A lot of people, when explaining shifting, get the concepts of our BRAIN, SUBCONSCIOUS, CONSCIOUSNESS and AWARENESS all mixed up. Here's a little field guide:
1) Your BRAIN isn't universal. Depending on the reality and the extent of changes in your script, your brain will be a little different in each DR. You know that Marina & the Diamonds song that goes “I am not my body, not my mind or my brain Not my thoughts or feelings, I am not my DNA”? Funnily enough, that explains it pretty well. None of these things are set in stone for shifters.
2) Your SUBCONSCIOUS is the part of your mind which ensures that you end up in the right reality. This is how we can peacefully shift without having to worry about scripting every little detail; your subconscious is not a genie in a bottle, it doesn't work against you. Shifters often use “Your subconscious/The universe already knows what you want” interchangeably. This concept is also often referred to as 'intention'.
3) Your CONSCIOUSNESS is omnipresent throughout the multiverse. This is where a lot of shifters get confused — no, your consciousness is not what you are shifting. It is always present in every single one of your DR selves, no matter which reality you are currently in. When you shift to your DR, you will notice that you have been conscious in this reality all along, you just weren't aware of it before.
4) And finally, your AWARENESS. This is the part of yourself that can be shifted from one reality to another. Your awareness is not universal, it is always focused on one reality at a time.
Shift tonight method
This is basically an emergency method. It'll have 3 parts.
1. Morning
You already shifted. You are already in your desired reality, but... You're in a dream now. You just need to wake up. Imagine this is just a realistic dream. Do your work, whatever you have to do, but remember, it's just a dream you have to wake up from.
Now, to start off. You can meditate. While you meditate, imagine you're in your DR bedroom or whatever. Listen to shifting subliminals, whatever. Before listening to shifting subliminals and that, listen to subliminals that boost listening to any subliminal. Such as this.
2. Afternoon and evening
After you're done listening to subliminals, whatever. Your head might hurt a bit. That's completely alright. It just means your brain was taking too much information at once. It's just like when you study the day before the test and it's just too much information. Now it's time to remember who you are. What i mean by that? Embody your DR self. Listen to songs that they would or if the song reminds you of them. Scroll through your pinterest board of your bedroom, appearance etc.
"I really like my posters, should i add more tho?"
"Ugh, i have to go to school later"
...
Literally whatever, just be them/her/him...
3. Night
"Man, this dream is nice but I'll wake up now."
You get what i mean? It's time to wake up in your DR. Lay down in a comfortable position. You can meditate before just so you're in that sleepy state. The state where your mind is open to suggestions, any suggestions. So basically, you'll enter SATS. It's a sleepy state Neville Goddard used to manifest anything overnight, maximum a few days. Now, once you're comfortable and sleepy. Imagine you're in your DR. Embody the feeling of being your DR self. Remember you're in your DR bedroom, too lazy to wake up.
"That was a good dream. Ugh, i have to wake up."
"What will i have for breakfast"...
This is just an example, basically you're in your DR bedroom who just woke up from a dream. Be your DR self. Let go off the 3d and everything. Nothing else matters as you're already in your DR. Remember you first shift internally, your senses shift last. You can use your 5 senses, think about what you'll do today in your DR. Talk about your s/o... Trust yourself you're already there and let go of everything. Doubts don't matter, you're already in your Dr. Or have you forgot?

shifting is not an escape plan. you are not tunneling out of your reality with a plastic spoon. you are not bargaining with the universe for permission to exist elsewhere. shifting is natural. instinctive. something you were built to do.

Shifting works the same way—once you’ve set your intention, it’s already on its way. trust that it is happening without hovering over it like an anxious supervisor.
𓂃🖊 the universe is not testing you. you are not jumping through hoops to prove yourself worthy of another reality. you are not being graded on technique. shifting is not about effort. it is about surrender. drop the struggle. release the overthinking. allow it to be easy.

