching caroline walk over with you. she was wearing the same jersey as katie and had face paint on her cheeks as well, a proud smile across her features to match your own once you realised she'd gone out of her way to get your jersey last minute - and had definitely asked katie to paint her cheeks with your number as well.
"how on earth did you get my jersey so fast?"
"i have my ways."
the all-american shrugged as you walked towards her, arms wide for a hug.
"you played so well today! can't believe i've never watched one of your games before."
you squealed lightly as she picked you up, clearly showing extra affection for the goal you scored at her first time watching a field hockey game.
"i'd never watched an ice hockey game before yesterday, so i think we're even."
you laughed together for a moment as she placed you on the ground, your eyes scanning her features to see how good of a job katie had done at painting your number on her cheeks.
"say, you really suit my last name and number."
"oh do i? well next time you come to one of my games i wanna see you in my last name and number as well. it's only fair."
"okay, enough flirting! i feel too single for this."
you turned to katie with a fake pout on your lips, cooing in her direction with caroline joining in as you stepped towards her with open arms.
"aww, katie feeling a bit lonely?"
you hugged her momentarily before she pinched your hip playfully, snorting as you pulled away with a loud yell and hiding behind caroline to make sure you didn't run after her.
"you're lucky i have to go get my stuff."
you pointed your finger at her with a stern expression to imitate a mother telling off her child, watching her stick out her tongue before her eyes lit up and she stood up straight.
"oh, kk this is the perfect chance to tell y/n about that thing!"
"what thing?"
you asked, confused as caroline turned to katie and began mumbling angrily. seeming to hesitate as you watched them argue for a moment, the brunette pushed her in your direction and quickly hurried away before she could return to her side.
"everything okay?"
"yeah! yeah, just uh..."
the blonde fell into a moment of silence as she stumbled over her words, following you to the changing rooms and waiting outside for you to return with your belongings. she gently smiled at you and stood up from leaning against the wall, taking your hockey stick without letting you protest so she didn't feel bad for watching you carry everything.
"can i- uh, how did you get here?"
"one of my teammates gave me a lift, why?"
"can i take you somewhere?"
you watched as she held the door open for you, thanking her quietly and turning to hold it open for her as she returned the gratitude.
"of course. where you thinking of?"
"you'll see."
she replied slyly, opening the back door of her car to place your hockey stick in and leaving it open for you to put your sweaty gear in as well. thank god you brought a warm change of clothes, 'cus caroline took you to the ice hockey rink a couple minutes away from your facilities.
"what are we doing here?"
you asked as caroline got out the car, yourself following to see her open the boot and pull out two pairs of skates.
"i asked katie for your shoe size."
she quickly cleared up, watching your smile grow as you moved closer to look at the pair of hockey skates she'd gotten you.
"did you buy these?"
"it's better if you don't know where i got them from."
she replied as you took them out of her hands, closing the boot and locking her car before you began to speak again.
"hey caroline?"
"yeah?"
she turned to you, waiting patiently.
"last one there's a rotten egg!"
"oh you're so on!"
you began racing to the front of the building with laughter coming from you both, hockey skates in hand as you mentally thanked caroline for placing skate guards over them in precaution. the blonde quickly caught up and watched you squeal as you heard her right behind you, getting to the front doors at the same time with heavy pants escaping your lips and wide grins across your features.
"we'll call it a tie."
she commented to your agreement, opening the front door and letting you in first again. she guided you throughout the cold rink, ignoring the knowing look you gave her when you passed the spare skate room and spotted a missing pair, the shoe size written above the empty space matching your own. she sat you down on the substitute bench and took her spot beside you, putting her skates on effortlessly and noticing you were struggling to tie them properly after never having worn them before.
she kneeled down below you and started tying them for you wordlessly, ignoring the way you stared at her concentration face in awe of how neatly she tied your laces. the defender got up after checking they would stay tight and held her hands for you to take, gripping to help you stand up and carefully leading you towards the entrance whilst stepping on the ice backwards, hands still holding yours.
"i'm gonna fall-"
"no you're not i've got you- here, c'mere."
her hands held your waist tightly as she pulled you closer, making sure your eyes stayed glued to hers. she slowly began skating backwards around the rink to get you used to the feeling of moving on the ice, eventually moving to be by your side holding your hand so she could teach you.
"don't walk, push your feet out and forwards and let yourself move so you can get used to going slow at first- like this."
she began skating forwards slowly with your fingers lacing together so you had an extra sense of stability, watching your feet as you copied her and smiling proudly once you started moving on your own.
"there you go! you're doing it!"
"only 'cus i've got a good teacher."
you complimented as your feet stopped moving, waiting to stop gliding and laughing as you just kept going. caroline laughed heartily and pulled on your arm so you spun around gently, your body moving into hers and one hand landing on her chest to steady yourself whilst hers moved to your waist.
her thumb rubbed over your knuckles gently as she smiled down at you, eyes flickering to your lips. your breath got caught in your throat and she licked her lips, chest heaving lightly under your hand at the small amount of effort she'd used to skate around with you - and from the fact that she was seconds away from kissing you.
"um, do they leave your jerseys in the changing rooms?"
caroline tore her gaze away from your lips and guided it back up to your eyes, taking a moment to process your question before nodding her head.
"uh, yeah- why?"
"come on."
you tugged her towards the exit whilst skating confidently with her hand in your own, the defender proud with how much you'd improved in such a short amount of time. you both sat down and took off your skates, putting on your shoes before she guided you towards the changing rooms with both of you carrying your skates in hand. she held the door open for you once more as you smiled in gratitude, turning to hold it for her before looking around at the fairly large room.
you looked around for carolines cubby and quickly spotted the jersey hanging up alongside a new pair of skates, some protective gear and colourful sticks beside it. she watched you walk towards the cubby and take her jersey off the hanger, slipping it on easily due to how oversized it was. the sight of you in her jersey made her mind spin for a moment, realising you must have felt the same way when you saw her in your own alongside your number painted on her face; it was still across her cheeks and splayed along her back proudly.
the defender shamelessly stared at you for a moment before moving closer, holding out her hand above your hip to ask for permission and was happy to see you nod in approval.
