Emperorsims stated that if the world is "altered " a.k a. change, that the simmer would like to see it. I tagged their name because it is theirs. Not mine. I'm very aware of that, so suspending my livejournal account was idiotic. Rant over.

Here it is, Sylas, with buildings. Not populated with sims though... sorry. It's CC Free. It's has all but Katy Perry Sweet Treats and Diesel. It is also a small world. Enjoy the world and tag my name so I can see screenshots. :)
