Revised rules for my behaviour, activities and appearance following completion of my punishments for repeated misbehaviour

I am an aspiring submissive housewife. I have behaved in a very poor way over the past two years requiring me to be deservedly punished.  The rules to guide my behaviour have therefore been revised and as you would expect been made stricter and more restrictive so as to ensure I am able to focus on behaving in an exemplary manner at all times.  

In addition to the modification of my rules a longer list of options for my future punishment, if I misbehave again, has been generated so that I will be deterred from further misbheaviour, suffer more severe consequences if I misbehave and be made a greater example of to others. I have been left in no doubt that future punishments, should I misbehave, will be more severe than before.

They will be modified as needed by regular review in future.

1) I will support HoH in his work.

2) I will maintain our household in a well-organized, pristine and functioning manner at all times. I will do all cooking, grocery shopping, cleaning and laundry to a high standard.

3) I will put HoHs needs first in scheduling my activities.

4) I will not do anything which is or could be viewed as unsafe, disrespectful, unsociable or breaks the law.

5) I will dress at all times (except when otherwise specified) in a plain, feminine and conservative manner. a. This means I will always wear a dress which reaches well (at least 4 inches) below my knees with long sleeves and a high neck and collar or skirt which reaches well (at least 4 inches) below my knees and long sleeved blouse with a high neck and collar. b. Flat plain shoes or sandals c. Long, at least 3 inches below, knee length, knitted wool cardigan at all times d. Additional wool cardigans if required e. Between October 1 st and March 31 st inclusive I will wear a woollen hat and mittens whenever I leave the house f. I will never wear trousers, jackets or casual shoes. All clothing to be of muted colours.

6) I will make all of my clothes myself by dressmaking, crocheting and knitting or by purchase of second hand clothing from charity/thrift shops/jumble sale. All clothing items I make will require approval or be specified by my mother-in-law and/or my sister-in-laws before I commence any sewing or knitting and my mother-in-law or one of my sisters-in-law must be present before I purchase any second hand item from a charity/thrift shop/jumble sale.  At this time I have been told to knit ankle socks, knee socks, thick knitted wool tights with elasticated waists, woollen headscarves, mittens, pom-pom hats, balaclavas (with and without mouth space), a long pink woollen bed jacket with a large crocheted collar and make elastic garters to keep up my wool knee socks.

7) When attending Church Services (midweek, Sunday, special occassions) I will dress only in knitted wool garments. As a minimum I will wear a) thick elasticated wool knickers, wool vest, wool socks, b) a knitted wool dress which reaches well (at least 4 inches) below my knees with long sleeves or knitted wool skirt which reaches well (at least 4 inches) below my knees and knitted wool long sleeved cardigan with a high neck line. c) Long, at least 3 inches below knee length, knitted wool cardigan at all times d) Additional wool cardigans if required e) Woollen hat or woollen headscarf f) Between October 1 st and March 31 st inclusive I will wear woollen mittens. 

8) I will wear an ankle length, long sleeved nightdress and until I am in bed a long, at least 3 inches below knee length, knitted wool cardigan or woollen bed jacket at all times.

9) I will donate all of my trousers and trouser suits to the Church jumble sale.

10) I will maintain a list of all woollen garments available for my use and make this available to anyone requesting to view this.

11) I will maintain a list of all items I have been told and had approval to make for my future use and make this available to anyone requesting to view this.

12) I will wear my hair brushed back and in a bun unless directed otherwise at all times. My hair will be cut as necessary to ensure my forehead is bare.

13) I will wear no make-up.

14) I will seek approval for all purchases, other than grocery spending, from HoH. I will provide a receipt for my grocery purchaes to HoH.

15) I will never smoke or drink alcohol.

16) I will behave in a respectful and humble manner in presence of HoH as well as in a respectful manner in my interactions with others. I will focus on listening and not speaking.

17) I will be permitted use of a mobile dumb phone but not a mobile smart phone.

18) I will address all adults, outside of work, who I am in contact with either as Mr., Mrs. or Miss plus surname if I know them or Sir and Ma'am if I do not. 

