I'd argue you can incorporate elements, support your sisters in 4B (this means not defending your male partner or family), refuse to have children, and vow that if your current relationship doesn't work out you will join the ranks of 4B. Also, dump your boyfriend or husband if he either opposes 4B or voted Red. But you still aren't fully 4B. You can be allied with your sisters in the movement, but that also requires controlling your Pearl clutching at your sisters in 4B.
Maybe a bit of a controversial take, but I’m so sick of going into comment sections on posts and videos about the 4B movement to see women being like «my hubby bubby is sweet and nice tho 🥺🥺🥺» like well that’s great and all, but then this movement isn’t for or about you???
Nobody’s saying you have to get a divorce, or that your man specifically is bad, but you’re not a part of this movement if you’re married to a man.
It’s that simple.

Too many people are focused on how others perceive them while simultaneously existing with zero internal locus of control. You can romanticize and try to find the good in all the bad you face, or you can buckle up, sit down, and do the work you need to do in order to change or adapt your situation for a better tomorrow.
Let this be the point where you say enough is enough, take accountability and responsibility for your healing and future, and move forward to a better self. Start your exit strategy, learn to advocate for yourself, whatever it is you need to do. It's not the universe. It's not God/Goddess. It's in your hands. Let go of the things you can't control. Start working on the things you can.

Anyways, BoyToy and I are now planning a renfaire weekend.
Actual Conversation Today Between BoyToy and I:
Me: 😷 I wanna snuggle
BoyToy: Not happening.
Me: I know 🥺
BoyToy: You got ADv and I got strep. What kinda bioweapon you trying to create?? 😂
Me: With you? The kind USAMRID would lock up. 🥹👉👈
Him: 🤣🤣🤣 Go back to sleep, I'll see you when we're both healthy.
I'd add one more to make this the perfect list: separate volunteering from one to evolve your mindset.
One to Give Back:
Finding a cause or local group in your area (not online) refuels your larger activism, offers networking opportunities with like-minded and morally aligned individuals, and fosters community engagement and your emotional investment in your community.
Examples: your local women's shelter, student government, your local animal shelter or rescue, soup kitchens, your local YWCA, your local Junior League, volunteering at the old folks home, joining the breakfast/meal team at your religious institution, getting involved with a community garden, or park cleanups.

Went to church today on a very wet, snowy Sunday morning, took care of one of my comfort care patients with some antinausea meds and SQ fluids, then ran to the grocery store, now I'm cuddled in with my Critters for the Eagles game. Go Birds!
Outfit is:
- Ralph Lauren Cotton Cardigan circa 2019, similar to This cotton blend Cardigan they currently offer.
- Tommy Hilfiger Imina boots in Saddle Brown thrifted you can find them on poshmark Here
- Wool & Cotton Skirt by Ann Taylor, Circa 2016, unfortunately they don't have anything similar anymore and have largely switched to synthetic blends in their knits
- Thrifted, tagless top of some sort of synthetic stretch blend, bought at my local goodwill for $7
- 100% cotton leggings from fair indigo size XS find them Here
- Scarf head covering for church is a flax bandana I bought from an Amish vendor at my local farmers market, you can find a similar one here on etsy.
Why is there polyester in my cashmere? Or spandex? Knits have stretch in their weave. Why are we adding in microplastics? Why is it impossible to find boring 100% cotton scrubs in basic colors?
