I just want to read a few books per week, learn multiple languages, and a couple of instruments, become more proficient at advanced mathematics, write essays and books, exercise regularly, sleep eight hours per night, eat really healthily, have an active social life including enjoying all of my close relationships, and be really sexy. Is that really so unreasonable

i’m actually tired bro, like from the bottom of my heart. i am tired
i'm currently reading dune (frank herbert), blindness (josé saramago) and little women (louisa may alcott) :D
i like to read two to three books simultaneously because it keeps me way more entertained. besides, each book have a different category in my daily routine lol. my edition of dune is too heavy so it's my read-in-bed-to-relax-and-disconnect-book. blindness is my take-everywhere-with-me-specially-in-public-transportation-so-people-think-i'm-smart-book and little women is my current reading-in-my-target-language-book.
dune is the one i'm most enjoying! i thought it would be too dense, and it is because of the complex world building, but i'm having a really good time! the chapters are short which makes the reading fluid for me.
blindness is incredible. josé saramago is truly clever. he choses the words to build he sentences so magnificently
little women is... interesting. i have a hard time with this type of literature, like jane austen, i don't know why. i love the characters and the movie, so it makes me motivated enough to keep going.
let me know if you have read any of these! <3

trees are very 🥺 because sometimes i’ll stand under the shade of a tree and look up at it and it’ll sway its branches about in the wind and i’m like oh my God i’m alive and YOU’RE alive. we are alive together and made up of the same starry stuff and standing right next to each other in this moment on this earth. do u feel it when i reach out and press my hand to your trunk? can you hear me? i think you’re so neat. and then the sunlight filters through its leaves just so and that lovely green color leaves me dazzled. it’s just very nice to be an alive thing next to a different sort of alive thing
it's the start of the week, there's still time!
Sometimes I wonder if native English speakers appreciate how much more comfortable the internet is for them than for the rest of the world
Like, you can go on tumblr and simply read stuff in your mother tongue? Amazing. Go on youtube and you don’t have to replay some sentences ten times to try to understand what they’re saying? Incredible. Look for practically anything on google and know that there will be a fuckton of results that you can read without having to spend half the time looking up words in a dictionary? Fascinating. Make a post or send an ask without panicking that you’ll make a silly mistake or that they won’t understand what you meant? Unbelievable.
