Servings: 9 - 175kcal/3g protein per serving
FOR THE CAKE:
½ cups Applesauce (unsweetened)
¾ cups Light Packed Brown Sugar
1 whole Large Egg
1 cup All-purpose Flour
½ teaspoons Baking Soda
½ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
½ cups Low Fat Plain Yogurt
½ teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
1-¼ cup Apples, Peeled, Cored And Chopped
FOR THE TOPPING:
3 Tablespoons Light Brown Sugar
3 Tablespoons Flour
1 Tablespoon Butter, Softened
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray an 8×8″ baking dish with cooking spray.
2. For the cake, combine applesauce and brown sugar in a large bowl. Add egg and beat until mixed. In a smaller bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and cinnamon. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and beat until combined. Add yogurt and vanilla and mix. Gently fold in apple pieces. Pour mixture into the baking dish.
3. Combine topping ingredients in a small bowl, using a fork to create coarse crumbs. Sprinkle topping over the cake mixture.
4. Bake until golden brown and set, approximately 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Slice into 9 equal pieces.
My guilty pleasure. Fiber One has always had good stuff, and it’s definitely been effective in getting the bowels moving. 🤷🏻♀️ Haven’t tried the other flavors yet but this one is pretty good. 70 calories, 5g carbs, 3g fat. It’s lightly sweet and makes a good choose for a snack if need be.
ED recipe!
27cals for one pancake, recipe makes 4
100g zucchini
100g potatoes
5g spring onion
5g flour
5tsp water
Salt & pepper
Use a non-stick frying pan so you don’t have to use oil!
Grate zucchini and potato. Cut spring onion into thin rings
Add flour and water, mix until it forms a kind of batter
Add salt and pepper, mix again
Make 4 even pancakes and fry them in a non-stick frying pan on each side on low to medium heat until they look kinda done (I didn’t stop the time I‘m sorry ‘:) )
Enjoy warm!
They made me very full and left me satisfied!

Low calorie snack ideas via weight watchers
Servings: 4 - 256kcal/43g protein per serving
600 g / 1.2 lb chicken breasts (mini chicken breasts/chicken tenders)
Salt and pepper
Low calorie cooking spray (I used Fry Light)
1 onion , finely diced
2 garlic cloves , minced
300 g | 10oz white mushrooms , sliced
1 tbsp flour
500 ml | 2 cups beef stock , from a stock cube
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
150 g | ⅔ cup fat-free Quark cheese
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Spray a large skillet or frying pan with low calorie cooking spray.
3. Heat the pan and cook the chicken for 3 minutes per side over medium heat. If the pan gets very dry add a small splash of the stock. Set the chicken aside.
4. Deglaze the pan with a splash of beef stock and turn heat down to medium high. Add the onions and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Stir in the garlic and then add the mushrooms. Cook the mushrooms, stirring, until golden about 5 minutes.
6. Add the flour and cook, stirring, for a minute.
7. Pour in the remaining beef stock and stir to combine. Lower the heat to a simmer. Stir in the mustard, Worcestershire sauce and add the Quark. Stir until combined, I used a small balloon whisk to do this.
8. Bring to simmer again and cook over low heat for 3 minutes until sauce is slightly reduced.
9. Add chicken back in and continue to simmer for 5 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
10. Add chopped parsley and check the seasoning – add salt and pepper to taste.
11. Serve over pasta or rice, sprinkle with more fresh parsley.
But let me put this out there.
Arctic. Zero.
Almost all of their flavors are 40 calories for half a cup, with the exception of brownie blast, cookie dough chunk, and cherry chocolate chunk being about 70-80. Chocolate peanut butter is 45.
That means 160 calories a pint (180 for chocolate pb, 280-320 for the other three I mentioned earlier).
I’m personally not vegan or gluten free or kosher but, I mean, still good to know
I can’t actually buy this because I live with my parents 😔 but I absolutely plan on it once I move out!
