Wait I Just Realized Something Here...

THE SIMS 3 STORE PRE-INSTALLED

Today marks 25 years of The Sims. Since EA forgot TS3 exists, I’m releasing the entire The Sims 3 Store as an Anniversary Gift. It's all pre-installed and works flawlessly!

It comes with all available fixes and collection folders I’ve personally created for every set. You'll get over 5000 new Buy/Build and CAS items, 11 new worlds, and tons of new gameplay!

INSTRUCTIONS

Go to "Documents/Electronic Arts" and rename the "The Sims 3" folder (or move it).

Create a new folder and name it "The Sims 3" (or whatever the name is in your language).

Extract the contents of the ZIP file in "The Sims 3." Now launch the game.

You'll have to adjust your setting again. Don't forget to disable the in-game Store so you don't get duplicates.

Quit the game. Copy the "Saves" folder from the folder you have previously renamed. You can also copy your Mods and CC in package format.

CAUTION

Never copy over or overwrite the DCCache folder.

If you have content installed through the Launcher (Sims3Pack), you'll have to reinstall it.

I strongly recommend you don't install things through the Launcher from now. It already has a lot of content and it is a known fact the Launcher becomes more and more unstable the more content it has to handle.

Since the entire Store has been decrapified, if you want to install lots or world that contain Store content, you'll have to decrapify those too using MATY's TS3 Recompressor.

Astro Bot winning GOTY and all of its other awards probably makes it one of the most important video games in years, and I'm not exaggerating.

Yes Sony sucks- we're not giving them praise, rather Team Asobi, who managed to create this in SPITE of anti worker and anti creative policies Sony (and Microsoft, Ubisoft, EA, etc) enforces.

No, Astrobot is important because it shows the entire gaming industry that there's still plenty of room for collectathons, 3d platformers, goofy and bright and colorful games that appeal to EVERYONE and not just hardened, crusty guys with beards. It is so important that Astrobot got made because it's one of the few non Nintendo games EVERYONE can play- including children, and this is especially important given how bloated past the brim the gaming industry is with generic blood fests or samey edgy games.

Now mind you, I'd say Metaphor ReFantazio is also a very important game because it shows the JRPG/turn based gaming industry how to do things with style, but I can show Astro Bot to my nieces and nephew, so it slightly ranks higher.

Mainly what I'm saying is that Astrobot will hopefully send a message throughout the game industry and we'll start seeing fun, cartoony platformers again or more bright and colorful games aimed for more than try hard "gamer" bros or brain dead CoD addicts. In other words, maybe we'll finally take a step back to the glorious 2000s era of 3d adventure/collecting/platforming games like Mario Galaxy, Sly Cooper, Spyro and Crash, etc, and hopefully take a few steps away from every game being a CoD or Last of Us copy.

Yeah it sucks it's stuck on the ps5- but it's about the message sent.

It all starts from an exchange of phrases between Bi-Han and Tomas at the beginning of a fight:

My thoughts immediately focused on Bi-Han's response, was it his bravado talking or veiled feelings? This led me to reflect on what relationship he might have had with his mother, about whom we know nothing. Doing some research I was able to learn that apparently the two Lin Kuei brothers were brought to China by their father, who was a secret operative in the United States, to be trained as Lin Kuei assassins, against their mother's wishes.

Not knowing how old they might have been when this happened, I can speculate that this event worsened the relationship between Bi-Han and his father, he probably preferred to spend time with his mother and seeing himself forcibly removed from her must have affected him. There are children who prefer the company of one of the two parents from an early age, and seeing with how much anger Bi-Han speaks of his father during the story I imagine that from an early age the preference was for the mother, probably due to compliance with the exuberant character of the eldest son, perhaps always reprimanded by his father. As the eldest son and therefore hereditary of the Lin Kuei, his father must have forced him to follow teachings and ideals dictated by his experience, totally in contrast with Bi-Han's ideas. At that point, letting the father die in his time of need was nothing more than the only solution, I wouldn't be surprised to know that it was Bi-Han who killed him. His ego was now out of control, he was in charge of the Lin Kuei, of his brothers, now he was the one with the power. And Bi-Han would follow his ideals, those celebrated so much by his beloved mother. So much so that it even tramples on the fraternal relationship.