"you look... really good."
she spoke breathlessly, your hands coming to trace the paint on her face gently as you smiled in return.
"you think so?"
"uh-huh."
caroline nodded her head with her lips parted, tongue coming out to wet them for a moment before she diverted her gaze to your mouth once again. your hands travelled along the back of her neck to tangle in her baby hairs for a moment, tugging ever so slightly to urge her forwards as you wet your own lips in anticipation. luckily, caroline was good at reading body language and signs of approval, so she wasted no time in pressing her lips against yours.
she kissed you ever so gently for a couple moments, letting it stay soft before pulling away and smiling with you. your hand pulled her neck once more to guide her in for another kiss and she happily obliged, hands gripping your waist to pull you tightly against her own body as one of yours moved down to her shoulder, fingers digging in to keep your balance.
your lips caressed each other in a soft unison, moving into a slow and passionate kiss as you both panted lightly into each others mouths before breaking away.
"i've been wanting to do that since i saw you in the penalty box."
"well you didn't have to wait very long for it, did you?"
caroline shook her head with a soft laugh to match your own, kissing you a couple more times before pulling away completely and guiding you out of the changing rooms.
"come on, i'll drive you home."
--------
"you kissed her?!"
laila squealed as she shook caroline's shoulders dramatically, gaining the attention of their teammates that were over in their shared dorm for quality time. the blondes cheeks grew red as she became more proud of herself by the minute - she had kissed a pretty girl after meeting her not even twenty-four hours prior!
"what? caroline kissed who?!"
"what's going on?"
"who's the girlfriend?!"
questions were thrown her way from every direction as she calmed them down with a soft laugh, blushing profusely at the teasing she was already subject to.
"guys calm down! it was just a kiss, no big deal."
the athletes shared a knowing look that didn't go unnoticed by caroline, a heavy sigh leaving her mouth as she gestured for them to speak with her hands.
"what? what is it?"
"it's just..."
laila began, looking to her sister for help with a pleading glance. the older stepped in for her sibling and took the reigns, leaning forward with elbows on her knees to fix her posture.
"you tend to kinda mess girls about sometimes?"
the all-american furrowed her eyebrows in confusion, scanning the room to find any signs of disagreement and being met with none, not even from lacey. said woman nodded her head once their eyes met, lips in a thin line to represent an awkward smile before she continued for the sisters.
"you don't do it on purpose though! you just get a bit scared, i think."
"i don't get scared. you guys just make it difficult for me to enjoy my relationships when you tease me about them."
"hey don't pin this on us!"
laila retaliated, her sister quickly placing a hand on her shoulder to calm her down and prevent her from moving into a defensive stance.
"caroline, everyone gets teased by their friends when they're in a relationship. you can't use that as an excuse to just never get a girlfriend and mess about the rest of your life."
"i don't need an excuse for anything. there is nothing between me and y/n, it was just a kiss. i saw her after the game the other day and thought she was pretty, so i kissed her. that's it- end of discussion."
caroline stood up and made her way into her room, shutting the door behind her to leave an awkward silence with the girls whilst her words echoed in their heads. they would eventually talk sense into her- but for now, she needed to cool down, it wasn't ideal for her to be in a headspace like that when they had a game tomorrow.
said match-up came faster than expected and woke you up bright & early, shaking katie awake to force her into coming with you after painting your cheeks with the number four and wearing matching 'harvey' jerseys. the girls were playing against ohio state in a regular season game, a tough competitor that always made it to the ncaa championship final with the badgers. you took your seats behind the penalty box with katie practically shaking in excitement, finding a new love for ice hockey once she found out you'd kissed caroline the other day.
"do you think they're gonna win?"
"of course! they've won the last two times against ohio- this is like a training session to them."
your players skated out to start warming up as everyone was welcoming them with cheers, moving over to your side of the rink and looking at the crowd.
"there's your girl!"
the brunette pointed out caroline, your eyes darting towards her as you waved before she turned around, being met with an emotionless gaze thrown your way and no move to wave back. katie looked between the two of you in confusion as your face fell, thinking maybe she just couldn't see you properly through her cage and the people surrounding you that wore matching colours.
three periods later, wisconsin had won the game with a 4-2 lead and left a very unhappy ohio state behind in their tracks. katie dragged you down to stand behind the glass so you could greet caroline properly and congratulate her on the victory, but she looked right at you and skated inside to the locker rooms.
you thought maybe you'd upset her somehow and started racking your brain for all possibilities but found none, so you waited outside by the familiar car with katie stood beside yours to give you privacy. caroline made her way over after ten minutes of waiting patiently, not returning the small smile you sent her way and reassuring your thoughts of upsetting her as she finally arrived in front of you.
"i don't understand why you're acting like this. did i do something?"
"i don't know what you're talking about."
she responded flatly, opening the car to place her equipment in the back whilst refusing to look in your direction. she shut the door and moved past you, opening the driver side door before you grabbed it and slammed it shut so she couldn't avoid you any longer, eyes darting to yours in shock.
"what the fuck kk?! you kiss me and then just act like i don't exist, is that what you do to all your girlfriends?!"
"that kiss meant nothing y/n! you should've got that when i didn't ask for your number after i dropped you off."
your body moved back in offence as you scoffed at her, eyebrows furrowing in anger at the venomous tone she was using with you.
"i don't like you, okay? what else do i have to do to get that into your thick fucking skull?! i kissed you for the fun of it- 'cus i knew you'd kiss me back and i was feeling lonely!"
the blondes head whipped to the side as you slapped her with no regrets, hand coming up to her cheek as she rubbed the skin that was already turning red and you moved closer.
"fuck you, caroline."
you spoke roughly whilst shoving her shoulders so she hit the door and walked away, getting into your car as katie shook her head disapprovingly in carolines direction whilst getting in the passenger seat. the defender looked at her shoes in shame and confusion, feeling her face grow hotter by the second as she stayed put leaning against the car from your push until lacey and laila made their way over to her with disappointed expressions.
she looked up at them with her hands by her side awkwardly, opening her mouth to speak before the pair cut her off.
