My biggest thought post ATSV is just about poor Miles. He never asked for any of this to happen. He didn't ask to be Spider-Man, he didn't ask to blow up the collider, he didn't know about canon events and shouldn't have been expected to know any rules or regulations the rest of the spider people go by.