Hiii!! first of all, finding ur tiktok felt like my prayers have been answered😭 You ARE genuinely the most open-minded person i have seen about shifting. The way you talk and approach shifting in itself shows your experience and I'm all here for it😈
Sometimes it feels like time is the most imp factor in shifting when it's not even real. You and so many others have spoken about this already, but that feeling of being so close to making this crazy discovery but then i look back and see everyone (my closest friends) have moved on in life cuz they didn't have to become that crazy scientist. Maybe because i have shifted before (but that was a WHILE ago), that feel even more crazed because i know i can do it. But it's not happening. I know this kind of mindset will do me no good but I'm just girl:(
You know how people say "u should find perfect balance between your cr and dr" and "shifting should not be a form of escapism". Now although that is true to a certain extent, I kinda don't want to do that!? But since i don't want to ""get behind"" i try to compromise with cr just to realize that i am meant for everything not something, and it's continues to cycle.

It's really frustrating to know that you can shift, but it feels like something is just holding you back from actually getting there. I understand. I've said this a million times, but people see time as this terrifying thing. Telling a shifter it might take them another month is seen as incredibly demotivating. And although I get why, I really think people need to get more comfortable with time itself.
It took you a few years, but in the end, does it really matter? I can only imagine how much you have grown as a person, how much you have learned and matured into your choices. In the off chance that it will take you a couple more years to fully shift to your dr, would that really change that much?
If you were told that you were absolutely, 100% guaranteed to shift within the next year or two, you would gladly wait all that time, knowing that, no matter what, you'll make it to your dr at the end of it.
But technically speaking you already have that guarantee. Shifting is already yours. Whether it's going to be today, next week, next month, the one thing you know for sure is that you're going to shift.
Time is nothing to be scared of at all. In this reality it's made out to be a huge deal, a clock you're always racing. But there is no clock, only eternity. You can redo, change, rewind, skip past anything you want. I promise you, you're not behind.
The more you embrace that shifting is already yours, and that it's nothing you're fighting to achieve, the easier it becomes. You have the promise of living any and as many lives as you want. Time here on earth is so incredibly short. Even if you would only shift when you're 70, it's nothing compared to how many years you'll live, to everything that's waiting for you.
You're okay, you're doing amazing. Allow your journey to unfold itself however suits you best. You know the end result is guaranteed, so don't worry about the time it takes you to get there💚

Sometimes, if I want or to have fun, I affirm to REMIND myself (so NOT to convince my mind of it) and maybe listen to my subliminals.
No more worrying if I’ll shift/manifest or not, there’s literally no chance that I will fail, I am the creator so that’s ME who decides how things go.
I’ll do a mental diet, flipping my negative thoughts into positive ones in my absolute favour, no more wavering, only full belief and discipline.

you're not running out of time to shift. just because you didn't shift yesterday, or the week before, or the year before, doesn't mean that it's gonna be taken from you. there's no clock ticking, no train leaving the station, no alarms blaring to get the last ticket, no one to race against, nothing. breathe. no one and nothing can take it away from you. it will always be there.

If a fairy cast a spell over you so that thinking as if something was true = it being true, would you be saying that's too hard? Would you seriously be like "Fuck you magical fairy, you can't possibly expect me to think something that's not true" ?
Because that's what half of you are doing now. "How do I think as if when the 3D says otherwise" You say the words in your head. You repeat words in your head.
Your thoughts are not chained to the physical world and there is no material consequence to thinking contrary to the 3D in the privacy of your own mind.
Changing your beliefs is uncomfortable, accepting that you are literally all powerful is uncomfortable, growth is uncomfortable. You have to choose between the pain of everything staying the same and the pain of growth.
Would you go to a fairy and be like "your spell doesn't work. No I didn't think about it as if I had it, why would I do that if I don't have it??" That's how you sound.

Yes, read that again and again and again. It is 100% true.
You’re not meant to gaslight yourself and deny the 3D. You must accept that’s how THAT reality will go and that’s also NOT YOUR reality. Having a knowing of that creates disconnection between the old story and who you truly are. Not having a knowing of that and constantly worrying about it and fearing it makes you connected to your old story. Stop worrying about stuff (3D) that has nothing to do with you.
You have nothing to change but self. What I mean by that is change where your mind is at, not your thoughts. Your thoughts and mind are two different things/parts. As long as you change self it must externalize. There is nothing to change or create but your mind, you’re not creating nothing in the 3D because it is already done in your mind, only your mind matters nothing else.
