Do you think that.. if time were to pretty much stop, and no one but yourself could move, like time super slowed down, do you think that... anything you touched would like- explode? Sorry, let me explain better. Basically, in this instance, one person can move "normally", at least to them its a normal pace. And everyone else is "frozen". Back to my previous statement, it really depends on what the thing you touched is, but regardless, imagine the pure SPEED. And like, no human body could withstand that, so like, wouldn't your body explode? And even under circumstances like that where someone has a superpower for it, where it doesn't affect their body, it would still affect everything else, right? So, hypothetically speaking, and in conclusion, if time were to basically "stop" from someone's point of view because they are going THAT FAST, then anything they interact with would just break, be destroyed, etc. Rightttt?? Sorry, I'm not the best at explaining things 😔

Depends heavily. Do you mean that TIME is frozen, but one person is uneffected? Or do you mean that one person has superspeed and are stuck in such a mode that everyone else is effectively frozen to THEM? I'm a bit confused sorry In the first scenario, no. I think that interacting with people/objects/animals in that circumstance would maintain the same kinetic energy they had before, but you COULD manipulate it. Say someone is falling when time freezes, and you decide to move them. They still have momentum in the same direction, but you could instead move them somewhere safer to fall.

In the second scenario- YEAH YOU COULD LIQUIFY A GUY. Ohhhhh boy I love speedster characters, but most of the cool stunts would basically be the equivalent of a highspeed car crash LOCALIZED TO A FIST SIZED REGION OF THE BODY. Thats. That's how you break a guy's entire ribcage in a single hit. That's how you rupture his lungs/heart with your fist alone. That's how you punch a hole through a guy's fucking chest. THATS A MORTAL KOMBAT FATALITY. It's really hard to move fast without also producing a lot of force. especially when there's weight too. So basically you're looking at something faster than a bullet- close to light speed that then ALSO has the mass of a human hand behind it