"as much as we love you kk, you deserved that."
"i'll see you at home, yeah?"
laila spoke after agreeing with her teammate, caroline dropping her head in shame once more as they patted her on the shoulder to offer comfort.
--------
"what is this, an intervention?"
"yes, now sit down."
caroline dumped her gear on the floor as she made her way towards laila in the living room, sighing heavily. she slumped down in the chair with her head in her hands, trying to ignore the stinging pain you'd left behind on her cheek.
"i don't think i've ever been more disappointed in anyone in my life."
"i'm not doing this."
she stood up and was quickly pushed back down into her seat by a pair of hands on her shoulders, a figure walking around to her side with an ice pack in hand as she shoved it against the athletes face roughly, caroline immediately recognising the woman she went to school with.
"i think you're gonna wanna stay here for it."
laila commented, watching the all-american slowly take the ice pack as she stared at katie in terror. the brunette sat down across from her next to laila, keeping her gaze on carolines.
"what you did to my girl was fucked up, you're lucky i'm not slapping you too right now."
caroline looked down at her feet in shame, laila diverting her gaze towards katie as she saw her fingers click for her attention.
"nuh-uh, don't play that pouty shit with me! look me in the eyes when i'm fucking speaking to you!"
their eyes met again, katie leaning forwards with her elbows on her knees as caroline stayed silent.
"why the fuck you would mess around with her head like that, i have no clue. but i know for sure you were not like that in highschool- so what makes y/n so different, huh?"
laila watched with an entertained expression, she was definitely going to do more interrogation with katie in the future. the blonde across from them took in a heavy breath and sat up carefully, readjusting the ice pack on her face.
"i've never liked someone so much in such a short amount of time before."
katies eyebrows relaxed and her expression softened, shoulders dropping as she sat up in realisation that she might have been a bit too tough on caroline.
"the girls started teasing me and it made me realise i'm scared of having feelings for her. the last time i liked someone she got attacked on social media and just couldn't understand that i have to put hockey before her always, i don't wanna subject y/n to that- it wouldn't be fair on her."
"no, what's not fair is you saying you kissed her for fun and she doesn't mean anything to you."
laila interrupted sternly, her best friends eyes snapping up to hers before they moved back to katie, realising she had filled her in on everything she didn't already know.
"but you can't be scared of liking someone because of things you can't control. that's just not how it works, kk."
katie let laila take the reigns for now, enjoying the unplanned good cop bad cop routine they had going on.
"i fucked up."
caroline admitted to herself, holding her head in her hands and sighing heavily. katie looked to laila with a stern expression, caving at the pleading look she gave her and sighing softly.
"i can help you make it up to her."
the defender snapped her head up to katie with a hopeful expression growing on her face.
"but! you have to wait a couple days. if she sees you tomorrow she'll beat the living shit out of you- and that's not an exaggeration."
"yeah, i'll do anything- whatever you need!"
"calm down cowboy. i need to go, sort your shit out and come to the ice rink in two days time at midday."
the brunette stood up and made her way out of their dorm, caroline looking back at laila.
"you're stupid man. c'mon, i got some aloe vera for that."
--------
"where exactly are you taking me?"
"i told you, it's a surprise! you're gonna love it, trust me- but you do have to put this blindfold on."
"uh. the fuck?"
katie gave you puppy eyes for a moment as you got into her car, watching you cave and put on the blindfold after shutting the door and putting on your seatbelt. she was talkative the whole ride, letting you know about all the campus drama and recent improvements in her love life before braking roughly to watch you fly forwards and get tugged back by the seatbelt.
"you mother-"
"you should've seen yourself!"
the brunette was in hysterics as you unbuckled your seat belt, feeling around for the door handle and opening it before stepping out carefully, katie following behind and locking her car. she held your hand and dragged you towards the surprise without listening to your protests of how fast she was walking, opening a door and guiding you through it first.
"okay, you can take it off now!"
she spoke, watching you take off the blindfold in amusement as she saw how your face fell.
"katie-"
you were cut off by the door slamming shut in your face and remaining shut when you tried to open it again, sighing in defeat and turning to the ice rink behind you.
"hello? anyone in here?"
you started walking along the rink and stopped in your tracks when you saw caroline stood in front of you, hands behind her back with a sheepish smile on her face. turning around and heading the other way, caroline ran after you.
"wait- no! please just-"
she made her way in front of you and stopped you from moving any further with her body, a pleading gaze boring into your own.
"please, just... hear me out."
your eyebrow raised and you crossed your arms in a defensive stance still not convinced.
"please y/n."
you must admit, hearing her almost whine your name made you cave immediately, so you gestured for her to continue by groaning heavily and nodding your head.
"i didn't mean what i said- i don't mean what i said! i was just getting teased by my teammates for liking a girl and it reminded me of my last relationship-"
"you're apologising to me by talking about your last girlfriend? not going well so far, harvey."
"let me finish, please."
caroline pleaded with you once more, still panting a bit from the small run she'd had to come after you.
"she got attacked on social media- like so badly, people were sending her death threats and acting insane. some even came to our campus! she had to move universities because of me. i don't wanna put you through that."
her head hung in shame as she grew quieter the more she went on, still not fully convincing you.
"and, what, you think that gives you the right to speak to me the way you did the other day?"
"no. not at all. i wasn't thinking straight. look, y/n,"
the blonde sighed as she took a tentative step closer to you, happy to see you didn't move backwards.
"i'm sorry. i acted like a complete dick towards you and there's nothing i can do to unsay what i said, but i like you. a lot- i've never liked someone so much after knowing them for such a short amount of time."
you stared at her emotionlessly for a moment, contemplating if you should give her a second chance or not.
"can you please forgive me?"
caroline broke out the puppy eyes whilst quietly pleading for your forgiveness, watching you unfold your arms as you groaned heavily before pulling her into a passionate kiss with your hands around her neck. the defender kissed back immediately, unaware of how much she'd missed the feeling of her lips against yours.
she placed her hands on your hips and pulled your body into hers, craving the feeling of your hips against her own as your hand tugged at her hair to pull her away. she whined quietly with a pout and chased after your lips, happy to recieve a few more pecks from you before your arms enveloped her in a hug.