19) I will introduce myself both orally and in writing as Mrs. John Wilson and respond to this if addressed by someone else.  I will not use anything other than Mrs. John Wilson as my name in written communications including e-mails and texts.

20) I will receive a minimum of three allocations of “maintenance discipline” per week by spanking. These will be by hand, hair brush, clothes brush and/or paddle as my husband deems appropriate and be accompanied by corner time before and/or after as appropriate. 

21) In addition to maintenance spankings those supervising me may apply any of the following maintenance disciplines to me at anytime to ensure I remain well behaved and mindful of my place and behaviour either in private or public, as they deem appropriate i. Early bedtime with or without supper, ii. Quiet time in which I am to remain silent, iii. Kneeling with my head bowed and hands behind my back, iv. Sent to detention room with a reading assignment to complete, v. Smack across the hands or backs of my legs, vi. Being told what to wear for a period, vii. Corner time, viii. Being skirted (indoors only).

22) I will attend the Church Youth Club once every three months under supervision dressed in schoolgirl uniform (specified for me) and my hair in an appropriately childish style e.g. pigtails or bunches.  I will explain to those present how I have misbehaved and why it is a deserved discipline for me to be regularly humiliated in front of them and how they should learn from the example being made of me. I will serve cornertime when not having to speak and answer questions as a reminder to me of the need to behave.

23) I will take my place on the weekly Church cleaning rota every Monday and perform the tasks allocated to me. I will wear a head covering at all times when in Church.

24) I will attend Bible Class a minimum of once per week. 

25) I will make myself available every Saturday afternoon to carry out community or charity work requests received via the Church. This means I will not be available to play hockey. If no work is requested I will attend Church under the supervision of the Vicar's wife for mentoring, self-reflection and penance.

26) I will take five days of my work holiday to do menial unpaid work at the Church retreat every year under close direction and supervision. I will be uniformed, supervised and governed strictly and punished for any misbehaviour immediatley as well as being reported.

27) I will set-up a space in the corner of the dining room to be used as a time-out area which I may either choose to go to myself or be sent by other adults if I or they feel I would benefit from a period of quiet reflection to avoid me misbehaving. In this corner I will sit cross-legged on the floor with my hands on my head, facing the corner and in silence unless directed otherwise.  I will remain in the corner for a minimum of ten minutes or longer if directed to do so. 

28) I must make clear proactively any failure to comply with the rules immediately and be honest about what these failings are.

29) I must facilitate the disciplinary process and must never hold up or stall the process. This includes trying to justify my behaviour in a way to avoid discipline.

30) I must accept HoHs decision on punishments to be applied without question.

31) I must never attempt to avoid the full pain, humiliation and/or discomfort of my deserved punishments.

32) I will always apologize for my misbehaviour before receipt of corporal punishment and any other punishments as appropriate.

33) I will always thank HoH or my other supervisors after receipt of corporal punishment or other punishments as appropriate.

34) I will remain silent unless invited to speak whilst receiving punishment.

35) If I fail to admit any failure to comply with the rules in a timely manner as a minimum my punishment for the transgression will be at least doubled.

36) For any offence involving lying, deceit or spoken disrespect as a minimum I will in addition to any other sanctions have my mouth washed with soap and water every day before going to bed.

37) I will be proactive in seeking and sharing alternative disciplinary sanctions which can be used to insure my compliance with our rules and helps me to improve my behaviour further.

38) We will review my behaviour and the rules a minimum of once per year to determine if any changes are required. Changes to the rules will only be made by agreement of both HoH and myself.

39) I will be subject to supervision and when necessary disciplining by my sister-in-laws Bridget, Veronica, Jessica and Felicity, my sister Stephanie and my mother-in-law.

40) If I have broken the rules I have to put on my school uniform of blue shirt, blue and white striped school tie, white pelerine knee socks, grey school pinafore dress and a grey knitted wool school cardigan and stand facing the wall with my hands behind my back in our hall to consider my misbehaviour. When my HoH thinks I have had long enough I must stand whilst he describes my offences(s) as he sees them and I must then apologise. If the offence has occurred as part of my maintenance discipline then this spanking will be reapplied in full and I will receive further punishment. Otherwise having apologised I will be sent back to face the wall for a further period to consider how I might expect to be punished and how I will avoid a repetition of my offence(s). Finally whilst standing my HoH will tell me how I am to be punished for my misbehaviour.

