This is Deku viewing her as just . A girl . With how he said this , she could’ve been anyone . And in his retrospective narration , she’s barely on his radar 🤚🏼 If the way Deku acts around Uraraka reads as lovestruck to you , then there's no way he ain't in love with Bakugo 💀

Summary Chapter 23

Someone is looking for something inside the armory, where the evidence is also stored.  Shin can hear someone coming in and from behind threatens the stranger's neck and asks him to identify himself.

 While threatening, he tells him that:

 - "The arsenal is restricted to non-palace officials.

 In addition, a visit permit is now issued.

 Slowly raise your hands and turn around.

 I'm sorry but I need you to come with me.  Since, if any acquaintance of criminals under trial,  will visit the archives of imperial evidence without permission, they could destroy the evidence".

 While saying this, Shin sees something on the man's arm, so he grabs it and lifts it up to see it.  But there isn't enough light, so he takes him by the arm to where there is more light and corners him against a wall to see the scaled arm.

 Shin looks at the pattern that forms on his arm, something he has seen before.  Also notice that your hair is bright red.  And the man turns red under Shin's scrutiny.

 Shin thinks of Count Moss, but immediately dismisses him and thinks he must be using the position of one of his relatives to hide inside the palace.

 He sees that what man has in his arm is the repeated use of magic stones.

 * Shin is very intelligent, he saw the patterns left by the poison of the jewels on the arm of this new Duke.  He can't accuse him of anything, not without proof, so he won't let him wander alone there.

 Shin says he doesn't know how old this boy is, he looks young, and Shin seems to know him.

Are those little things essential to grasping the plot? No, but they enhance it. Most importantly, you feel smart for pointing them out, and I feel smart for writing them.