"you're lucky you're so cute or i would've beat the living shit out of you."
"trust me, i know."
she mumbled into your shoulder, watching you pull away in confusion and shaking her head to dismiss your questioning glance. you laughed at her for a moment before pulling her into another soft kiss, hand caressing her cheek as you assured her you'd fully accepted her apology and bore no hard feelings. although, you did have a guilt-trip to help you win all future arguments, so that was a bonus.
Crying, screaming, a work of art right here

The last time you went to a bar you were sneaking in with a fake ID.
You were 20, so close to that precious age of 21, a freshman in college and itching for that movie like experience you had grown up seeing. After a friend of a friend hooked you up, you got so drunk you swear you started seeing stars, but those might have just been the checkerboard black and white tiles on the bathroom floor.
Memories of that cold tile on your knees hit you every time you thought about going out and, besides- your major didnât allow for much partying. A fact your friends and girlfriend all detested- but you refused to get behind on classwork just to end up on the bathroom floor again.
But, here you are. Holding onto your girlfriend, Carolineâs hand as she guides you through the crowds of people and towards the bar. You look around warily- is it just you or is there too many people in this building? Are they seriously not breaking some sort of fire code?
Caroline had asked so nicely- and by that, literally got on her knees and begged you- you were all caught up on school and had no homework, she had just won the NCAA championship and was on a high- plus you had a three day weekend.
Really, there wasnât any excuse you could use.
Maybe, if you really wanted to, you could have said you were too nervous, and Caroline would have stayed home with you immediately at the first sign of you being anything other than happy. But, you knew she wanted to celebrate with her team. And why wouldnât she? She worked hard for this, scoring 3 goals during the entire Frozen Four tournament.
Caroline suddenly squeezes your hand before pulling you towards her, arm moving around your waist.
âYou good, baby?â She asks, looking around the bar for the collection of red jerseys.
âThereâs a lot of people,â you say, hesitantly. You donât want to lie to her, but you donât want her to take you home. You know she will. Not yet, at least. âI need a drink.â
She laughs and kisses your cheek, and your stomach twists at the sound of her contagious laugh- you find yourself smiling too. âIâll get you one, then.â
She immediately makes a detour towards the bar, and you press your hip into the counter while she wraps her arm around you, standing next to you so closely you probably look like one person in your matching Harvey jerseys.
âWhatâd you want?â She asks, her breath tickling the side of your neck. God, itâs loud in here, too.
You stare at her blankly for a second before shrugging. âI dunno, youâre the one who actually drinks.â
She smiles. âOkay, donât worry your pretty little head about it.â
The bartender asks what she wants, and you block out what she says- kind of wanting to be surprised. Next thing you know, sheâs saying thank you and putting some money on the counter, telling the bartender to keep the change before turning to you, two glasses in her hand.
And, suddenly, despite the uneasy feeling in your stomach and the fact that this place is so bright and so loud, she looks into your eyes and itâs suddenly just the two of you.
âThank you for doing this for me,â she whispers.
âOf course, baby,â you smile. âYou deserve to celebrate. Donât worry about me, okay? Iâll be fine. I want you to have fun.â
She rolls her eyes. âIâm always gonna worry about you, babe.â
âIf I really want to leave, Iâll just grab your hand and squeeze two times.â
âYou better not lie to me, though. Are you sure youâre still good?â
You kiss her nose. âAll good. Let me have some of that drink now?â
She smiles, and you shouldnât be surprised by the way she completely bypasses your open hands and lifts the drink to your lips herself, watching intently at the way your lips part around the small black straw, then at the way your cheeks slightly hollow.
Itâs⊠disgusting, really. The drink, at least. Having Caroline look at you like this, pupils wide and bottom lip now drawn between her teeth, is absolutely exhilarating. All youâre doing is taking a sip of her drink and sheâs acting like youâre doing the sexiest thing in the world right in front of her.
Itâs slightly fruity, and thereâs vodka in it, and maybe some soda? Itâs disgusting. You donât know what it is, and you donât want to know. You continue to force it down, managing to down almost half of the glass before Caroline snaps back into reality, ripping the drink away from you.
âOkay, slow down, please,â she chuckles.
You gag a bit, shaking your head. âThatâs disgusting. Ugh, I hated that.â
âI can get you something else?â She asks, frowning. You almost chuckle at how concerned she is. âOr just water?â
âNo,â you roll your eyes. âIâm just trying to chug it as fast as I can.â You try to grab the drink from her again, but she holds it back.
âOkay,â she smiles. âYou can⊠do that, I guess. If you really want to, but in a few minutes. Take it easy, yeah, baby?â
âOkay,â you echo, feeling your stomach twist at the way sheâs so knowledgeable in this, the way sheâs looking out for you-
âGood girl,â she smiles, kissing your cheek before wrapping her arm tightly around your waist again and leading you through the crowd.
She has to know what she does to you.
You look at her out of the corner of your eye- satisfied smirk on her face- oh. Sheâs trying to kill you.
Fine, you tell yourself. Sheâs acting all cool as if she wouldnât be leaving this bar if you squeezed her hand twice. Sheâll do whatever you want, you both know that, but if sheâs gonna try to rile you up in the middle of the bar by saying that- well, two can play at that game.
She leads you towards the other side of the bar, where you find a huge booth filled with red jerseys, half-full glasses strewn about the table.
Lailaâs phone is propped up against one of those glasses, and she stares intensely at the screen in a way you call tell sheâs reading comments on live.
âLaila!â KK calls, loosening your grip on you as the floor opens up a bit.
She smiles when she sees the two of you, beckoning you over. Sheâs sitting at the end of the circular booth, so you let go of KK to give her a quick hug. Wrapping your arms around her neck, pressing your cheek to hers to say hi to the live.
âHi, guys!â You smile, watching as a flood of comments come in, all of them saying hi, or complimenting you. âAw, thanks everyone. Youâre all so sweet.â
âGuys,â Laila says, âDo you see this right now?â
She plucks at your red jersey.
