I tell all my friends to use prism launcher because it's not bloated but it comes with everything.

Also it's on every platform, Mac, Windows and there's even a version specifically for the steam deck

(BTW if you're using the flatpak version, use flatseal to add hardware acceleration permitions or else you'll always get driver errors)
