[Penelope has finally returned home after 20 years. Around her, the bodies of Odysseus' suitors and their guards are lying lifelessly, hunted like the animals they are.

Penelope grows ever anxious at her husband's silent stare. Odysseus, in a state of shock, slowly moves closer to Penelope.]

Penelope, aware of her state, looks down nervously: Oh stop being so stoic, Odysseus. Go on... shout! Scream! Say something!

[She shuts her eyes, ready for her husband to call her the monster she knows she is. But he doesn't.

Odysseus gently cups her cheeks, lifting her head to meet his gaze. Penelope opens her eyes in surprise]

Odysseus, with eyes full of love and welling up with tears: You’re as beautiful as the day I lost you.

working on a comic rn about how they started talking (tldr: joint practice, they play a 3v3 match, ody gets too distracted bc penelope looks so good when she’s spiking and then gets hit in the face with the ball of course)

but once they started dating, they’re just constantly together ALL the time… like if someone wanted to know where odysseus was they would just ask penelope (she probably got an airtag on him or smth)

they go to each other’s matches 100%

if there’s a joint practice, both of them just admire and drool over the other during the match

everybody honestly finds it sickening but nobody dares to say anything bc they’re quite intimidated by penelope + odysseus has too much blackmail on everyone so