âSheâs a liar. She does not play for the Wisconsin Badgers! And her last name is not Harvey, either!â
KK suddenly appears next to you, pushing her face into frame.
âOne day, though.â

Laila scoots over and you sit down next to her, allowing Caroline to press a kiss to your cheek, saying sheâll be back soon.
user-8 y/n fit check pls??
âY/N do a fit check!â Laila shouts, not quite aware of her volume level. You take another sip of your drink, gagging yet again.
âOkay. I donât feel like getting up, though. Um, top is from Caroline Harveyâs closet, bottoms are from, like, Old Navy I think. I dunno, theyâre just jeans. And then Iâve had these shoes for years, soâŠâ
Laila turns to you, bored look on her face.

âI donât even know what this is,â you laugh, picking up your glass and swirling it around, listening to the ice clink. âCaroline ordered it for me.â
You take a deep breath- moving out of the screen- abandoning the straw and placing your lips right on the rim, downing the rest of the glass.

âOkay, so, guys, you didnât hear this from me but unfortunately KK is actually in debt from all of the child support payments, so you might want to find some other income.â
Laila, who had zoned out reading the comments next to you, laughs so hard she has to take herself out of frame.
âNo, because KK actually is so broke right now.â She says, coming back into frame, her eyes so wide she looks like a crazy person.
user-23 y/n pls take laila home đ
user-24 laila ily pls stop drinking
Laila gasps, dropping her jaw in shock.
âIâm literally not even that⊠D-R-U-N-K!â
âLaila,â you say, biting your lip to keep from laughing. âMaybe itâs time to let the live go.â
âYeah, I wanna dance. Okay, bye, guys. Sorry for tripping out. I love you all, see you guys soon.â
You blow a few kissy faces at the screen. âLove you guys!â
The live ends and Laila immediately perks up, looking towards the dance floor. âOkay, move!â She says, trying to push you out of the booth. You scramble away, chuckling at how disoriented she is.
âSure you wanna dance? Your 6â1 self might fall over and kill someone.â
âShut up, Y/N.â
Dancing does sound nice. You need to let go a bit, and where better to do it then in the middle of a bunch of people so drunk they wonât remember this tomorrow?
Laila grabs your hand, despite the fact she just told you to shut up, and starts to drag you into the crowd of dancing people. The music seems louder, now.
âY/N!â
Someone grabs your other hand, pulling you and Laila to a stop. KK stands there, concern on her face and her drink back in her hand.
âWhere are you going?â She asks.
âTo dance,â you roll your eyes. Maybe youâre kind of a lightweight, but you already feel a little tipsy. That might be a placebo effect, though. This place just feels so freeing, with all the pretty lights and the music that you swear is getting louder by the second.
You grab her drink, taking another big sip.
Her eyes widen and Laila groans, tugging on you.
âI wanna danceeee.â
KK looks between you, drunk Laila, and the crowded dance floor.
âY/N,â she grimaces. You take another sip.
âI wanna dance, KK. Donât be a⊠freakinâ party pooper.â
She blinks at you. âOh, my God, you are such a lightweight.â
âOkay, can you relax? Overprotective? Your precious girlfriend will be fine,â Laila smiles, flexing her bicep.
âSee?!â You smile, gesturing animatedly to Laila before taking another sip.
She grabs her drink back from you. âAll done with that.â
âAw,â you pout.
Caroline sighs, looking again at the dance floor like itâs some entity thatâs gonna hurt you.
âBaby,â you start, wrapping your free arm around her neck and drawing her in close to you, burying your face into the side of her neck.
âY/N.â
You kiss her neck, tongue darting out to swipe across her sweet skin. âPlease let me dance, Caroline.â
Thereâs a breathy lilt to your voice you both know she canât resist. This is how you win every argument, just bury your face in her neck and ask pretty please.
âShit, Y/N,â she says, her voice strained. âDonât do that.â
âDo what?â you ask, kissing her neck again.
She puts her free hand on the back of your head, smoothing down your hair for one second, savoring the moment before she pulls you away.
âCan I go dance?â You ask, barely licking your lips- but she sees it.
She sighs and rubs the back of her neck.
You both know she canât resist you, not right now. Especially not when youâre wearing her last name and youâre kissing her neck.
âBe safe.â
âBye! Love you!â you shout, tugging on Laila. She drops the hand that was covering her eyes and smiles.
âThank God thatâs over.â
You turn to look back at Caroline, and sheâs staring after you like youâre the most precious thing in the world. Youâve never thought that Carolineâs overprotective nature was too much. Youâve never shied away from it. How could you hide away from something that feels so perfect? So good? So right?
Belonging to her is the most fulfilling thing youâve ever known- you canât help yourself from loving every crazy part of her.
And, besides, she deserves to spend time with her friends. She deserves to celebrate her win in whatever way she wants. Youâre kind of surprised that she didnât follow you out onto the dance floor, but youâre happy about that. She needs her friends and you need yours.
The music gets so loud you swear your eardrums are about to burst.
Itâs the best thing youâve ever felt.
â-
After dancing with Laila for so long your legs feel like theyâre about to fall off, they start playing a slightly slower, more sexual song. Couples quickly form on the dance floor- whether it be actual couples or just random people deciding to dance together.
Laila hits your shoulder, and subtlety points to a man wearing the ugliest neon yellow jacket. Maybe itâs not so bad on its own, but paired with an equally neon orange shirt underneath, he looks kind of like a traffic cone.
You laugh, but this new song has changed the vibe, and suddenly you wish your girlfriend was dancing with you.
âI want Caroline,â you say to yourself, spinning around, trying to find where the red jerseys are- quickly getting dizzy. Definitely a little drunk.
âWho would have guessed,â Laila deadpans, and you swat her shoulder while she laughs.
You suddenly feel eyes on you, but Laila is searching the crowd. You look around, suddenly locking eyes with a man dressed in black dress pants and a blue shirt- the top buttons open.