41) I will write a copy of these rules in full without any mistakes every week and provide this to my HoH by no later than 8 am every Sunday. 

42) I will accept all of the following forms of punishment in whatever combination or volume HoH decides is appropriate based on my misbehaviour (I have no role in determining the quantity and/or length of any punishments):

a. Corporal punishment applied with the hand, slipper, wooden or plastic ruler, hairbrush, paddle, cane, strap, tawse and martinet.

b. Corporal punishment may be applied to my hands and bare behind and backs of my legs. 

c. Written punishments – writing of essays, lines, copying of texts. This will be done under detention conditions e.g. confined to a desk and chair in the box room if greater severity is appropriate.

d. Corner time – should normally accompany all corporal punishment as well as a standalone punishment. Time may be spent simply standing or with nose or forehead against the wall, arms folded parallel behind my back, hands folded behind my back or on my hips or my head. In addition I may have to kneel whilst serving cornertime including on pencils or dried peas if harsher punishment is appropriate or stand bent at the waist.

e. Early bed time – I will dress in my nightclothes and be in bed by a suitably early hour with the lights off. This may be without supper where increased severity is appropriate.

f. Grounding – I will not leave the house (unless for specific activities or under supervision) for a defined period.

g. Curfew – I will not leave the house after a specified time.

h. Mouth washing – I will have my mouth washed with soap and water under supervision. I will not be permitted to rinse my mouth for at least 1 hour after application. For severe or multiple offences I may be made to stand with a bar of soap in my mouth.

i. Privilege withdrawl – the following can be removed or restricted i. Use of car, ii. Credit card use/cash for spending, iii. Watching TV, iv. Listening to the radio or other audio devices, v. Use of dumb phone, vi. Access to magazines or newspapers, vii. Access to the internet, viii. Using a computer

j. Allocation of additional house or garden work

k. Confinement to the wearing of a school uniform within the house and to Church events and activities.

l. Wearing of additional woollen garments which I must knit so that they are available if required for my punishment.

m. Wearing a Dunce's hat

n. Wearing a paper bag over my head

o. Wear a sign around my neck describing my misbehaviour and/or punishment

p. Having a clothes peg attached to my tongue.

q. Having to hold my finger tightly to my lips and remain silent

r. Wearing of my hair in a more childish style such as pigtails or bunches together with Alice bands or hair combs.

s. Being skirted i.e. naked from the waist down.

t. Attendance at Sunday School class dressed in age appropriate Sunday best clothing with age appropriate hairstyle.

u. Further expansion of people supervising and disciplining me for a limited period.

v. Additional work as penance, for example making school uniform for my own punishment, needlework exercises such as having to sew buttons to material for defined periods. 

w. Additional more menial work for the Church or our community

x. The wearing of devices to ensure I am chaste when unsupervised 

y. Having to ask permission before using the toilet

43) The following modes of punishment are not permitted a. Corporal punishment applied with a rubber hose, birch or whip. b. Discipline in front of others outside our family, Church congregation and those who have been approved by my HoH except wearing of uniform to Church activities

They look quite severe when written down but if I fulfil my submissive role then the punishments are not required. If I fail to comply willingly and well, as I have over the past two years, then it is clear to me what the potential consequences will be. This has helped me to improve previously in my role as an aspiring submissive wife, be more devoted in my Church activities and made me a more empathetic and less arrogant person to work with in my work.  I have realised following my recent transgressions that I need to be more humble and recognise my own immaturity. I need these stricter rules if I am to improve and the deterrence of more punishments should I misbehave.

I have posted my rules here for all to see, and politely request anyone reading this to make comments and suggestions regarding any other rules or punishments both to reinforce my submissive status and punish for misbehaviour. Thank you in advance for your help and advice to help me improve and for sharing this with others to maximise my humbling. I would appreciate any suggestions based on others experience which would make these rules more robust and/or stricter.  I hope that these may also useful for other submissive wives wishing to improve their performance and compliance.
