so we're preparing for auditions for our first show in my theatre class rn (everyone has to audition for the grade, whether you want to be in it or not)

anyway, we're split into groups to practice our monologues with/to and cuz the teacher trusts me (this is my 4th year doing it after all) I'm with 3 newbies

well one of them likes to sass back when I tell him what to do, I mean he'll do it but I think he doesn't think I should be bossing him around

Am I getting a good grade in tumblr mutual?

reblog if you wear glasses. too many mutuals don't know they have glasses wearers in their midsts

this year I will be a senior, and our theatre class is more like a family than a friend group. there will be 4 seniors this year, ES (our resident anxious mom friend), me (the dad friend), and SA & BS (the weird uncles). our teacher (M) is our ultimate dad. ES and I have decided that the rest of the class our just our children (they have no choice in the matter). this blog will be used as an archive of our family's shenanigans. it will pick up more once school restarts, but there's no way we won't see each other at all over the summer.

I will be using initials (or "me") because I am not comfortable using my friends real names and I gotta keep em all straight somehow (which ironic cuz only like half of them are straight).

our friends that have graduated are viewed as family members who have died and I will refer to them like this: "CL (RIP)"

I hope yall enjoy our stupid out of context adventures
