On the 4th of June 2008, Jodi Arias murdered her ex-boyfriend Travis Alexander in his house in Mesa, Arizona. She stabbed him 27 to 29 times, slit his throat and shot him in the head. Jodi was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