The first thing you notice about him is how startlingly pale he is. You actually kind of get the shivers- heâs deathly skinny, with a goatee he cannot pull off- and he kinda makes you feel uneasy.
Besides for his somewhat startling appearance, he licks his lips as he looks at you like youâre a piece of meat.
âUgh,â you say, cringing, unable to hide the disgust on your face. You feel kinda bad when his face falls- maybe heâs just drunk like you. Yet, here you are, criticizing his appearance and gagging at him. You shoot him an awkward smile, and his eyes trail up your body- okay. So much for giving him the benefit of the doubt, whatever. âHelp,â you whisper to Laila, somewhat jokingly, grabbing her hand.
âHuh?â She asks, grabbing back and looking around.
âReally pale weird guy staring at me like he wants to fuck me.â
âOh, Jesus Christ, Y/N. Thatâs fuckinâ disgusting, donât tell me that.â
âSorry!â You laugh, watching her eyes widen as she seems to finally spot him.
âOh, wow⊠heâs so handsome! When my eyes are closed.â
You laugh and quickly slap your hand over your mouth, turning to her to keep from him seeing you.
âHeâs still staring, though,â she frowns. âOkay, this dude is actually so creepy- Iâm done dancing, you too?â
You suddenly remember how much you miss Caroline.
âYeah, all done. Miss my girlfriend.â
âYâall are so clingy, God⊠anyways, where did we come from?â
âUm, there, I think.â You start leading her through the crowd, immediately forgetting about the man, thinking only about your beautiful girlfriend and how excited you are to see her again. Forgetting the fact thatâs only been about 20 minutes.
Suddenly, a flash of blue appears in front of you and youâre slamming into someone.
âOh, sorry!â You apologize, steadying yourself by grabbing onto Laila. âYou okay?â
Youâre met with a pale face and a goatee.
Your eyes widen but you manage to bite your tongue, Laila squeezing your hand so tightly it might snap off.
âAll good, pretty girl. You okay?â
âFine, thanks!â You manage to bite out, Lailaâs resolve slowly falling as she starts laughing a bit, and you try desperately to pull her away.
âHey,â the guy starts, but you pretend not to hear him and tug Laila past him. You canât bear to look behind yourself, scolding Laila softly as she starts boisterously laughing.
âOh, my God- you bumped into him!â
âLaila!â
This entire night has felt perfect so far, and it feels kinda picturesque that a super cliche movie thing happened to you. All you can do is laugh about it.
âWhatâcha laughing about?â Caroline asks, and you suddenly realize youâve escaped the dance floor and made it back to her.
âKK!â You smile, wrapping your arms around her neck and pressing a short kiss to her lips. She smiles back at you, looking at you in a way that can only be described as adoringly.
âOkay, bye,â Laila says, jokingly covering her eyes as she walks away to talk with some other teammates.
Caroline rolls her eyes at Laila but wraps her arm loosely around your waist, just keeping you close to her. âYouâre having fun, baby.â
âSo much, this is great. Why donât I go out more? Why donât I drink more? Oh, can I have that?â
Caroline stares down at her drink that youâve already drunk most of-
âCâmon, sweetheart, Iâll get you another one.â
âOkay!â You smile, feeling on top of the world with her arm around you again. She leads you around the outskirts of the dance floor, and you end up back at the bar- leaning against her while she orders.
Youâre standing side by side, and sheâs dropped the hand around your waist to pull out cash from her wallet. You miss her touch, so you lean your head against her shoulder, adjusting her jersey thatâs started slipping down your shoulder.
âCan I buy a drink for the pretty girl and her friend?â
At first, you donât even realize someoneâs talking to you.
You hear about it in the movies, the creepy guys at bars. You hear the horror stories from your friends and family. And you know itâs real, you know it happens- but you never ever think it could happen to you.
Suddenly, thereâs that same pale man right next to you, staring into your eyes with such and intensity you wonder if he has a medical condition or if this is some weird attempt at flirting.
âWhat?â
Its the only thing you can think to blurt out.
Caroline looks up from her wallet, stuffing it back into her pocket and turning to you, hearing your voice but confused as to what youâre talking about.
âCan I buy you a drink?â The guy repeats in a hopeful tone- but the way he carries himself irks you. Heâs self-entitled. Itâs not quite confidence, but itâs more so this idea that the entire world should bow at his feet. And, unfortunately, that includes you.
âExcuse me?â Caroline asks, quickly wrapping her arm around your shoulder and pulling you even closer. âThanks, but she doesnât want anything from you.â
âReally?â He asks, smiling in that same self-entitled way. âCâmon, honey. Youâre gorgeous, Iâm gorgeous, let me buy you a drink and take you home.â
You feel utterly frozen. Is this actually happening? Are there cameras somewhere?
âUhhhhâŠâ you say, looking between him and Caroline- the two of them currently engaged in a deadly staring competition.
âSorry, let me rephrase. My girlfriend doesnât want anything from you.â
âCaroline,â you mutter, hearing an edge to her voice thatâs turning from protective and wary to something a little more⊠violent. âLetâs just go, babe.â
âYeah, letâs just go,â she echoes. She turns around with you still under her arm, positioning herself between you and the other guy.
He scoffs as you both turn around- completely offended and shocked at the idea that you donât want him.
Maybe Caroline glaring at him sets him off. Maybe he just doesnât know when to quit.
âCâmon, baby- you know you want it. Stop being a little bitch.â
Your mouth parts slightly- and you almost want to laugh- him? Calling you a bitch?
You can feel Carolineâs entire body tense against you.
âCaroline-â you start, knowing her protective nature is going to get to her. Youâve seen it a thousand times on the ice when a girl on the other team gets too close to her goalie, or roughs up another Badger- Caroline fights on the ice.
God, youâve even confessed to her how sexy you think it is when she suddenly shoulder checks some girl, or slams her stick into someoneâs chest.
She whips around, her arm out in front of you, while the arm that was previously around your shoulder whips around and slams into his face.
You let out a yelp at the sheer speed of it all- one second you were walking away, and now Caroline is shaking out her hand as the man doubles over, clutching his jaw.
âYou stupid fucking bitch!â He shouts, a crowd quickly forming.
