but your plan backfired and just like that you became a pregnant, stay-at-home mom with 4 kids, no responsibilities (other than the kids), and a loving husband who came home with gifts every night. and despite the smug grins from your husband and the stress of having a bunch of kiddos running around you wouldn't have it any other way

Tsukishima Kei is your sun.

Most people would counter this fact with his resemblance to the moon, but you'd vehemently disagree.

The way his blonde hair reflects the morning light on the rare instances you'd wake up earlier than him. The warmth from his laughter everytime you'd make a stupid joke. The ability to shine on his own and inspire you to keep growing and improving yourself each day to keep up with him.

"You're dumb," he'd mused when you told him one day, "If I'm anything, everyone who knows my name and knows me would say I'm the moon."

And you pouted and argued, "But they're not me, and you're my sun."

There was something about the way his eyes softened as your fingers toyed with his blonde hair, pale against your pillowcase. His arm wrapped around your waist, pulling you down against his chest and drawing a laugh from your lips--easily chasing your pout away.

"So you're going to keep me all to yourself?" He teased, "how selfish of you."

"I learn from the best," you smiled up at him.

And he took your breath away with a kiss that felt like sunshine, warming your heart.

"Stupid," he whispered against your lips. His words had no edge to them, soft and languid like his fingers tracing miscellaneous shapes along your lower back.

You'd never get tired of seeing that smile on his lips. And anyone else who saw it would agree with you that Tsukishima Kei must be the sun, because there's nothing else on this earth that can make you feel this way.

But you'll settle for being called crazy and dumb if it meant you could keep that special smile and precious warmth all for yourself.

Tsukishima Kei is your personal sun, and he's more than okay with keeping it that way.
