my mom just had a 7cm brain tumor removed and since she's woken up she's been talking nonstop about this dream she had about going to an art gallery full of colourful paintings by a 'homosexual artist' named klimsdorf who was ethereal and wise, both young and old... at first she was convinced he was a real person but after failing to find him online she's accepted he was a figment of her subconscious mind and is now determined to bring him to life via painting his portrait herself. she's 67 and has never drawn in her life. and now this. blorbo from her tumor

Also have a sketch of everyone's favorite gremlin while I try to maintain my traditional style digitally

So I guess drawing little silly animatics from my head in my bigger-than-A4-but-smaller-than-A3 sketchbook with stickfigures and terrible anatomy half bodies is just another coping mechanism for still not having my drawing computer fixed

I hate this cuz why do I work for about 20 minutes on just finding the right colour if this mf lowkey looks way better than the original

Also, just to scare y'all, I did the colors on two layers each, one layer being the shadows and the other being pretty much anything else
