And here we have... Inko! It's official, dark green hair and... eyes. The eyes are black! (Just like Nana's.)

Inko's color scheme officially matches Lotus: blue skirt like water, dark green hair like leaves, pink blouse and white shirt like lotus petals. What is Lotus? It's Padma.

And who is Padme? She is the wife of Anakin Skywalker, known as Darth Vader.

There's more.

Inko has Black Eyes in the official coloring of the manga. Izuku has light green eyes.

So Izuku definitely didn't inherit his eye color from his mother.

But from his father….

Hisashi, admit it, you have green eyes.
