I heard the song “would you fall in love with me again” and its been rummaging through my head for so long, and it just made me think of joel and lizzie, specifically empires season one

But like the idea that joel seeks out lizzie in every world they find and falls in love with her, so every time i listen to the song i just imagine joel as Penelope exclaiming how he would love her the same every time and it makes me go insane

Sorry im a sucker for joel who loves lizzie in every universe, no matter what happens or who they are, he finds her and promises to love her forever ough

And Wild Life Lizzie's death happened because Grian wanted Jimmy dead, not her. She never had a death be about herself.

there is something uniquely cruel about lizzie's final death never being about her

and i'm not talking about the fandom. in both last and wild life she died simply because of wrong place, wrong time. caught in the crossfire of bdubs-etho and jimmy-grian. while in secret life, her death was overshadowed (even in canon) by jimmy not dying first, leading to only pearl and joel actually mourning her
