his family disowns him and he still wont rat out the league so Vladking monitor him bc Tetsu thinks it's a waste to just throw youth in jail, he's getting a second chance bc some strings were pulled but he's still a middle school student so Tetsu runs all the way to his middle school to cheer him on everyday before school
