Just going to rant about something I think I noticed in the new season, I am very very sleepy so this probably makes sense to me
-spoilers for the new season-
During the first season of the reboot Brain was very composed unlike in the third season. Where season one Brain wouldn’t be seen crying, even when he explained his backstory to Pinky, in seasons 2-3 he is shown as much more emotional. But in season 3 this guy seems to be actually loosing it
In their last segment (How the Brain Thieved Christmas) Brain’s eyes were always uneven and look a little crazy
He was irrationally mad throughout the entire episode and couldn’t seem to focus at all, which is uncharacteristic of him, especially when in season one he would never lose his train of thought wouldn’t happen
Brain definitely was getting more ‘emotional’ during the second season and let it slip a few times but I think what started to get to him was the episode Talladega Mice, with having to talk with Pinky and help him work through with his stress, having to contain some emotion. Then the episode Groundmouse Day happened and I think it really got to Brain and caused him to go a bit mad. After that, Brain has been saying and doing things spontaneously and is showing a completely different side while trying to maintain his ‘stern monotone’ facade. Its surreal to see
And with this, its also obvious how much he has changed in the physical touch area, whereas in season 1 and 2, he would grab Pinky’s hand a lot, pull him really close without having a second thought, season 3 Brain is completely different
He gets flustered over just a hand hold that is no different from every other time from the past 30 years
Then there’s the kiss from Groundmouse Day that has him stunned while (probably in season 1) Brain gets kissed but he shows only aggression
Brain’s affection, or more just interacting with Pinky has decreased in this season and he seems to keep getting flustered over something Pinky has done a million times
So I think with all this information combined, I believe that Brain has been getting more insane if you will, or is in an odd headspace, and the suddenish change could be Brain has been getting unstable and could be causing his slip up in affection, or he knows about his blatant love for Pinky that it in turn is causing his insanity
Who knows which one it is, honestly I think its the latter
But hey thats just a theory
a Film Theory
Jjk chapter 271 reaction comic anyone?

I'm surprisingly okay with powerless Saiki aus but only when he's just as much a superiority complex fueled smug bastard.
Like hes still able to do half the shit he can do, but just to a more reasonably human level. Like he could get straight 100s or a grip strength of 640 pounds. But he still does everything in his power to be as average and unnoticeable as possible while his inner monologue is "good grief all these normal humans. I'm better than them, it's not ego it's fact" just like in canon. He's also just as much "I'm not going to involve myself" but immediately secretly involves himself.
I think we should take more time to appreciate the cruel irony in so many of the bsd backstories, because Asagiri has this way of writing that's not just "oh sad things happened to this character." They're twisted, each in their own special way.
Atsushi: His whole life, he was treated awfully because he had the tiger. And yet, that tiger is what helped him survive that treatment, it's a manifestation of that will to live he grew because of his abuse. It's the source of all his strength and all his pain. The director told him to only hate him, never to hate himself, and yet, all his life, he blamed only himself for his misfortune. The one lesson the director wasn't trying to teach him is what he learned.
Dazai: At the beginning of dark era, Odasaku has one of the healthiest wills to live. And he reaches out to save Dazai from his own darkness, but he can't. But at the end of dark era...it's flipped. Dazai is begging Odasaku to stay, he's reaching out to stop him, he's telling him to find some meaning in life, that things will get better. Mr. "life is meaningless" himself is trying to tell his friend that life has value because he doesn't want him to go. It's right after he told Odasaku how he knows he's destined to lose everything he desires, and then Oda leaves him because he's lost his will to live. And when he dies, he sees himself as a man who failed to become good, to give up killing, yet Dazai sees him as a success story that people can change.
Chuuya: Chuuya's friends betrayed him because they thought he was betraying them by joining the Mafia. And then Chuuya joined the Mafia in order to protect the friends who just betrayed him.
Yosano: She only wanted to save lives. All she wanted was to help people, to heal them, and yet it was that kindness that ended up turning against her. Because by helping them, she also became the source of all their problems and all their pain. She saved their lives so much that all they wanted was to die.
I could go on for longer, but then this post would be very, very long. There's just something about the cruel irony in each of the backstories that make them all feel so tragic.
honestly one of my fav things that isn’t ever talked about with Kusuo is that he is honestly when you actually examine him, a pretty normal teenager. He’s insecure, he cares a lot about his mom and is scared of making her mad, he gets invested in other peoples drama, he dislikes PE, he hates being spoiled for things, he has an embarrassing crush that his friends judge him for, he has an awkward relationship with his dad and fights with his brother, he wants to be protected.
Like underneath all the unfamiliar stuff, he is honestly Just Some Guy.
THIS IS REALLY GOOD I LOVE THIS OH MY GOSH ITS SO COOOL
Pokémon trainer Ranboo !!
Forgot to post this here too lol
The fact that people think that Saiki is emotionless is so funny to me, because that’s the most dramatic guy you’ll ever see.
Hi, do you watch 'react to cale' gacha videos?
Actually... no, not at all. As I explained in this post, Amalia's series is the only one I actually ever watched and enjoyed. In the past, I checked out a random TCF gacha video or two out of curiosity to figure out what the fuss was about (and why there seems to be like a bajillion videos of this kind on Youtube from all different fandoms for some reason)... but I did not like them, at all. There's nothing wrong with liking them of course, judging by the view counts lots of people do. But for me, there was just no substance to it? So I don't get the hype. (Then again, I don't enjoy the TikTok format either. Might be a matter of taste.)
Amalia's TCF video series was different for me because it is more an actual fanfic than a random clipshow. I originally found it because Amalia also made some INCREDIBLE animatics. There's a lot of effort put into all of their videos. The gacha series has script, and a really good one, too! So if you ever find another series like that (...in English please, I don't know Russian lol), please let me know! I would love to see it.
