To add to the Blake Yang Ruby drama from the episode today, when Yang fell into the Ever After way back in volume 8. There was a lot of discourse because Blake broke down crying and Weiss comforted her, and ruby didn’t. That was because Ruby was in the middle of a fight. Ruby has always had to keep fighting while others get to handle their emotions. “You may have been a failure before but you can’t be one now” she isn’t allowed to have the emotional processing stick. Now Ruby is seeing Blake be everything she used to be, happy, positive, in control, close to her team, and it’s destroying her that she can’t be that anymore.

Okay since team rwby is apparently stuck in wonderland now, and wonderland, having a beach, has a very different climate than atlas. With this in mind obviously our hero’s don’t have access to new clothes, so here is a drawing I traced of how they can alter their current looks with what they have to better suit beach weather!