Thankfully, she ignores that comment.
âListen to me. You donât touch my girl, you donât look at her, you donât think about her- or I swear to God you will not be able to fuckinâ talk.â
She turns back around, her jaw clenched, and you gape at her- mouth opening and closing like a fish, you feel so stupid- but you donât even know what to say. Do you scold her? Do you kiss her? Because you kinda want to do both right now.
Your mind is literal mush. Not only was that the hottest thing youâve ever seen in your entire life- but also terrifying. Thankfully, you donât have to do anything, because Laila and a few other Badgers break through the crowd, grabbing KK and dragging her back towards the exit.
Laila softly taps you, and you tear your eyes away from the fuming man still clutching his cheek- mouth still stupidly dropped open.
âYou good?â Laila asks, softly putting her hand on your shoulder.
âGood,â you breathe. âOh, my God- I canât believe that just happened.â Laila leads you out of the bar, following behind KK who is getting⊠forcefully escorted out by her teammates.
The whispers and the staring stops when you exit the bar and into the fresh air. Itâs nice out here, still warm but thereâs a cool breeze running through. The bar was stuffy and hot, and you didnât even realize you were holding your breath until the fresh air is right in your face.
âOkay.â Britta Curl, Wisconsinâs captain sighs heavily, rubbing her temples. âWhat the fuck happened.â
Itâs not quite a question.
KKâs teammates let her go, and her jaw is clenched, fists also clenched at her sides. Sheâs like a tight little ball of anger right now, about to explode.
Sheâs obviously not going to answer, so Britta turns to you. Her frustration softens a bit, and youâre sure you look a little shaken up- you canât stop thinking: what if Caroline wasnât there?
What if he got his hands on you? What if he had stepped closer?
âYou okay, Y/N?â
âYes,â you breathe. All of the team knows you well, and most of them are truly your friends. Despite the fact itâs become a running joke to refer to you as âKK Harveyâs Girlfriendâ you know they all do care about you. âIâm fine, thank you.â
âShit, Y/N,â KK breathes, running her hand through her hair. Itâs nothing like earlier tonight when she said those words, when you were kissing your neck.
God, if you could go back to that.
She takes a few deep breaths. âShit. Iâm sorry, Y/N. I⊠I just couldnât help myself. I couldnât let him say that shit. Call you that, fuck.â
You can practically see the memories flash behind her eyes, and sheâs getting herself all worked up again.
âHarvey,â Britta cautions, putting her hand on her shoulder. âTake some breaths.â
âOkay, hold on,â Laila starts. âWas that who I think it was? Pale guy from the dance floor?â
âYeah,â you affirm, and Laila rolls her eyes.
âWhat a creep.â
âWait, who?â KK asks, suddenly completely still, staring at Laila in a way that reminds you of a predator about to attack. Sheâs still got that rage in her veins, and sheâs chasing the high, the retribution.
âThere was this guy on the dance floor, he was staring at Y/N in this, like, sexual assault-y way, super creepy-â
âA what way?â
Her voice is calm. But you know her, you know her voice- you can hear the pure rage behind it. That deadliness, all of that precision and strength from hockey honed to one target.
âOkay,â Laila says, sticking her palms out in a calming manner. âNot the best choice of words. Deep breaths, KK.â
âNo, like what? He was staring at my girlfriend like what?â
âCaroline.â
You walk towards her, placing your hands on her chest.
âCaroline, sweetheart, I love you⊠but you have to calm down, okay? He was just a fucking weirdo at a bar. And you punched him, remember? Heâs not going to talk to another girl, let alone me, for a long time.â
You force her to meet her eyes, and she stares at you for a few seconds- her face slowly starting to soften.
âSorry,â she mumbles after a moment.
âWhy do we even try?â One of her teammates whispers. You resist the urge to smile.
âWhy donât we go home, K?â
She looks over your shoulder at the door to the bar.
âYeah.â
âThank God,â Laila mutters. âThis was about to become a bloodbath. Everyone say âthank you, Y/N.ââ
A few of her teammates laugh, and even KK cracks a small smile as they all repeat the sentiment.
Britta turns to KK, glaring at her still somewhat disapprovingly.
âIâm sorry,â KK mutters again.
Britta sighs. âI⊠probably would have punched him too if I was there. I canât blame you.â
âExactly, like? What was I supposed to do? He called my girl a bitch and I was supposed to just walk away? Nah. No way.â
âOverprotective!â Laila chimes in with a sing-song voice, and all of you laugh.
Finally, you all manage to bid your goodbyes, Laila saying sheâll hitch a ride back from someone else- âI donât want to hear whatâs about to go on in that bedroom. Keep the biohazards to a minimum, though.â
Caroline opens the car door for you, moving around to the other side and quickly climbing in. She puts her hand on the inside of your thigh, not starting the car yet, and making no move to.
She hesitates for a moment.
âDid I scare you?â She finally asks, turning to you with such vulnerability etched into her face it fixes any part of your heart that had ever hurt.
You smile softly, because you love this girl and you canât believe she cares about you this much.
âNo, baby.â You put your hand on her face and she leans towards you. âI was scared⊠because I kept thinking about what would have happened if you werenât there.â
âIâm never letting you out of my sight at a bar again. Or ever, actually. Would you be down to tattoo Property of Caroline Harvey on your chest?â
âCaroline.â
âI love you.â You smile, the joking scold dying on your tongue. âI love you so much. And I canât believe youâre all mine.â
You fake gasp. âI cant believe youâre all mine. Caroline Harvey, Olympian, star-athlete, heartthrob of womenâs hockey-â
She shuts you up with a kiss. Youâre both smiling into it, your thumbs rubbing her check, her hand squeezing your thigh and her other hand coming up to lightly hold the base of your neck.
When you finally have to pull away for that stupid thing called breathing, you grab her hand and squeeze twice. She quirks her brow at you before realization washes over her face.
âWell, when my beautiful girl says itâs time to go, itâs time to go.â
She doesnât move her hand from your thigh the entire drive. And despite Caroline being a little hot headed and a little overprotective, itâs just her way of showing you she loves you- you canât think of it any other way.
