I saw something a while back that said something like “the first thing you think is what you’re conditioned to think, the second thing/what you intentionally think is who you really are” and it’s helped me feel better about trying and not get discouraged by not automatically thinking positively. :)

Cas, I just really love how positive you are and how you always try to see the good in everything.

I don’t always, but I’m trying.
