Okay, some of you are going to say I'm going soft, but as a Queen it is my prerogative to be merciful.

p called me yesterday to confess that he was worried he would not be able to hold out until his collaring ceremony for his next release. he seemed genuinely worried that he wouldn't be able to resist the temptation to bring himself off while he's at home unlocked.

I pointed out that he'd gone longer before and it was particularly important to me now that he deny himself. He said that the difference was the time we spent together recently, including sleeping together (though not having sex). He couldn't get it out of his head and the thought was so arousing.

He said he understood why I was denying him, but if he couldn't have release, could I please lock him up. Now p hates being locked, so I knew he must really be finding temptation unbearable and he was honestly afraid he wouldn't be able to stop himself disobeying me.

I thought about calling him over and locking him up for the next few weeks, but then I decided, what the hell, I'll just let him have a release now. It could be February before he gets another and in hindsight, I may have mis-timed the last - letting him come just before Christmas and then making him super-horny over New Year.

We had a video call and I supervised him bringing himself off. OMG, he clearly did need it. He went off like a little Vesuvius and the relief on his little face was palpable. And he was so grateful! I felt a little guilty and I even teared up a bit. I was happy I made the right decision.

Having said that, I made clear that under NO circumstances would he get another release before his collaring, even if we had to delay it until summer. He said he understood that and assured me that he wouldn't ask. In fairness, he didn't ask this time, which is another reason I decided to stretch a point.

So perhaps I'm not the merciless Mistress you may like to imagine me; let's say I'm a benevolent Tyrant.