Thereâs no one else in the world who would succumb to whatever you want just because you kissed their neck, no one else who you would feel confident completely placing your trust in, no one else who can love you the way she loves you.
And if tonight is any indication- she loves you to the point of violence. Which is kind of alarming, but mostly sweet.

nika smut pleasee
Pairing: Nika MĂŒhl x Reader
Warnings: smut (thigh riding), alcohol
Summary: After a good game the team is ready to celebrate with a fun night outâŠyou and Nika have a different kind of fun afterwards
A/n: Iâm not gonna lie this lowk sucks đŁ forgive me. Iâll get better at writing for her I promise.
The drink burns your throat on its way down, but the warmth it brings to your body makes it worth it.
Fingers tingling, mind racing and body moving. The music was loud and the place was bustling. The girls usually kept it lowkey, but this win was so big it deserved something more, so when you suggested clubbing nobody objected.
Being Nikaâs girlfriend meant you were automatically invited to these things. You felt awkward at first, seeing as you two were a fairly new couple and this was a team celebration, but she never failed to reassure you.
âYouâre my girlfriendâŠthereâs no way Iâm going to a club without you.â She said with a smile. Who were you to argue?
Seeing her like this was something else. The lights were flashing, her hair was swaying against her moving body, her eyes closed and enjoying the music. You needed to be closer to her.
Dancing with Nika was something out of a dream. She was upbeat, singing along to songs, pouring shots into your mouth and spinning you around. It was all fun until you took it upon yourself to really dance. Slowly moving, pressing your backside against her front and tilting your head so her own could fit above your shoulder.
The look in her eye immediately changes. Youâd never had a situation like this before. That point in the relationship hadnât been met yet, so being pressed against her like this, your ass basically grinding into her? It was nerve-wracking, and turning you on to no end.
When her hands find your waist you canât help but smile. You can feel her breathing on your neck and it sends goosebumps down your spine. Her eyes are burning holes into yours as you grind together to the music.
The moment is interrupted by a tap on her shoulder. A very amused KK whispers something in Nikaâs ear, and she parts from you. âPaige just puked everywhere, so we have to head home.â She yells over the music. Youâre disappointed, but thereâs nothing you can do. The three of you join the others outside. You, Nika and KK call an Uber as you were all a little too tipsy to drive.
The quiet inside of the car is is shocking in comparison to the pounding noise of the club youâd just been in, you and Nika were squeezed in the back together while KK was in the front. Your knee was bumping into Nikaâs, and although it was nothing to think twice about, your skin was tingling. Perhaps it was the tequila, or the memory of her calloused hands strong on your hips.
You almost choke on your breathing when she reaches out a hand to wipe your cheek. After shooting her an inquisitive look she says âThereâs an eyelash on your face.â
On her finger there is in fact an eyelash, and she holds her hand in front of your mouth with a smirk. âBlow, make a wish.â
Nikaâs eyes are stuck to you like honey, when you blow on her finger and hold her stare you donât miss how her vision darts to your lips.
Lowering her hand casually to grip your thigh, she whispers âI played pretty good today, didnât I?â
âSo good.â You mumble, nervous at the change in atmosphere. Sheâd never touched you like this, possessively, and her usual cute and almost awkward voice had turned quiet and serious.
âI donât think I can stay at my dorm tonight.â She murmurs into your ear. Itâs less of a statement and more of a suggestion, one that youâre willing to take.
âStay with me.â You look up at her. âThatâll make one wish fulfilled.â
You can tell that if it werenât for KK and the Uber Diver in the front, Nika wouldâve kissed you by now. Her hazel eyes keep darting to the mirror upfront, KK is on the verge of passing out and the driver is pretending not to notice anything. You and Nika share an understanding look between each other, one that says âjust a little longerâ
-
The lights are still off in your apartment when the two of you tumble inside, and you slam the wall multiple times before you actually hit the switch. Nikaâs lips are too distracting, and sheâs been dying to taste you all night.
Being flush against the wall, one hand is beside your head and the other on your face as her mouth clashes with yours. Itâs urgent and fiery from your combined drunkness and Nikaâs confidence from the earlier victory. You can feel yourself get wetter by the minute.
Her leg is positioned between yours, and her lips are trailing from your face to your neck. She sucks and licks at the sensitive skin, smiling at your breathy moans. You canât help but lightly grind against her leg in hopes for any type of pressure.
At that, youâre moving around the apartment again, tangled in one another as you crash into things before finally landing on the couch. You scramble to sit on top of her, straddling one of her almost bare thighs as your lips connect again. One hand grips your ass and the other gropes your breasts, pinching at your nipples which causes you to gasp.
Your core is pulsing and she can feel it on her skin. Suddenly both her hands find your hips again, and she slowly manipulates you to grind onto her.
You pull away from the kiss to look at her, hair wild and makeup smudged. You donât care how you look, you just want her to see how sheâs ruining you, puppeteering your movements as you make a mess on her thigh. Her tongue occasionally wets her lips, muttering in Croatian and whispering praises.
When Nika starts to flex her leg muscles you feel the knot building gradually. Youâve fully soaked through your underwear now, and the skirt you wore to the club was riding up to no amend. Your breathy moans turned to louder ones with her help.
âCâmon baby, keep going.â She sweetly murmurs, your forehead pressed against hers, her eyes glued to your body grinding against her skin.
Youâre tired but determined to chase your high. Nika had preformed for you all day so you were happy to put on a show for her, rocking your hips to achieve that heavenly friction as she slapped your ass and kissed you sloppily.
When you cum it sends shivers down your spine, the deep knot inside your stomach unraveling. You canât help but slump over her, sticky, hungover and exhausted.
âSo good.â You mumble against her neck.
Nika traces on your back and places a soft kiss on your cheek before saying âYou looked so sexy.â
You lift your head to meet her eyes, her expression is tired but satisfied. You canât help but laugh as as you swipe her cheek with your finger and show her the stray eyelash youâd captured.
Holding your hand to her lips, you smile.
âBlow, make a wish.â
