Hiding

Naturally, I knew the police were looking for me, so when I was walking down the street and saw the police car moving toward me, I put my head down and casually moved down an alley between shops. My heart sank. Her tone was mockingly playful, but I also knew this officer from a previous arrest, and she would not tolerate nonsense. Leaning on her car so casually, I knew she was ready to pursue me if I ran. Instead, I sighed and my shoulders drooped.

“Very good boy,” she said. “I’m proud of you. Come on, let’s go.”

She stepped aside, and I put my hands on her car. The beautiful officer searched me, then pulled my hands behind my back, and I heard the click of the handcuffs, signaling to me I had just wasted my whole afternoon trying to avoid my own capture.

“You’re under arrest, honey,” she said, leading me to the rear door of the car. “Now, let’s get you comfortably tucked away in the car and off to jail where you belong, Ryan.”

I've been losing track of time recently - been very busy at work, traveling and we've doing some renovations to our home... One person who never loses track of time, however... a locked male.
